Andy was absolutely amazing! We had a shower leak turn into a broken pipe. My husband got his info from a friend that has used his services in the past. He called him in the evening and he came right out and didn't just hurry through the job. He made sure we knew his plan and were ok with it before making any cuts in the wall. He also was nice enough to raise our shower head for my very tall husband. Andy was very reasonably priced and did an amazing job. When he was finished with what we orginally called him for he then asked if we had anything else we would like him to look at. He really went over and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and would use his services again in the future.

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

Dave once came out late on a Sunday night when our garbage disposal was backed up and we had company over. Can’t recommend them enough.

Jerry is amazing! Always responsive. We dealt with a leak that started right after our house was built and several plumbers later and 2 ceilings replaced we still had the leak. Jerry found the leak and fixed it and we haven't had any trouble since.

I work at a men’s clothing store in the crossroads. We had the best experience today resolving an issue in a 100+ yr building. Every time we’ve called Vielhuaer they’ve shown up quickly, given knowledgeable insight, and fixed whatever we had for them. On top of everything Vielhuaer is extremely reasonable in their pricing. We had an elderly customer with a home on slab. She had a leak in a water pipe and because it was beneath her concrete slab we could only guess where it was. We recommend American Leak Detectors and they can out and located the exact location if the leak. We were able to make the repair with only removing 1 - 12 square tile. I'm not easily impressed but they did it.

Have used them more than once they show up late all the time or set up a appointment and don't show up and don't return calls. If it is a job they can't charge you a big figure they won't wast there time . BUT THEY WILL WAST YOURS!

Left 2 messages on an urgent plumbing problem with the answering service. 4 days later, no response whatsoever. It's interesting that the only other review is from someone with the same last name as the company itself.
