I had a gas leak and needed piping replaced. Bayshore Plumbing was responsive and scheduled me in. They only gave me a 30 minute window for arrival whereas most companies are 4 hours. They came promptly within that time frame and got right to work. They were professional and honest. Alex and Hector are a great team. I highly recommend Bayshore Plumbing.

My company recently was in a situation with a homeowner who needed a plumber to fix the leak asap before we could start our work. I called Chris on a Thursday evening after hours, he took the call, coordinated/scheduled with the homeowner, was out the next day first thing and was done with his work before we arrived!!! Wow is all I have to say! He kept us in the loop from start to finish and did an excellent job with the repair! I would highly recommend!

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

The gentleman that came to my residence were very professional. They worked fast and were very thorough. They asked Alot of questions and kept us informed with every step they were taking. 3 other plumbing companies came with no resolution and high low came through and rectified the situation.
We are so very grateful for their services.

Contracted through America Home Shield Warranty (another terrible company). Utterly worthless. It took them two days to dispatch a plumber. He showed up in his personal vehicle. By then the clog had partially cleared. I explained what the previous plumber found and the remedy that was needed (full clean out). The plumber flushed the toilet a few times while looking at the cleanout. The toilet backed up but slowly cleared. He declared that since it wasn't a full stoppage there was nothing he could do. I asked him to remove the toilet and snake to the cleanout. He said he wasn't authorized to remove the toilet. Huh? A plumber who can't remove a toilet?
This company is a joke.
