Robert has always been professional, reliable and efficient. My husband and I called him for a clogged pipped that had backed up into the main system. He came within a few hours( on a Sunday) and fixed the problem in 20 mins!!! Very grateful!!! Highly recommended.

The heating boiler was out in January it needed a part replaced it was done quickly and professionally. The heat was back on line promptly . The service technician was courteous and neat couldn’t ask for better service !

The plumber spent about 2 hours to install a simple water valve, and clogged the kitchen faucet. The plumber couldn't fix the faucet, but still spent another 2 hours working on the faucet even after I told him I would get a new one. And they charged me 4 hours. Complete waste of money and time. I had to call another plumber to fix the mess.

We have used Anthony for drain services (toilet, washing machine, hot water heater, pipes) on over 15 occasions, and every time he has been responsive, fast, effective, and extremely high quality. Definitely recommend him!!! Very thankful for his skills.

I called Rich Matthews at the beginning of December to talk about replacing my ancient (1982) furnace and a water heater that was starting to hurt. Add in that I was trying to do it through Mass Save with a heat loan. Rich came out to my house on a Saturday to look at the job and give us the quote we would need to get the heat loan. He had the quote to me that same day via email and he dropped off a paper copy the next business day. He's forthright and honest and he started teeing up the special pieces we would need while we were waiting for the bank to approve the loan. He was very responsive the whole time and was good about giving me a call for updates.

Because of the jury-rigged nature of the old furnace, he told us it would take two days, possibly three, to get the old one out and the new furnace and water heater in. He replaced the water heater on day one so we wouldn't be without. Then he worked late on a Friday to get everything done right before the temperatures dropped down below 20. The new ductwork, venting, and drain for the condensate are all really well done. You can see the quality of his work. It is well below freezing outside, and this is the warmest my house has been since I bought it. He even came back after the install was complete to change an exterior fitting for the air intake because he wasn't happy with the part he had on hand when he did the job originally.

10/10 I would go back to Rich for any work I needed done.

Had pipes freeze and subsequently burst last month. Ron came out that morning to have a quick look even though he didn't have capacity for his team to do a fix that day, just to make sure we did everything right (shut off water, start heating things up). This was so incredibly helpful and made us feel better. He also quickly put us in touch with a carpenter should we need to remove any cabinetry to get to the pipes which we luckily didn't have to do. The whole experience was so positive despite the situation, he was always thinking ahead and was really helpful. Thanks so much!

Disrespectful, Rude, and Unprofessional! I wish I could give this man 0 stars if that option was available. I called to find out how much it would cost to get a simple gas range installation and he was completely RUDE and actually hung up on me. I asked him if I could set up an appointment for him to come out and install my new stove. He gave me a price and I asked another question about the pricing and that's when his tone began getting aggressive and then rude.

When I called back after he hung up (I actually was in shock) I explained that was unnecessary and unprofessional he said Yeah your right - so Don't Hire Me I Don't Care and then hung up again...WOW! So I'm letting the entire GOOGLE community know don't hire him! Save yourself some money, a headache, and don't support business that don't have respect for customers.

This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
