My warranty people sent Mr. Dalton out on Jan 9,2023 Monday. He tried to repair our hot water heater that is 7 years old. My hubby could not deal with the warranty company dragging their feet and not giving us the service we pay for. Dalton returned on Jan11,2023, Wednesday at 10:45 am took out old tank and installed the new tank by 1pm. Thank God for Dalton. We highly recommend.

The valve on my main water line sprung a bad leak on a Sunday afternoon and Carlos showed up within an hour of calling. He got my leak fixed and even replaced a valve that was going bad on the toilet bowl. He is prompt, professional and reasonably price. I will definitely call him when I need his services again.👍

Yesterday we had one of the larger, more advertised companies out to unclog or main line. That kid took one look at my ancient plumbing and wouldn't touch it. Fast forward to today, Snake 'n Rooter sends Michael out. He didn't hesitate to get busy with unclogging my entire house. I will never call any other company again! They didn't charge extra because it was Sunday. It cost me a lot less than the other company would have charged me. Awesome company, and I can't say enough good things about the technician they sent! I will definitely be using them again.

General contractor for 15yrs, this is the worst company Ive ever worked with. Owner is a hot head that does piss pour work and tries to take advantage of people that are not knowledgeable of plumbing.
