We had a great experience with Handyman Matters. Our installer Don was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very easy to schedule with and showed up right on time. He worked quickly and was able to complete multiple different tasks for me from installing a motion detector light 30 feet up to doing some plumbing fixes.

I experienced cold air coming from my heat runs on two cold November days. When I raised the temperature in the house on the thermostat, there was not a consistent response. I called KB Complete first thing Monday morning. In a little over an hour, Kevin arrived after finishing his first call. It was good to see a familiar face, as he had been to my home a few times before since 2016. He went right to work checking the thermostat & the furnace. He took time to explain everything he did, so I was aware of all his work. He got the problem resolved and the house was “warm & toasty” once more! I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Afterwards, he did a complete walk thru with me again and showed me everything that was done. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!
