Simon installed a new high-efficiency combi boiler for us. His workmanship is exceptional. His communication was stellar and he always let us know where he was with the project. He taught us about our new unit and ensured that we understood how it worked. He has been very responsive to our calls with questions and is just such a polite and kind man. I recommend him to anyone.

Our toilet has broken down 3 times, and our landlord kept calling her handymen friends to come fix it. They spent hours, made a huge mess, and left our apartment stinking of smoke. I'm happy to say plumbing solutions did none of these things-- they fixed the toilet in under an hour for a great price, showed up same day super efficently, and were incredibly clean and wonderful to work with. he even took a look at our broken washing machine, though sadly the issue is not plumbing related it turns out. Thanks so much for your help! Our bathroom is no longer leaky :)

Donners has been my go to plumber for years. They show up on time every time, always have the right parts, and always get the job done. I have had several heating issues dealt with by them and several water heaters replaced.

I just called last night (Sunday) at 5pm when I noticed that my water heater was leaking. They had it replaced by 11am Monday morning! They always answer the phone and consistently provide excellent service. They are very honest about prices and issues that arise and always clean up after themselves.

The one possible con is the price which is definitely high. But when that sewer is backing up or the heat is off in the middle of January they show up on time and get the job done with no issues. Excellent service and excellent quality.
