This was a pretty simple faucet repair so far (I'm not ready to say goodbye to 9 year old equipment yet!) and Josh was good at answering my many questions about how the faucet hardware worked. My husband & I found TJ's business years ago (near the beginning, I think) and they have been very helpful in replacing a water heater, faucet valves and other parts. They do a great job and I will continue to call them!

Alex got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. He was on time and updated me frequently. He did an awesome job at a fair price. I will be using his company in the future.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
