Best Plumbers in Boston, MA

I have a bathroom in the basement that uses a pump, sadly it was clogged due to misuse. I knew nothing about plumbing, it was 9pm and water was everywhere. I called Robert and he came in less than 15 min. He saved the night and I learned a thing or 2 about plumbing lol.
I called him again the following day to finish the job and he came right away and got me a new pump and fixed other issues around the house.

Stay away -- these guys are not reputable and should be avoided at all costs.

1. Seemed like sump pump wasn't working in our basement
2. Called McMahon plumbing
3. McMahon plumber visited and said sump pump was working fine
4. McMahon plumber replaced $8 valve without authorization and charged us $350
5. McMahon office did not respond to phone, email, or web contact outreach to resolve
6. Seems like sump pump still isn't working
7. Called Alewife Co.
8. Alewife plumber visited and diagnosed sump pump as broken
9. Alewife plumber replaced entire sump pump in 30 mins
10. Alewife Co. charged $300 total
11. Everything is working great

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

We experienced major interior leaks on two floors. BHPH responded superbly with Josh and Tyrese who were meticulous and painstaking in resolving complicated issues.

This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
