As part of a complimentary inspection of our sewer drain Mr. Rooter service tech helped diagnose a big blockage in our sewer drain due to roots. They were able to clearly show me the problem through live video and recommended logical steps to further diagnose and address the problem. The service quality and professionalism was top notch. Had a blockage somewhere between the laundry tub and floor drain at my moms.Was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The tech arrived and found the sink drain to the floor was blocked. Having trouble getting the snake to clear it he contacted his boss, it is an old house, I believe the owner who talked him throw options to try.What should have been a simple job became a bigger issue. Once the sink drain was cleared we had him move onto cleaning the sewer line. It was extremely clogged with roots and his Snake got stuck. His boss, owner(Mark) came to help him and finally got it cleared out. He stayed with his tech the rest of the job which was very impressive to me.I have already recommended them to someone who does not even know of a problem.Very professional, very Courteous and and even left the area cleaner then before they arrived.

Gary and his grandson did an excellent job installing our new kitchen faucet and reconnecting the pipes. They were professional and very fairly priced. They came out same-day, which I really appreciated! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will be calling them if I need a plumber.

Charly had new taps and faucets put up by himself and two of his plumbers. Due to financial constraints, I had to hire a plumber, and his quote was the most reasonable of many who showed up.

We just had Miguel come out from Gopher Sewer and Drain to take care of our main line being backed up. He was friendly, professional and very prompt! He did an excellent job even with our dog howling in the background the entire time. We appreciated that the price was very reasonable especially for a Saturday. I have used Keith’s services on several occasions, and every time he has shown to be incredibly experienced/ knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. His value really shows in his problem solving abilities and cost-conscious approach. As a recent example, we had a water leak from our toilet (yes, nightmare). Keith provided consultative services over the phone and partnered with my husband and I to problem solve and minimize costs related to investigative work we could do ourselves, all the while reassuring us he would come out if/ when needed (this was on the weekend and a holiday). In short, I trust him, and he certainly has our future business.

Two representatives came to my Mom's condo when her garbage disposal stopped working. They told her it would $500 to repair but they reccomended a replacement which cost $1000. She didn't think this sounded right so instead she called my brother in law. He took a wrench and literally gave it two twists and it was fixed. That was all it needed. This company completely tried to take advantage of my Mom because she seemed like an easy target. Total ripoff, total jerks.

Charged me $89 and never once got down to look at the pipes or do anything. My husband called them to reconnect a water supply line to a dishwasher. They did nothing. No inspection, no help. Just more quotes for more $ and a lot of assumptions with no actual confirmation or diagnosis of the issue. Total scam. Stay away from this company. I will from now on.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
