Best HVAC Contractors in United States
5 Stars! Sometimes I go there and help them with their EMS items. Shortly after, I get a donation to my family's well being. They are a great business to assist in helping both commercial customers and school districts save money, while ensuring their partners (employees) are taken care of!

I called at the beginning of the day and I had an appointment made for the same day. The guy who came out was very friendly and he got my air conditioner fixed pretty quickly, so I don't have to worry about being hot anymore.

If you’re in need of an HVAC company look no further. Jonathan and Sarah at High Efficiency Heating And Cooling are amazing and such a blessing. Can’t say enough great things about their quick response and willingness to come out diagnose, and fix my broken A/C after the first 100 degree day in Phoenix. Highly professional, knowledgeable, exceptional work, prompt, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. So thankful I was led to this company. Definitely recommend them to anyone with an HVAC need.

Worst company!!! I called and got a quote for underground PCD piping. I made it clear I needed it within 10 days. They said they had the materials on hand to make the pipe but had a 5-7 day backlog of other work before they could start my order. They gave me a price and quote number. I called back a couple hours later, confirmed the order and gave them a credit card number. I follow-up a week later because to check on the order. They said the guy who took my order no longer works there, my order was never processed and with their current backlog they would not make my parts for another week. When I said I needed the pipe because I have a trench dug and an entire jobsite waiting their response was, It would not be fair to prioritize my order. When I asked how this was my fault, they said that simply calling in my order and giving them payment was not enough. It is not their fault that THEIR employee did not complete the order. It is my fault because I did not get further confirmation of my order via a signed contract or I needed to follow-up sooner. Despite pleading with them, they will not do anything except process it as a new order. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars because of delays on the job.
