R.E.I helped install a new tub for my bathroom renovation in February 2020. Team came on time, installation went smoothly and cleanup too. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the service provided by R.E.I and recommend them highly.

Not professional. Schedules appointments and doesn’t show.

We've used Netzel Plumbing for three jobs in the last two months on our newly purchased home. They resolved gas leaks that were found during inspection, repaired kitchen sink issues that were created by a handyman we initially hired, and did a big demo job to replace leaking pipes in our walls.

They're very responsive and friendly, they have a great texting system that notifies you when they're en route to your house, and the employees were very respectful of us and our home. Just note they're not open on the weekends so if you have a plumbing emergency on a Saturday you shouldn't expect a phone call back until Monday (something I didn't realize at first). They wore masks the entire time they worked, covered the flooring with plastic (and our furniture during the demo project) and sanitized everything before leaving. They also worked hard to keep the price affordable for us even after hitting unforseen complications inside our walls. Netzel is our plumber from now on, highly recommend!

Michael came out on a Saturday morning, listened to our plumbing issues, explained what he was going to do, and then fixed the problem. He was professional and friendly and did good work. Will use him again if needed.

Chase Plumbing personnel were the best during my recent flooding tragedy. The first person to respond was fantastic and was great at explaining things to me along the way. I am a new homeowner and not so knowledgeable as to how all the systems work, and he had everything up a running in no time flat. Jane and Steve were equally great in restoring my basement to a dry and germ free place. I appreciate all the efforts and the reasonable price even when it was on the weekend. I will definitely recommend Chase Plumbing.

I own a business and my new hot water tank went out. I decided to call J Roque plumbing cause of the reviews on google. Christine on the phone had great customer service (that’s for the additional star).

Mr. Roque came out and could find out what the problem was and charged me $200. He stated that he needed to call the manufacturer and they can send a specialist out.

The specialist came out and found out what the problem was. They ensured me that everything was under warranty and didn’t need to pay for parts. Mr. Roque said that it would cost $300 to get it fixed. I told him that was ridiculous and just give me the part to install myself. They told me that it would Charge me for the part that was free.

I decided to cut Mr. Roque out and work directly with specialist. He was very accommodating and help me resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the water pump went out as well and he told me that it was free and he will only charge for his services.

He helped me bypass the water tank and run hot water directly to the line then come back when the water pump comes in to install.

Beware this company only does minor repairs, don’t expect them to fix all the problems.

Here is an update after a week:

The person J Roque referred, Pedro Martinez, the specialist, isn’t any better. Minus 1 star. He promised that the part will come in next day and he will come fix my issue. He stated that the part is in, but then the next day, the part disappeared and needs to be shipped. He makes promises that he can’t keep and charges for doing nothing. Pedro promised to come today cause he finally has the part that I needed he scheduled me for 7:00, now he says that he can’t make it cause he has a job somewhere else.

Beware of this company, J Roque, and associate Pedro Martinez.

The price quoted was the the final price even when the job required a little extra work that was not expected. They were on time and worked quickly. I would highly recommend

Tom was awesome. Gave me a great quote on toilet repair. Cash. And was done within 30 mins. Just like the other reviews very friendly, explained what he did and said if thr problem happened soon to just let him know because it could be other issues. Cleaned up afterwards , put everything back which wasnt necessary...lol. I would hire Tom again for plumbing issues in a heartbeat. Great neighborhood plumber in Dunning area.

Jeff and his team are awesome. Everyone is professional, polite, easily available and thorough. I had two services completed recently. Both turned out great. A good value. Expert service and advice saved me money and time. I will definitely only use The Plumbing Department for my projects! Neil and Gary were exceptional.

I felt like I was taken care of from the start of my experience. City Wide Plumbing and Sewer plumber arrived quickly identified my toilet problem. Took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose and fix what was wrong. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic company to work with! They took care of a lot of our plumbing needs from rodding, to pipe replacement, to pump replacement. The owners are very honest, down to earth good people. They've made several good recommendations and don't try to upsell you on things or services you don't need. The service was speedy and they stand behind their jobs. Rates were very reasonable with excellent customer service. This is my go-to plumbing company and would highly recommend to anyone.

GOT FOLLOW UP CALLS FROM THE OFFICE GRETCHEN MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. I RECOMMEND THIS TEAM,MONEY WELL SPENT

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had an appointment scheduled for them to send a plumber to fix a leaking radiator. Took the day off of work and no one showed up. When I called the office, the receptionist said Oh, they had to cancel, I thought the plumber would call you to let you know. Don't worry though, we will take care of you. Well, long story short, many calls, appointments made and cancelled (all cancellations by them) it ends up with we don't have any plumbers with the necessary skills to fix a radiator. You will have to call someone else. Really? You don't have plumbers that can fix leaking pipes? This was not my first time using them, but will definitely be my last. Had previous problems with them as well with a bill. Stay far, far away.

They were on time, very courteous, and spent more than two hours clearing the obstruction and checking it with his camera to make sure the job was done. I was shocked by how little it cost when I heard the price.
