We hired Bushi plumbing to check a leak on our ceiling coming from the unit above . After a quick inspection on our ceiling and the other unit they came to a conclusion that it was my neighbors toilet that was leaking. Renato dealt directly with my neighbors and after resetting their toilet we haven’t seen anymore water marks on our ceiling .

Paul and his whole team made my Gas conversion extremely smooth, My gas line/bar was installed in last day of October, little room left before freezing. A neighbor referred Paul, he offers the soonest install schedule, very friendly price/quote, most importantly to me, is the most considerate installation plan of new fixture positions with existing ones. And very quick follow up on the rebate submission.

Overall I had very satisfactory experiences with Paul. I would continue refer Paul to anyone that seeks my opinion for plumbing works in Metro Boston.

Winters Home Services were fantastic! Our boiler went out and they came out the next day, promptly within the 2 hour service window, and fixed it right up. They explained everything they were doing, and why, and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I will be calling them in the future for sure!

I'm a die hard Barrell fan and a customer for over fifteen years. Why? For example, Mike just came by yesterday to tune up our HVAC system. He's clearly an expert, calmly deals with unexpected adversity, and great to work with.

Also, when things go awry with poor workmanship Barrell has always expeditiously made us whole. The HQ team is delightful and I always recommend Barrell to friends, family, neighbors and anyone who asks who to go to for plumbing and HVAC work.

Several issues. First, please be aware there is an initial one hour paid consultation to review the job. My consultation didn’t take an hour and was no more than 30 minutes, but an additional hour was added to my final charges on the day the actual work was supposed to be completed. Second, neither the initial consultation nor the work was started when agreed. Lastly, part of a follow-on to the agreed work, small be important part of final completion, never was addressed as promised. Even though the work was paid for in total prior to this final process step, that probably wouldn’t have taken 30 minutes to complete, it wasn’t and attempts to have it done ignored and disregarded. It had to be completed by someone else.
