Renato (Bushi Plumbing & Heating) and his crew are very professional. He is very knowledgeable. They are always on time. They keep their work area very clean and organized. They are very focused on getting the job done and done well. They are very trustworthy. Being a single woman that is very important to me.

Renato is very kind and considerate. He goes out of his way to fit you into his busy schedule. I only use Bushi Plumbing & Heating.

Very responsive and efficient. Reasonably priced. Our water heater started leaking a couple days before Thanksgiving. We called Bushi Plumbing & Heating, and Renato came within an hour despite a busy day. He helped picking up the new water heater for us the next morning and finished up the installation in a couple hours. The whole process was very smooth. We will definitely use their service again!

I'm a new homeowner and I had no idea what to do. Bushi Plumbing was amazing and provided quick service! My water heater burst around 7pm at night and I called the emergency answering service for after hours and someone called me back within 15 minutes. I was able to text Renato a picture of the damage and model and he was able to come over the next morning at 8am with the replacement for a really affordable price! Our combi boiler stopped working and he was at my house within 1 hr and had it fixed within 3 hrs.

AMAZING service. I called on Friday afternoon of a long weekend. Even though I was not an existing customer and lived a long way away, Renato called me back, told me what to do, and came the next day, Saturday, to replace the heater. WOW!!!!

After a quick conversation on the phone they were at my front door in 45 minutes. After checking the system they found a circulator pump that wasn’t working and replaced it within an hr.

Bushi plumbing is very responsive with communication, patient with questions, and very skilled and knowledgeable , so they got to the root cause of the broken boiler very quickly. The prompt service was much appreciated and I highly recommend them !

We have had them twice so far. Once to replace a sink in the laundry room and once to replace a toilet. Both times they came promptly and did a really good job.

Renato and his team were absolute life savers. We had a problem with a sewer odor, and couldn't locate the source. In 2 visits, Renato scoured the house, found the source (a vent line improperly terminated below the roof), and fixed it. He was able to get roofers to come same-day to complete the job. They had to move our washer/dryer, and cut holes in the wall, all of which they promptly and elegantly repaired post-job, same day. Team was respectful, meticulous, and highly communicative. Renato even took the time to explain the issue and its impacts to another unit in the building. Could not be happier - he gave us our home back.

Called at 4pm on a Firiday - my water heater had sprung a leak. Renato told me his men had left for the day, but he would see if he could get there ASAP. The job was done by 6pm! The cost was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I'm going to keep his number handy for any other work. Others I called did not return calls until the next day. You snooze, you lose!

They came on time and completed changing out a bathroom sink in a timely, efficient way. Their price wasn't the cheapest but their work was outstanding. Also left the work area very clean. They were also easy to work with and nice. I highly recommend them!

They did a good job price was less than anticipated they were one hour early They had masks on the only company that would come the same day within 3 hours they came took them 20 minutes to fix the problem Will call them again if a problem arises

We hired Bushi plumbing to check a leak on our ceiling coming from the unit above . After a quick inspection on our ceiling and the other unit they came to a conclusion that it was my neighbors toilet that was leaking. Renato dealt directly with my neighbors and after resetting their toilet we haven’t seen anymore water marks on our ceiling .

I recently had Bushi Plumbing and Heating replace 2 faucets. Renato promptly scoped out the job, provided me a price and scheduled my job for the same day. His plumber was prompt, professional, did a high quality job and cleaned up the job site. Before he left he tested the faucets while I watched. Five Star job, Five Star Company. This is the second time I used Bushi Plumbing and Heating and will continue to use them. I highly recommend Bushi Plumbing and Heating for any project large or small.

Every employee I encountered had the same level of professionalism as Renato, which is top notch service and respect. This is old school good business at it's finest. You can rely on Bushi to help you care for your home. I can't wait to have them back this spring to preemptively take care of something before it becomes an emergency (he's already reviewed the issue).

Renato 's team did a toilet install, and removal of an old cast iron flange which was broken and needed to be replaced, no problem for them. They went got the necessary parts and were back in no time and completed the job. They left the bathroom neat an clean. I found them to be very timely and professional. I would definitely use their service again!

I'd give this company 10/5 stars! I highly recommend this company! They are fast, reliable, professional and an excellent plumping company. This past weekend, New England had extreme cold Below 0 degrees for 2 days. This caused our water pipe to freeze and burst and the fire department came to shut off our water. we had to repair our pipe and we called so many plumping companies and they ended up being already booked out several days into the week because other multiple homes had pipes bursting and other pipe/plumbing issues from the extreme cold as well. My boyfriend and i were stressed because we had no water for over 24 hrs and every plumbing company we called were booked for the day and several days out of the week. no one had availability to repair our broken pipe until I called Bushi Plumbing. they were able to come to my home the same day and fixed our broken pipe. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They had all the tools and equipment to fix our pipe. Everything is fixed now and we finally have water! I am very grateful for this company and for them being able to help us on our pipe issue!
