I've always had to deal with window unit air conditioners. They do the job, but they're ugly, heavy, cool a limited space, and worst of all loud. When I bought my first home last year, I overlooked the importance of having good air conditioning while living in the north shore and had to make due with an enormous wall unit in the living room which when turned on is so loud you can't hear anything else. Upstairs gets so hot and humid as to make my home office unusable during the summer months. I couldn't deal with another summer like that, so I looked around for someone who could improve my situation and I landed on AquaFlow. Right away on the phone, Vincent was very friendly and told me he'd come take a look at the house the next day. First thing the next morning he shows up, looks around, then suggests mini split air conditioning. He says he can begin the next day, and sure enough the next day Vincent and Ryan come with all the equipment and get straight to work. It was a big job but they got it done in less than a week! Very friendly and professional the entire time they were working. The air conditioning has now been running flawlessly for over a month. The best air conditioning I've ever had and whisper quiet! The two units upstairs cool the entire floor and I can now work comfortably in my home office all day! I'll definitely be calling upon AquaFlow again for my future plumbing and air conditioning needs. I'm incredibly impressed by the service and professionalism.

Heating and A/C are trades where you have to be very careful about who you call. An unqualified or dishonest technician can really ruin your day. I have found this out the hard way a couple of times.
I have a Buderus 142 High Efficiency gas fired boiler. It was installed in 2012. Not everybody can service this equipment properly. A couple of weeks ago I found out the tech. I've been using has retired. He was a one man show, so it left me searching for a new tech.
I searched the Buderus company site, which led me to Aquaflow. Learned Aquaflow is owner-operated, and has been in business around 20 years. I decided I'd give him a try. Anyway, about a week ago, Aquaflow's owner Vincent came by and did a thorough preventive maintenance/cleaning of the system. Right away I could tell he was knowledgeable of the system. He had quoted me what I feet was a fair price, and spent more than a solid couple of hours going through everything. He measured its operating efficiency, and gave me a written report, which no one else ever did.
So I have a new heating tech., who I trust and would recommend highly. Check Aquaflow out. He seems to specialize on Buderus, but works on all types of heating systems. Believe me, if he can service Buderus, he can easily handle the others. Vincent also offers complete plumbing services.

Vincent is an absolute gem! I’m so lucky that I found him. I found him on a forum discussing a complicated problem with my heating system. Countless other plumbers had tried and failed to fix it. When he came over he told me that it was just two wires that were switched. I have hired him for other things since. He was here yesterday to fix a rotted out cast-iron drain pipe that was embedded in my wall. He cut out a perfectly clean square,did the work, replaced the square and cleaned up every speck of dust. Also he calls you right back and is super responsive. He’s a very intelligent and hard-working man. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

After getting an especially high quote based on a misdiagnosis of the problem we contacted Vincent. He was AMAZING! Friendly and professional he responded right away and had wonderful communication as I text pictures of the issue (our tub wasn’t draining and the other company said it would be a multi day very expensive fix). He fitted us into his tight schedule, solved the problem within an hour, his rate for the job was very reasonable, he wore a mask and gloves the whole time for covid safety, and when he left you would never have know he was there except that now we have our shower back! We will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs, Thank you Vincent!!

HAD NO HEAT IN BUDERUS BOILER respectfully respond in a professional manner and resolve the no heating issue

Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

After having a breakdown of a 11 year old water natural gas hot water heater we wanted to understand our options. After a visit from a local firm who after a cursory review provided some fairly generic options, we called Vincent from Aquaflow at the recommendation of a good friend who had Aquaflow update his heating system. Vincent was responsive, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and took us through some options after a careful review of our systems.

We ended up deciding to install an indirect system powered by our heating system boiler - simpler, low maintenance, and very efficient. The pricing was reasonable, and the installation extremely professional and included fixing some longstanding issues in our heating system. We will plan to work with Vincent and the Aquaflow team for ongoing maintenance and would highly recommend him for any heating or hot water work..
