We had an emergency plumbing situation. Dan, on very short notice, was able to walk me through necessary troubleshooting and we were able to control the leak. Very easy to work with! Would recommend!!

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

I have been a member of Home Works maintenance deal for about a year. They have always been on time and completed what was needed to keep our items running smoothly. We had an issue where our AC was not working correctly. They came out and quoted several different repairs to work on air flow (our AC ended up being replaced through the home warranty). Given how the improper airflow was described to us (damaging our 3 year old furnace) we still wanted to increase the airflow. We decided (financially) that we couldn't do all the improvements they were recommending, but agreed to complete the return air flow as that was the one the tech was saying was damaging our furnace. We called to set up the improvement-- and I talked to the sales guy a total of 3 different times. All three times, they are telling me they will NOT complete the increase of the return air flow without putting in an upgraded blower motor along with it. I explained that upgrading the blower motor was not in the budget at this time as we are expecting a baby next month and increase expenses but we wanted to stop the damage to the furnace. The sales guy told me his manager refused to do the one upgrade without the blower motor. Which tells me-- that it clearly isn't doing damage if they are refusing work. He told me that he would have the manager call me to speak to me directly to see if there was something we could work out-- that was over 1.5 weeks ago and I have not heard a reply. I have never heard of a company refusing to do service/upgrade work that they recommended. Poor customer service, disappointing and not I am not sure if I can trust them at this point.While the president replied to my post, unfortunately the lack of follow up from the manager as well as the fact that I'm the customer and the blower motor improvement was just that. An improvement, not a repair or a necessary upgrade at this point. My blower motor is 3 years old and it was sold to us as an upgrade for efficiency purposes. They also tried to sell us on a home grade medical air filtration system.... But funny how the one thing I actually need because it is causing damage, they won't complete unless I upgrade something that is in property for working condition is baffling.Edit: over the winter we did end up replacing the blower motor for the fancy one they recommend. Unfortunately, it didn't solve any of our issues.Edit again: Ultimately went with a different company. AC was undersized. Homework’s never told us that and just sold us all these upgrades that didn’t do anything. We cancelled our service with them. Stay with Homeworks if you want high prices, sales to fix issues that don’t exist and poor management.

Very pleased with the service provided and the plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. A bit cheaper than other companies too. Will put my faith in them again when needed.

Great service. Our issue was best done by using an appliance service and they helped us with that for nothing. I really like that kind of caring.

Great family owned business. Plumber, one of the Hovde sons, was terrific, and very quick. I had a blown water heater and that had to be replaced. They were here the next morning, worked hard, and even came in $200+ under the initial estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. My neighbor got a bid for the exact same water heater and it came in more than twice as much as my bid from a family owned business. SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!

I have used Geno's Sewer & Drain for years. He has never made me wait when my main line backs up, which is at least once a year,
due to tree roots. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable & fast. He always cleans up before he leaves. He's a great guy & I never hesitate to refer him to anyone that asks! I don't know if I would trust anyone else like I trust him!

Shane Kaufman did an amazing job! He was able to quickly identify the problem, put our minds at ease, and hook us up with a sweet new hot water heater that'll last for years to come.

I like JD Plumbing because he also does gas plumbing (if you don't know - putting in gas lines take a plumber, but not all plumbers do gas lines).

Highly recommend. Saved me a ton of money compared to a different plumber. A+
