I am so thankful for Rescue Plumbing and Logan who helped us when our exterior faucet continued to leak. They were quick to respond and were able to come out the next day (note: I called at 8:30PM the night before). Logan throughly explained what was going on and how he planned to resolve it. He cleaned up when he was done and was so professional and kind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and will definitely use them should I ever need future plumbing services!

I needed a plumber for a broken kitchen sink drain system. Found this plumber on google and they were great! Even though it wasn’t urgent, they were able to fix the issue within 24 hours of when I called. Pete and his son were friendly, very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of issues in the future with their work. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment the day before for plumbing on my kitchen sink stating that there was a leak due to a loose sink basket from tail piece. Scheduled an appointment between 8 Am and 12pm. This was perfect because work nights and allows time for me to rest before. Knew that after work the next day. I would sleep after they left so waiting from 6 AM to 9:50 when I received their call. A guy was on his way to unstop my Drain. WHAT? Informed the guy that my drains are not clogged and my reason for the visit was provided when the appointment was scheduled. Stated he cant see that info he is only the dispatcher. How would you dispatch the job if you do not know what needs to be done. He stated the person he was dispatching was not a plumber and could not complete my task. Informed me that he could not get anyone to me before 2 to 3 hours (so 1 pm). I.ask if he realize the appointment was made yesterday. Of course he didn't care. I waited until then.....but by then my head is killing me from no rest. Got a call back for someone to show in a little over an hour so 3 pm. Now I am too tire to wait any longer because if he came at 3 and The work took more than an hour I would need to stop him to rest for a few hours before preparing for work again. QUICK IS NOT A WORK ROTO-ROOTER SHOULD EVER USE! Avoiding them completely!

Vanguard is a breath of fresh air. It's so nice to be able to trust a plumber around here. They are honest, thorough and on time. We have our annual catch basin cleaning with Vanguard and recently they saved us from an emergency mystery multi-unit sink clog. Highly recommend.

Jesus is my savior! But no joke. He has done major home repairs for us at a beyond reasonable price.

First experience: We didn’t know what was wrong with our hot water heater, just figured it should not be blowing as much out but he was very knowledgeable and courteous about the situation as we had to ask our neighbor to get access to see where it was blowing out. Found out we had a really dangerous situation on our hands as carbon monoxide was not properly funneled out correctly.

Second experience: Thought we needed a sump pump to get out moisture in the crawl space but Jesus got to the root of the problem and found there was actually a broken pipe that needed to be excavated and re-routed. Although it could have taken him 2 days or another company 3-4 days, he and his team worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done at once and did not increase the price for the extra time and labor than we all originally thought the project would entail. He even worked with our home insurance company to answer questions in order to get a partial reimbursement!

Third experience: Minor water leak in our downstairs bathroom.. had some difficulty locating the source but fixed it rather quickly. Always walks us through the process and explains the situations and solutions, which is definitely great as a new homeowner!

Another great thing is that he is knowledgeable in so many areas that you don’t need to go to different companies with different problems for your house.

Will definitely be using this company for any and all needs! Highly recommended!

Needed a sewer backup prevention system installed. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I called Rob West Plumbing. I was able to speak with Rob right away, and the next day he came to the house to talk about what system might work best for my needs. We settled on a system and a price, and the work started the next day. Upon completion, the project came in at the agreed on price.

His crew was polite, professional, and got the work complete on time. One thing I liked about dealing with this company was the fact that there was a constant line of communication with Rob, the owner of the business.

I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

Chicagoland Quality Plumbing Inc Informed me after feeding a camera down my main sewer that my main line from my house and the sewer line from the city had separated causing sewage back up into my home. Edwin unclogged my sewer line and recommend adding a sewer clean out on the outside of my home. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and confirmed the issue causing my problem before making his recommendations. I highly recommend this company. Id give more stars if I was able to.

Had a leak under our tub. They ended up having to replace a pipe in a tight spot. These guys were awesome, on time and super clean after the job. Will definitely call them again if we have another issue in the future.

VanDerBosch Plumbing were professional and courteous and would recommend them for their fine work. They did a fine job and so happy they fixed our furnace for the early November chill we are experiencing now .

I've used this company for several years.They assisted me with two major issues with my sewer. Paul is very knowledgeable. They got the city involved and got my sewer problem solved. I called due to my sewer line backing up, they came the same day despite the fact that they were very busy. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone that ha plumbing needs.Their crew was polite and professional.
