Charlie genuinely cares about doing the right thing and educating his clients so that they are armed to better handle their homes. His prices are more than fair and his work reflects his many years of experience. If you want it done right- call Charlie.Long Story:I called a half dozen companies on a Sunday when I found water surging out of one of my laundry room drains. I was given lead times and soft commitments of 12-24 hours by everyone until Charlie. He helped me troubleshot right then and there, which is a level of care that you will not get from a larger company. We spent 20 minutes troubleshooting my system over the phone before determining that he needed to come out. He even suggested a temporary solution I could implement myself to prevent additional water in the area until his arrival; it worked.Once onsite, he was able to diagnose a complex issue (that was entirely behind the wall) quickly. We discussed the pro/cons of several solutions and he was able estimate the cost of the repair on the spot. Doing my own research after the fact, the price was very fair.During the repair, Charlie was polite , professional, hard working, and a pleasure to have doing work in my home. I would highly recommend him to those in need of plumbing, sewage, or heating solutions.

These guys did an awesome job! My mother is a senior and didn’t realize her crawl spade had a sewer leak, which caused her to inhale toxic gases, these guys came same day for inspection. Once the problem was detected, they came within the next 2 days to fix the problems. It took I believe an additional 2-3 more days because of the severity of the issue. But, they were very helpful, caring, & professional. Definitely will be calling these guys again if anymore problems occur! Thanks Jim ! (Sorry I can’t think of the other guys name) ??♀️??♀️??♀️

I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!

We had a very bad experience with Ashland Plumbing when Ron came out to connect a refrigerator water line and check a seal on a toilet. At Ron's suggestion we also replaced all of the inner mechanisms in the toilet tank (flappers, valves, et cetera) on two Toto toilets as a preventative maintenance measure. Turns out after connecting the fridge, Ron never turned the water back on. After we figured this out and turned the water back on, we discovered that the connection Ron made leaked. Also, the toilet that was working fine when Ron arrived, was now running non-stop since the replaced the innards. We had him come back out and he charged us for fixing his error with the refrigerator and the toilet. They also charged not just for the time he was here, but for the driving time from their shop. Less than $150 in materials and $900 in labor. When we objected to the fee for the second service trip, they were very argumentative, rude and unaccommodating. Be aware that they will start charging $166/hour when they get in their vehicle and not when they arrive.

Robert and his crew do quality work at a fair price. We have been using them for years to do everything from rodding to replacement of a damaged mainline and they are always on time, polite and most importantly, HONEST. I won’t let anyone else but these guys touch my sewers.

It was our pleasure to work with Diversey. The team (both the office and service staff) did a great job from start to finish - diagnosing and responding to our problem, keeping us informed and completing the work. We really appreciate their effort.

I am a general contractor. I have been using Frelix Sewer and Drain, since 2015. They have installed everything for my company: tankless waters, hot water heaters, hot and cold water lines, bathroom fixtures, and underground plumbing. They are very knowledgeable about their craft! I would recommend this company to do any type of plumbing job for commercial or residential plumbing work.

After calling 5+ contractors, Mr. Fernandez was the first person to respond and came out the very same evening I called - within an hour and a half! He was very professional. His ability to speak English and Spanish was very helpful since my wife was able to handle the situation while I was at work. He explained to her that he could not fix the problem since it was on the city-side. He contacted the city and facilitated the work to be done since our problem was not a simple rodding issue with our main sewer line.On a side note, we have had flooding in the basement and Mr. Fernandez explained to us that because our sewer line was partially blocked, this may have well been the cause. He was most responsive, gave the most reasonable quotes and stood by his work. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to set up annual or biannual catch basin and sewer line maintenance.
