Pete and Noah were great again! I think this was the third time we had them out. They quickly diagnosed our issue - needed to undo a fix that a previous owner had made - to a refrigerator water line. On time, professional, reasonable and we'll definitely use again!

Jesus and his team are true professionals. They came quick and saved us from a terrible drain issue we had in our building. Jesus came by ASAP to inspect the issue, and automatically recognized what it was. He gave us the run down of everything and gave a great price for such a large job. I usually look for how professional a company and it’s workers are and they blew me away. All the workers were very respectful and for all the work they did they kept the basement apartment very clean, wife approved! I live in a 100 yr old building and we are slowly replacing the old galvanized pipes that are at the end of their life. I quoted with several well established, and well reviewed companies in Chicago and Chicago First Plumbing provided the best value. We have used them already to change two sections of the pipe and both times the work was professionally completed to our total satisfaction, not charging more than the original quote even though the work both times included valves and elbows not originally in the scope of the project. I highly recommend them.

I hired another company in the Chicago area who specializes in gas fire pit Installations to install a fire pit on my rooftop. The company showed up without the correct equipment to do the job and left me in a bind as I needed the fire pit for a party that evening. I called Rob late morning on a Friday and told him my situation. I sent him a few photos of what was needed. He went out of his way to accommodate me into his schedule. I had a lit fire pit by 4pm!! His service was nothing short of spectacular. I will definitely use him again!

I HAVE A 5 YR MAINTAINANCE PLAN..IT WAS OK SERVICE AT FIRST....LAST TIME THEY WERE HERE THEY LEFT MY CONDENSING UNIT WITH 6 PANEL SCREWS MISSING..REAR PANEL WAS PROPPED UP BY A BRICK..TOP SCREWSWERE TO SECURE THE FAN..SO THE FAN WAS LOOSE AND RATTLED EVERY TIME IT CAME ON..I CALLED ABOUT IT TWICE..THERE WAS NO RESPONSE...THIS IS A UNIT THAT I PAID 13K TO INSTALL,,,ONLY CONCLUSION I CAME TO WAS SABOTAGE...I FINALLY REPLACED THE SCREWS MYSELF AND IS NOW REPLACING THIS COMPANY

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company.

Contacted him to fix one of my tenants shower control cartridges. Gave him tenants contact information. Tenant told me he rescheduled and never showed up. I contacted him to see if he was going to show up and never got back to me.
