I was disappointed that shoe coverings were not worn, nor did they clean up their mess afterwards. Otherwise, it was a fairly good experience. Price was a bit high for a disabled senior veteran on a fixed income. I do wish you would offer a discount for these people. Thank you!!

Call Chase now - don't even waste looking at other options for water heaters.

Our water heater went out, and I first tried a larger name company in town - that was a quick mistake after they quoted an outrageous amount. I called Chase, but he wasn't going to be able to get to me for 2 days - we have 3 kids (one is a baby) so we needed hot water back ASAP. I went about scheduling someone else who gave me a quote over the phone and said they could probably come the next day to repair/replace.

BUT it was what happened later that afternoon/evening that made us go with Chase - he texted me tips to troubleshoot, and when one thing didn't work he gave me other options to try. This was BEFORE I scheduled with him. He was simply doing this because he cared and it's clear he loves what he does. It was free advice, no strings attached.

After that, I cancelled my other appointment and scheduled Chase to come out in 2 days.
It was worth the wait and cold showers I took.
He walked me through options, pointed out things to be aware of and went above and beyond

It's clear he's knowledgeable, honest and loves the work he does. I would recommend him for any water heater work and only wish he did more than just that.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

First of all, Cory is a super technician. The main drain out to the sewer periodically just backs up - tree roots growing underneath a house built in 1937 - gotta expect some occasional trouble.
Zoom Drain popped up first in my plumber search and they are very professional and responsive! I got lucky and Cory showed up to do the work. He's kind, experienced, and I trust his knowledge and advice. So, all positive with one little exception; turned out to be a spendy plumbing call! But quality work outweighs the cost in this situation.

So far they have been super friendly and listened to what we are wanting. We are still waiting on an estimate and on whether we use them as a company or not will update soon.

Update* we got a bid back!! Prices are fair and the time frame is reasonable. Mark has been very friendly and helpful and upfront and honest.

Spoke with Tim on the phone today regarding referring the company I work with to his customers. He cares about his customers to the point that he's willing to screen other companies to make sure that his customers are getting the best of service, and to make sure that they, and their homes, are safe. You won't find many other people willing to do that these days. Much respect!

Really happy with the service provided. The owner came out promptly, wore protective gear while in the house, and walked through what he was doing step by step. Really happy with the service and will use Raytown Plumbing again in the future!

I had a horrible experience with this company. They were supposed to install a toilet I already had, convert a bathtub into a shower by running a shower line, and unclog a basement drain.

They completely FAILED to unclog the basement drain and NEVER returned to finish the job like they stated they would or even bother having the decency to cancel and let me know they couldn't make it, and instead just opted to not show up.

This unprofessional and poorly run company also refused to give me a refund, even though they likely caused damage to my bathtub that I'll likely have to pay someone else to repair.

I'd never recommend them to anyone else and wish I would have saved a lot of time and money by reading these reviews first and choosing a different plumber.
