Jim has helped us twice in the past month - first with the installation of a gas dryer then with the installation of two water tanks and a heating system repair. Jim is responsive, professional, courteous and his work is exceptional. We found him online after another contractor failed to show up and we will be calling him for all of our future needs.

Montrond company is simply a fantastic company, providing awesome service. Silas and his team replaced my old oil furnace and electric water heater with a new gas system and has water heater. His team also installed all the duct work for the new system, along with replacing all of my old copper water piping with Pex pipe to future proof the house against potential damage from freezing pipes. Last but not least, he also ran a gas line to my rear deck so I could cook on my natural gas grill without the need for propane tanks!!!

The work done was absolutely fantastic and his team is well trained and very personable. He also made sure to communicate timely updates for everything going on with the work.

All in all, a fantastic plumber with honest and reasonable pricing. He is now the family plumber!!

My sink stopped draining last Friday night so I had to wait until Monday to call a plumber to avoid weekend fees, but when I did, none of the local independent plumbers could come to my house in the evening when I'd be home. Roto-Rooter was my last choice and I wish now I had called them first--on Friday. I called around 4pm and someone was at my house by 7pm. Ron was friendly and explained to me exactly what the problem was before (and while) he fixed it (build-up from waste disposal in the old pipes), and how to avoid it happening again in the future (avoiding using the disposal is the best way, but I don't think I'll be giving that up anytime soon!). I was afraid he'd leave a mess on my kitchen floor and offered him a towel, but he said he'd take care of it and he did. Not a drop anywhere. My sink was cleared quickly and Ron was great. I couldn't be more pleased.

The procedure moved quite quickly from the time I made the contact to Erick's arrival. My problem was easily fixed as a result of the professional help I got. Recommend them for use in the future.

I had an excellent experience with a plumbing issue. Maddaleni Plumbing's work was efficient, got the problem in my kitchen fixed, and at a fraction of the cost of another plumber's estimate. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He fixed a problem in an hour an a half that two other plumbers couldn't accurately diagnose and fix.

I called them to get pipes tested in order to get my gas turned on. They quoted $1300. I recieved another quote from a different company $450 and ultimately got the job done for $350. There are ridiculously expensive.owner responded there may have been some confusion. I called back as requested and got clarification that in fact my quote was $1800 and $700. In addition they later sent me a bill for a canceled appointment to look at my AC that they installed for $14000 that has never worked since the day they did it.. They should be offering to rectify the problem not charge me more. The receptionist was VERY condescending. This is not a good company.

The plumber who came was very tidy, solved the problem, and cleaned up. The work was done very well. His cost was reasonable, and I will make him go to plumber from now on.

Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

Just called them and ask if they can stop by and look at the job and give a quote. I had a few different types of works around the house including adding a heating zone, replacing old baseboards and every work that I mentioned to him, his reply was I am not interested! It is quite disappointing to see that there is no respect for the customer and they can be picky to this level.

Joe helped me fix a water hammer problem over the phone. They didn't make any money off my problem, but they are on the top of my short list for plumbers.
