Terrible customer service. I made an appointment to have a dishwasher installed and a garbage disposal un-jammed. I stayed home from work on Tuesday 7/10/18 to meet the plumber, they were running behind so they called to reschedule. They told me they could reschedule for Thursday 7/12/18. I stayed home from work AGAIN only to be canceled on for the second time! I called again for a 3rd time at 10AM 7/13/18 after having an enexpected half day off work and explained the situation that I had already missed 2 days of work and was hoping they would be able to send someone out today. I was then told they couldn’t find any record of the cancelations and that they don’t work after 5pm!

I recently used their services and was extremely impressed with this company. They were able to schedule me in the same day that I called. The technician showed up on time and had all the materials required for the repair. On top of all that, the price was very fair. It is rare to find a company that does what it says in a timely manner and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I called but never received a call back during a blizzard and no heat

I attempted three times over four weeks to to have Richfield Plumbing to come and give me an estimate to replace some drain and vent pipe in my kitchen remodel job. I got no calls back to schedule the technician for the estimate. I would not waste my time attempting to contact them.

Poor unit poor management have had problems with our new unit since install had techs out many times still unit doesn't cool our house had ducts lined doesn't cool right was told at one time they were going to replace unit instead they just replaced inside unit still doesn't cool the house now condenser unit freezes up and shuts off and have been trying to talk to somebody in management for 4 days and can't get a call back

Company did plumbing work for most if not all the new builds in our neighborhood. Our water heater went out and service response was quick, within twenty minutes.
However, it ended up being just the pilot light and the tech was able to get us back up running in two minutes. Service charge: $125
While we did not expect free service, a pro-rated charge would have been the right thing to do.
All the other contractors that have come out to the house over the last two years that were involved in the house build did their touch-ups or service checks completely for free.

Does Not have Professional licenses! A bit Unprofessional over the phone.
