He was able to look at all the details through the pics i sent and provided quote with in 30 mins. Very reasonable price, came and installed the new water heater on Monday morning on time.

My wife and I just bought our first house. Just our luck that in the first month, there was a plumbing issue. We scrambled to find a plumber, and J & B was able to help. Brian from J & B stopped by and took care of everything. He was personable, knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all my questions (even general questions about the plumbing systems in old houses).

Overall, we really got lucky by finding J & B. We will definitely call on them again next time there is an issue or if we decide to do some routine maintenance.

Just today, we discovered that we had a sewer main blockage that was causing water and sewage to leak all over the basement floor everytime we tried using water. After trying for over 2 hours to get a local plumber to come over late in the night, only to be told that the message is being relayed, we called roto rooter. Vivien arrived within 2 hours, and immediately went to work. Not only was he able to clear the blockage, but was able to determine that the pipe that connects our septic tank to the leach line is not level, which is the ACTUAL cause of the blockage.Because of Vivien's fantastic work, we now expect to be in touch with roto rooter ASAP to hopefully 1) fix the pipe so that it is level, and 2) to check for, and if needed, repair water damage, as well as potential mold restoration.Anyone else would have merely cleared the blockage and called it a day. But, Vivien went above and beyond to find the cause of the blockage, and offered a long term/permanent solution. We will absolutely be recommending our family and friends to use roto rooter for any plumbing issues, especially when they pop up unexpectedly in the middle of the night.P. S. It's now 7:37 AM, and the two local plumbing companies we initially contacted STILL haven't called back

Was able to get a plumber out to inspect and fix the problem at my house on short notice. Mr. Erick, the plumber who came to fix the problem, was prompt, polite, courteous, and empathic. The Office's Conor was just as nice, helpful, and enlightening as everyone else there.

I had an excellent experience with a plumbing issue. Maddaleni Plumbing's work was efficient, got the problem in my kitchen fixed, and at a fraction of the cost of another plumber's estimate. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He fixed a problem in an hour an a half that two other plumbers couldn't accurately diagnose and fix.

My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants. Just called them and ask if they can stop by and look at the job and give a quote. I had a few different types of works around the house including adding a heating zone, replacing old baseboards and every work that I mentioned to him, his reply was I am not interested! It is quite disappointing to see that there is no respect for the customer and they can be picky to this level.

They came out the same day and were very reasonable in price.

Called to have a water heater replaced and pressure regulator valve installed and new drip and pressure relief lines ran for water heater. Dan showed up and was very professional and thorough with the estimate. I had him come back to perform the work with his other co-worker Sam and they did an amazing job. They cared about doing things right and didn't start to rush as the day got long. They had masks and covers for their shoes and cleaned up after they were done. They are good guys.
