We had a great experience with Mr. Plumber. From the get go with the initial call regarding a leak at our home. Their CS were friendly and responsive. From the initial call to scheduling our appointment in record time, they were so efficient and nice. The Big Bonus is they sent the most experienced plumber we have ever met in the past 30 yrs of living in our home. He is top notch. Found the leak in a short amount of time & we were grateful it was a small issue! Now we can send a copy of the bill to the water company and hopefully be reimbursed for some very high costs. We are definitely going to use Mr. Plumber for all our plumbing issues in the future.

Doug came out early to our appointment and he was very knowledgeable and kind. We had 2 other plumbers come out before him and they both told us to replace the water heater without even looking at it. We were trying to not replace the water heater because we were moving soon.Doug gave us all of our options and told us that after trying a few things it still may have to be replaced. Thankfully he was able to fix it without replacing it which saved us over $1000. I highly recommend Doug and Peach Plumbing. Great experience and they are very honest. Hard to come by these days.

Tim and his team were very responsive and professional. I had a plumbing issue where multiple pipes were broken for my downstairs bathroom and off my kitchen. It was causing my tub to fill up with water and the toilet was not flushing. It’s an old house and they were able to identify the issue and fix the problem in one day. I really appreciate the timely response and also the quality of the work and materials used.

I had a plumbing service allgood plumbing to come in to unclog my drain. And they was unable to do so. Call Pipedreamz he had came that night and took care of my drain issue and did not stop until the job was completed and called by a couple times to make everything was still working properly i will recommend Pipedreamz to anyone i was vvlery impressed

We needed a new hot water heater. Good guys quoted me what I’d have to pay - including taking away the old one. They came the next day and completed the job exactly as described. Piece of cake. And the price was exactly what they’d said. No surprises.

It's a long review, but I wanted people to see in detail my good experience with this company.

My water heater stopped producing hot water. Tried to reset the pilot light, called 800 number on the water heater (which was Rheem) and they tried to trouble shoot it. They diagnosed it as two possible causes and would replace the parts but not the labor. I consider myself a fairly good DIY'er by watching YouTube, and the work seemed pretty easy, but I thought this work was best to be done by a pro. Rheem directed me to their authorized technicians list (found on their website) and I called about 5 on the list and a few other plumbers I found on Yelp and Google.

JR Plumbing and Backflow was on the Rheem Water Heater recommended technicians list and I'm so glad I found them! With plumbing, pricing variances are so vast to do the same work, but JR Plumbing was most reasonable for the work that needed to be done.

Communication from the company was professional, prompt, and accommodating. John, the owner and tech, arrived on time and what impressed me was his knowledge and how respectful he was of my home and the work area. It was the small things like taking shoes off in the house without me having to ask, carrying his shoes to the basement and then putting them back on, promptly cleaning up the area, and walking me through the issues. The part Rheem sent was defective, but he said he would call them and have them overnight the new part to my home and he'd come back out. He took care of everything. All I had to do was call them once I got the part, which I did the following day. Upon receipt, he came out, installed it, and we've got hot water.

I now have JR Plumbing in my contact list should I need any future needs. This is an A+ company!

Thank God for Pam the plumber! She and her company repaired my sprinkler system years ago for a much better price than anybody. Not only were they responsive fast and nice but they were accurate. Because I used a success in the past many many years ago when we had our water leak and a high water bill I called her to come. She’s brilliant a master plumber a great person has awesome staff and is reliable plus reasonable. Reasonable not only did she give me the best bid of anybody but also they did the work immediately with smiles. The two men who come out before came out this time. Do you know when people work for someone for many many many years he must be a great person. She is! If you want the best don’t call the rest! I’m very picky and I assure you you won’t get a better plumber with a better deal anywhere. If you screw up and pick somebody else to keep this number handy because you’re gonna need it to call her to repair what they screwed up!

Stephen M is always professional and I trust him to handle our heating and cooling maintenance . He replaced my upstairs ac unit and did a great job!
