Great and friendly service

I had a previous sewage repair call from another company and the technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I did not have them do the repair because they didn’t inspire confidence.
I called Gulfshore Plumbers instead, and I’m so glad I did! Gulfshore is family owned and operated and it shows. Joey is friendly, professional, and thoughtful. He’s young, but knows his stuff and that became apparent within the first few minutes.
He was meticulous, but fast & had the problem diagnosed in about 5 minutes. The full repair was done the next morning for more than $100 less than the other company wanted. Couldn’t be happier with the service or pricing!

I had a main drain line clog, and life is no fun without that working properly. I called Zach's and they made time for me in the afternoon to get everything back in working order. Jacob was a straight forward likable guy and certainly professional, and he gave me a good price for the work. I've been in construction my whole life (plumbing not my forte) and I would indeed recommend them to my friends.

Mr. Thomas and Zack arrived right on time. Mr. Thomas throughly explained the issue that was going on with our toilet. Even though there was no imminent issue with the toliet, Mr. Thomas didn't charge us and offered us a free estimate. Great service, would definitely call Total Plumbing Solutions again!😀👍

Kyle came out yesterday to unclog our kitchen sink and bathroom sink drains.. He carefully assessed the situation and quoted me the price before getting his equipment from the van to do the job.
He gave my husband a $50 veteran's discount, and that was so appreciated. Kyle was professional, friendly and did a great job.
He even gave me a great cleaning tip to keep the drains cleaned (much better than having to resort to using Liquid Plumber!)... Once a day, after washing dishes, pour 1/2 cup of vinegar down the double kitchen sink drains and let it sit for a few minutes.... It'll cut any grease buildup and help to keep the PVC pipe clean..... Who knew?! So, thanks so much for that helpful household tip, Kyle!
Sadly, the first trip didn't work (my sinks backed up again last night) but today (the very next day) Kyle came back out with a camera and the necessary equipment and got the problem resolved.. The camera showed a big grease clot in the pipes that he didn't get yesterday... He ran the camera in the pipes again after cleaning the pipes, and showed me it was all clear....I really appreciated that he came out so quickly today.... They certainly stand behind their work, and that's so important.

They replaced my main shutoff valve on the outside of my house. It was done quickly and beautifully. The finished job looks great and works perfectly. He even fixed my loose hose bib that was above the valve. Really nicely done, thanks!

Called to see if available today/Fri. Yes right before hurricane ! I asked if they were available today. Instead of asking what the problem was this is what he said, ya no I'm getting ready for the hurricane just like everybody else. As a previous small business owner I problem would of said, I'm so sorry but we are not working today due to hurricane issues. OR DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE.
