Mark did a fantastic job installing our water heater. I appreciated the excellent communication. We have an older home and certain tricky circumstances that had to be dealt with. He made sure to communicate and follow through with everything professionally to ensure our family is safe. Thank you Mark

Needed professional advice on how to winterize home for long term vacation and to replace any sump pump or water heater parts if necessary. Adam tested equipment, gave excellent advice, and ended up saving me lots of money. Have used them before. Feel they are straight forward and honest.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!
