We called Jim on 5/26/2020 as our dishwasher was causing the downstairs tenant to have flooding in their kitchen. Jim came right away and attempted to snake the drain but it was so clogged at a certain point it was pointless to go further. Jim placed new pipes in the basement ceiling to circumvent the clog. Jim was professional, courteous, and fair. We are happy with the work and we would use Jim again. In fact, we have used Jim two other times in the past for other issues and he has been outstanding. We recommend Jim to our family and friends.

Montrond company is simply a fantastic company, providing awesome service. Silas and his team replaced my old oil furnace and electric water heater with a new gas system and has water heater. His team also installed all the duct work for the new system, along with replacing all of my old copper water piping with Pex pipe to future proof the house against potential damage from freezing pipes. Last but not least, he also ran a gas line to my rear deck so I could cook on my natural gas grill without the need for propane tanks!!!

The work done was absolutely fantastic and his team is well trained and very personable. He also made sure to communicate timely updates for everything going on with the work.

All in all, a fantastic plumber with honest and reasonable pricing. He is now the family plumber!!

Wayne is an all-star. I had an issue with the garbage disposal, described it to Wayne and he instantly knew what the problem was and helped me solve it in a matter of minutes. If you live in Boston and need a plumber, Wayne is your guy!

I had an excellent experience with a plumbing issue. Maddaleni Plumbing's work was efficient, got the problem in my kitchen fixed, and at a fraction of the cost of another plumber's estimate. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He fixed a problem in an hour an a half that two other plumbers couldn't accurately diagnose and fix.

I sold my house a few months ago and I had to complete a final round of renovations before we put it on the market. In the kitchen we needed a kettle pot filler plumbed & installed and a gas line run for the new stove - and we needed a 2nd floor laundry room fully plumbed.

Real came to our home to give us an estimate one afternoon. He was on-time, courteous, honest - and very thorough. He walked me though every issue I had and talked me through all of the work that would have to be completed to plumb the laundry room. As a rule: I get three estimates from different contractors to get the best price. Real was my second contractor. I didn't even bother calling the third plumber because I knew that Real was an honest guy and someone I trusted. There are a lot of sketchy contractors in Mass but Real is like a diamond in the rough.

He completed everything super quickly and was able to accommodate our wicked tight schedule and work around other contractors in the house. He has a calming demeanor about him and this kept me from flipping out on some of the other contractors.

We had a few problems where Real saved the day: 1) With a tile guy who accidentally severed the drain pipe for the claw foot tub and it started raining through the kitchen ceiling below (note that the ceiling was just installed by the plasterers and wasn't even 24 hours old...). After I stopped screaming, I wiped the tears away, poured a drink and I called Real. He came over the next morning and was able to fix everything - without having to have the newly tiled floor or the new ceiling redone!! Seriously - he was such a blessing!

2) Second issue was with an electrician who didn't properly attach the new range hood and it came crashing down - onto the new kettle pot filler. I should have fired this guy several problems ago, but he was the brother of our Realtor so out of guilt and stupidity, I kept him on… Same story: I called Real in a panic - I had a new kettle pot filler overnighted and he came out right away and installed the new one. He saved the day.

Through the ups and downs with this renovation, Real was the best contractor I have ever worked with. I seriously couldn’t have sold this house without him. I wish he would move his family to Richmond, VA (where I am now) - so that I could hire him again. I highly recommend Real for all of your plumbing needs - he'll get it done - he'll do it right - and he’s honest about the price.

We found Rich when we were looking to replace our ancient oil heating with a natural gas system.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.

Finding an honest, really good plumber is a find! We have that in Frank Formica. He does everything and always gives a range of solutions to a problem to give us options for what way to go. We really like how fast he responds when we call, and he also works efficiently and cleans up once he's done with the repair. Not to mention, his prices are always fair and he's just a great guy.

Joe responded quickly to the typical emergency (I have no hot water) call promptly, and I had a new hot water heater at a reasonable price within 3 hours of the call. Not bad at all! Very professional, reasonably priced, honest and quick.

Matt Patchell was great. He did a thorough system check, found the problem and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend Trust1 and especially Matt. Very hard to find honest techs today so Trust1 was a big relief.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Dishonest, unethical, rude & abusive. And illegal (Att General's words) who we're pursuing this with. We live in a building where their plumber, Max abused an elderly tenant, extorted over $1000 for an INSTALLATION (!) BEFORE work began (which they never completed!!) & caused so much damage that OUR apartment (we are neighbors) flooded from Max/Premium Service/Arrowheads work. (They have many names)The damage Max caused is now over $2K and rising. The manager of the company, also called Premium services, Ryan, (they don't have last names or direct) hung up on our neighbor within two minutes of hearing who it was. These people should be OUT OF BUSINESS and we are going to try to make this happen. Do not be fooled by their fake 5 star reviews- AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I could give the less then 1 star. I needed to install 2 Ecobee Thermostat. Which takes normally 25 mins per unit. They charged me $250/unit. Total of $500 for the work of less than 1 hr this does not include the Ecobee device.. Total Rip off. On the top of that guy is so brainless, He can't put the back plate of the unit. He just kept it hanging on the wall. why would someone keep it hanging???? Will never call them.
