Nick was great at accessing the situation and providing a quote for the work needed. The work was done well and I was very satisfied with not only the quality of the work but also with the professionalism of those conducting the work. Was even able to talk with Nick about some other aspects and weighing the pros and cons of conducting other work in the future. Nick and Josh were super easy to talk with. Also, the website and business end of things was great. Got a notification when they were on their way. Scheduling was easy. Great experience all around.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Renato 's team did a toilet install, and removal of an old cast iron flange which was broken and needed to be replaced, no problem for them. They went got the necessary parts and were back in no time and completed the job. They left the bathroom neat an clean. I found them to be very timely and professional. I would definitely use their service again!

We needed to repair a malfunctioning valve controlling the water coming into our house and Pauric and his team treated us like we were long-time clients from the get go. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to get the job done quickly, even coming over on short notice as soon as the town offered a window to shut off the water so the repair could be made. I am so happy I found these guys. Tico and his team were honest and respectful. I initially called Boston Drain (their google SEO is much higher) and after a quick pipe scope Boston Drain said my house trap needed to be removed for $3500-$4000.

I then found Hercules to take a look at the situation to get a 2nd opinion and after cleaning out all the muck realized it was a simple clog due to some construction material in the house trap. They took out the materal tested the drain and it worked great!

Herculues just saved me ~$3500!!

Tico also spent an extra 30-40 min figuring out other non drain related plumbing questions I had.

After a few bad experiences, I stopped using them. They take forever and are always trying to charge for unnecessary work. I'm ok with being ripped off a little bit - all workmen do that - but these guys take it to another level.

Several issues. First, please be aware there is an initial one hour paid consultation to review the job. My consultation didn’t take an hour and was no more than 30 minutes, but an additional hour was added to my final charges on the day the actual work was supposed to be completed. Second, neither the initial consultation nor the work was started when agreed. Lastly, part of a follow-on to the agreed work, small be important part of final completion, never was addressed as promised. Even though the work was paid for in total prior to this final process step, that probably wouldn’t have taken 30 minutes to complete, it wasn’t and attempts to have it done ignored and disregarded. It had to be completed by someone else.
