Came right out which was great. When I first called I was told one price. Then when I gave the plumber my card info I was told it would be the same price. When I saw the charge on my card it was almost $100 more. Lame. I called them and left messages and no one called back. Also took them a week to remove the water heater when I was told they would pick it up in 2 days. Would not recommend.

Great people , answered in the middle of the night! Had a pipe leak , took care of it ASAP. Professional work !

Overall really impressed. Had a pipe burst that ran inside the wall, Billy was here within the hour, gave me a good price, nice respectful guy, did a great job, didn't leave any mess or nonsense.

Never felt like I was being taken for a ride over the price or service. I would recommend and will be calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

I called Rhino Rooter at 8:00am on a Sunday and David was onsite within 15 minutes. Very professional, fast response, and the invoice was very reasonable. Definitely will save the number for plumbing needs moving forward.

Dave at Green Tech is a life saver! Out of nowhere our shower valve went which prohibited us from fully shutting off the water so it was just running non stop. Dave was able to come out the same day to fix it for us! He was quick & competent, extremely polite, and conscious about preventing any mess. So grateful for Dave and Green Tech!!

Tony managed the maintenance of sump pumps in our North End condo (basement and first floor level unit) for the six years we lived there, and also installed tankless hot water heaters there. He just finished installing a radiator at our new condo in Charlestown (switched out some baseboard heating). He is very professional, does beautiful work, and is very easy to work with. I appreciate that he is a creative problem solver and extremely patient explaining all of your options. I would highly recommend him!!

Ridiculously high fees not based on time. For a replacement of a valve they charged $533. What is completely unacceptable is that they didn't disclose ahead of time how much they will charge

Adjusted his schedule to accommodate ours. Realized that our water heater wasn't broken, and instead of replacing it unnecessarily, he fixed the valve that needed fixing.

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls.

When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their fix provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day.

I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned fix. When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told don't worry, they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.
