New to Woburn and contacted Simon for a plumbing issue based on his proximity and some very good posted reviews. He was great... gave me some very good advice in advance of his visit, arrived right on time and fixed the problem quickly taking care to leave my home as neat and clean as when he arrived. Very personable and reasonable, someone I feel good about recommending to others.

Can't say enough good things about Brandano Plumbing, response time was amazing even at 4:00 am, workers arrived within hours. Could not have been any nicer or professional. This is the second time that we've had to use Brandano's for an emergency and I can't imagine using any other company.

We heard a dripping sound behind our sink and had Boston Budget Plumbing to come take a look because of their online ratings. They came and said they needed to open part of the wall and quoted $425 (which doesn't include fixing the leak or restoring the wall). We paid them $125 for their visit and didn't ask them to come back. Later, we found an opening ourselves behind the dishwasher that allowed us to look at the pipes. They charge $125 just to visit you and because $125 can be deducted from the cost of actual repair, you're lured into thinking that you should use them for the repair but they just end up costing you more money! We felt like we got ripped off and our insurer expressed disbelief that a company would quote $425 to remove a section of a wall.

David was so helpful and extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable! Our daughter dropped a heavy glass soap dispenser into our bathroom sink and broke a huge hole right through the sink bowl! David got back to me right away .. found the right parts for me and installed the sink bowl despite having many obstacles with our old plumbing in this building, he was able to very carefully repair and replace the under mounted sink bowl seamlessly! I will be doing my business with David in the future 💯 and would also recommend his services to EVERYONE I know! I cannot be happier with our experience! My husband was very impressed

Tony managed the maintenance of sump pumps in our North End condo (basement and first floor level unit) for the six years we lived there, and also installed tankless hot water heaters there. He just finished installing a radiator at our new condo in Charlestown (switched out some baseboard heating). He is very professional, does beautiful work, and is very easy to work with. I appreciate that he is a creative problem solver and extremely patient explaining all of your options. I would highly recommend him!!

Donners has been my go to plumber for years. They show up on time every time, always have the right parts, and always get the job done. I have had several heating issues dealt with by them and several water heaters replaced.

I just called last night (Sunday) at 5pm when I noticed that my water heater was leaking. They had it replaced by 11am Monday morning! They always answer the phone and consistently provide excellent service. They are very honest about prices and issues that arise and always clean up after themselves.

The one possible con is the price which is definitely high. But when that sewer is backing up or the heat is off in the middle of January they show up on time and get the job done with no issues. Excellent service and excellent quality.
