Robert helped us today when we had on and off heat for days and January in New England is NOT a good time to not have heat. He came diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was responsive, quick, and professional. Robert now has a customer for life. Thank you!

I called them for a last minute issue this morning. They came within the hour to check it out. We were installing a bidet and the pipe that connects to the tank wasn't screwing back in properly, so when we turned the water on, water would start leaking out of the bottom of the tank. Rob Jr. Came within the hour of me calling him and fixed everything really quick within 10 minutes. Turns out the threads were crossed, and he even helped finish the installation of the bidet. He can work around really tight spaces as well. Expert service!

Robbie was scheduled two different times to arrive on location for an active leak. Both times Robbie did not show. Multiple phone calls and emails were sent with no response. Very unprofessional.

Highly recommend. Called them first thing on a Monday morning to fix my leaking kitchen sink. Came with in a few hours and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Would def use again!

I've hired this company 4 or 5 times because it was a local, family run business in the neighborhood that I was happy to support -- but this is the last time I will work with them. I hired them for 3 projects on this latest round: (1) to replace a cast iron toilet flange, and they opened up (and did not repair) a hole in the floor larger than the base of a toilet and now the flange (and entire toilet weight) is supported only by the cast iron pipe; (2) to install a new kitchen sink, and the drain is way out of alignment from the center of the sink, even though at my request they went back in and tried to fix it once and it is no better; and (3) to replace the valves on the 3 water pipes in a bathroom, and one was not installed properly and leaked for 24 hours onto the floor and behind the wall, causing minor damage to the wall and more damage to the bathroom wall/ceiling below it.

When they returned to fix the valve, they walked right through the door and up to the bathroom without even greeting us, and then they fixed the wrong valve and asked me to check it, when I told them that they fixed the wrong one. They then went to fix the actual leaking valve, and left without ever acknowledging either mistake or offering any discount.

I wish these were the only issues-- we agreed on times and they showed up hours late for each visit (the above repairs somehow required 5 separate visits), sometimes not messaging until late evening that they weren't going to come. They originally forgot the 3rd project entirely (the valves) and tried to charge us the same amount without doing it. I provided them with buckets, towels, wood pieces, a hammer- none of which they cleaned when done. They did not clean up after any of the projects. On almost every visit, they carried out their own personal business (like calling the bank), often on speaker phone. One of the employees sat on our back patio for an hour just playing on their phone while the other worked on the plumbing.
