Worst experience ever. I do not recommend.

We have been using Brandano Plumbing for our home and our investment properties for over 30 years. They are reliable and professional. Some may say they cost more, but you get what you pay for and these guys always get the job done.

Used Aqua Plumbing to install a combi-boiler. While I have worked with many good plumbers past few years, Homero and team stand above all. In addition to a quick and perfect installation, advised on best system and solutions. Price competitive as well.

Five-star experience in every respect. Called Irfan on a Sunday to inquire about disconnect of an old gas stove and installation of a new one being delivered the following weekend. He called me back within 15 minutes and confirmed an appointment. He arrived on time for the disconnect and reconnect appointments, explained the work that was necessary, suggested an improvement to the configuration of the gas line/shutoff behind the stove, and was very friendly and professional throughout. He took all of the quirky aspects of the 125+ year-old building in stride and also helped me take a look at some other plumbing issues we plan to address in the near future. Do yourself a favor and call Irfan for your next project!

For the last few years, David has cleaned out the main drains that are compromised and fill up with roots, and he's been great! He has also cleared drains in bathrooms and the laundry room, fixed a bathroom sink, and does it all very professionally and with a smile on his face! I plan on calling him again!

They replied quickly and came well prepared. The garbage disposal broke, and they even had a new one with them if nothing could be done.

I just want to say thank you specially Pete the drain technician, he is a rock star. He resolved my issue in 30 min fast and in the most professional way. Before contacting Rapid Flow, I had another Plummer who worked on the same issue for over an hour and couldn't unclog the drain, but here he comes Pete to the rescue from Rapid flow (just like the name RAPID) solved the issue in just 30min. Thanks again and now you have a new customer for life.

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls.

When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their fix provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day.

I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned fix. When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told don't worry, they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.
