Had 2 new outdoor spigots installed. They were very responsive. Prompt and friendly. They were able to use some of the parts I had purchased and used better ones when he thought it would be best. So glad I had them do my project. They came highly recommended and were very reasonably priced.

Jim is amazing, professional and kind! I’d give 10 stars if I could. He is single handedly helping repair the my opinion of plumbers! Kind and efficient and respectful. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!

Our water heater went out over the weekend. We had heard wonderful things about Z's Plumbing, so we waited until Monday morning to call. Jim was very responsive, and we were in luck because he said he had a cancellation that morning, which freed him up to come over right away to install a new water heater. He arrived within the hour, and he gave a very reasonable quote for his time and work. We were extremely satisfied with Z's Plumbing and we will definitely be using them again!

Jim was on time for our appointment. He installed a new toilet for me. He took the time to make sure it was level and found a leak in the new toilet I had purchased. My Boyfriend got a new toilet while Jim was installing a new vanity, sink and faucet to replace a pedestal sink. Jim replaced the cracked toilet with the next new toilet and this one fit perfectly. Jim did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Z's plumbing.

Our water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit. It was almost 20 years old, so needed to be replaced. Jim was incredibly responsive, getting back to me within minutes. He was able to get a new one installed within a day. He was up front about pricing and labor cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Z's Plumbing!

1st time home owner who got a really high quote from another company, Z's Plumbing came in and was honest and reasonable with his quote. Came back installed a new water softener, fixed a pipe and went above and beyond while he was here. Got it done quick and explained everything he did. Felt like a family member was here caring and helping! Will be calling him again for any plumbing needs!

We had a great experience working with Jim and his team! They are very responsive to messages and we were extremely happy with our very affordable service. We had a tankless water heater and softener installed in one day and they did a great job cleaning up. We would highly recommend them!

Jim came over within the day after I reached out to him re: a mysterious leak coming from my bathroom into the basement. He identified the issue almost immediately and allowed me to make the decision of fixing it myself (silicone caulking the bath tub) or he could do it. He also fixed a poorly installed bath tub faucet quickly and easily. He was extremely kind, reasonable, and affordable. I plan to refer him to everyone I know!

A+ work! We'll definitely be calling Jim in the future for any/all plumbing needs.

Z's plumbing replaced our old concrete laundry basin and also replaced an outdoor spicket. He ensured that everything was up to code and I appreciated that. He was kind, on time and communicated. Reasonably priced as well.

Wonderful, professional and surprisingly speedy service. Nothing but excellent work which was tested and retested for any leaks. Etc. JIM was very knowledgeable about many aspects of plumbing with 20 plus years experience. He's also a great down to earth guy. I would recommend Z's plumbing to everyone. Remodeling our walkout, upon removing the old suspended ceiling, we saw that the pipe running across the family room was ‘below’ the floor joists so that it was in the way of putting in the new ceiling.

Jim / Z’s Plumbing came out and looked at it and suggested exactly what I was hoping they would. They installed pex pipe and made sure it was above the floor/ceiling joist level so we could properly install the new sheetrock ceiling with knock-down texture.

They were fast/efficient and professional and very nice from the beginning.

I ‘am’ using them again ;) (I have another plumbing issue now - the thrills of a house built in the 70’s)

The last picture shows the old pipe that had a bent sheet metal piece to capture potential moisture/etc. This was sticking ‘below’ (see second picture) the level the ceiling needed to be at, so I removed the metal and Jim/Z’s installed the new pex as you can see in the first picture.

The last picture is the room now with a finished ceiling :)

Update -

We had Jim / his team redo our bathroom plumbing this year for a remodel and they did an awesome job again as expected :)

I added pictures of the work we had to have them do to get the bathroom plumbing updated for a roll in shower per current code.

He also replaced all of the copper with pex in the suspended ceiling on the first floor below the remodeled bathroom.

He is always pleasant / friendly / thoughtful, the work is great!!

I highly recommend these guys. Fair prices and quality work. Something that's hard to find these days. I'll be (and have been) calling them for all my plumbing needs.

I was referred to this company by my realtor because they’re supposed to be good. She had him check out my house before I moved in. I made an appointment with a guy named Jim on October 29th to fix the water main on my house for November 20th at 9am. He quoted $350 to fix the water main ($240 for labor and the rest for material) so I got $350 off for plumbing on my house.

He texted me on November 19th around 5pm that no one at the company could come out until the 30th cuz he doesn’t want his worker fixing this on a Friday. This gave me only a couple hours to find a new plumber who could come out on the 20th. As a result, I had to pay a different guy $800 to come out on November 20th and fix it (cuz that was the day that the city would turn off the water at the curb). I don’t think Jim should have called it off with no advance warning. If he wanted to call off the job, he should have given me a couple week to reschedule it with the city.

Jim is awesome! I highly recommend using Z's Plumbing. I had a bit of a plumbing emergency after trying to repair a leak by myself. It did not go as planned and I was able to get in touch with Jim and get the repair completed without any inconvenience. It is not always easy to find reliable, helpful, GOOD people and you will get that with this plumbing company. Call Jim if you need help with your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed!

Jim helped us solve a quick problem AND saved us from spending $1200 on something we didn’t need (inflated quote from another company). He was helpful, prompt, and answered all my questions. We look forward to using hims services again!

James had upfront pricing, and worked quickly and professionally. Showed up exactly when he said he would. He was able to fit us in for a non-urgent project about a week after I reached out, which worked out great. Was recommended from a local neighborhood group, and would definitely use again. (I had posted this review under a different account, but have deleted it and posting here)

My landlord recently contracted Z’s Plumbing to fix my kitchen sink. I noticed a slight leak, that when initially inspected by a handyman it turned out to be a major crack in the pipe that we would need to have a professional out to fix it. The plumber who came out to our house was friendly and efficient. Although it originally seemed like there may be a larger problem, he was able to fix the issue quickly after a short trip to the hardware store. The trip lasted no more than 2 hours, and he cleaned up after the repair as well.

Multiple text messages and phone messages ending with a promise to be over Last Friday at 8AM to review my projects. Another no show and another no show without communication. I was looking forward to working with this guy because of referral but not like this. Happy for those that he actually responds to. Keith S.

Responsive, professional and friendly. We had a new laundry sink and faucet installed in our basement by Chuck. Our old one was bad and the faucet and PVC pipes under sink were leaking. We definitely will be using them again when in comes time to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Thank You

I had an ice maker repair done by CenterPoint Plus. The technician noted that the old school copper water line to the ice maker was badly kinked and close to leaking. I called Z's and they came out in just a few days. I'm not sure how big they are or if it's a small owner run company but the technician that came was excellent!!! He noted that the original tap (one of those do it yourself tap things) was not up to code. He moved the hole in the floor to a better location, replaced the tap/spigot, and ran a nice modern flexible line for a very reasonable price. I was very impressed and highly recommend these guys. I will definitely call them in the future!!!
