Y’all. Y’ALL. I texted the business at 230pm after realizing my AC wasn’t working. It’s was 85F in my bedroom and I was borderline going to divorce my husband because of the overheated anger. This guy showed up the SAME DAY. Witting hours he was in my attic, covered in insulation, hunched over and working while laying on his side. He identified the issue and worked until 9 PM! At night!!! He even dashed to his workshop with a busted part, fixed it and brought it back that same day. When the AC finally kicked on it was legit 87F in the bedroom. I’m tempted to run away with this man. I’m finally able to sleep.

I Have a salon in my home and I needed to replace my regular sink with a salon sink. I called Norwood Plumbing to do the work. They did a great job. It looks really professional and they did not leave a mess behind. The plumber was really nice and he gave me some free advice on how to save energy with my water heater.

Needed a whole new water main after the freeze we had recently. It wasn't just the leak that caused the replacement, but very old lines that were probably done in the 60s. Who knows...the house was built in 1940 and the line was rusted out. Great communication, and very professional. Scott only uses copper pipes so top quality, too. Plus his price was more than fair. Yard was cleaned up so well, I could hardly tell the line was replaced. I highly recommend Carter plumbing

Please do not do business with this company! The level of unprofessional is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They will take your money as someone as stated and you will not get a response.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
