Called yesterday for routine maintenance and had a tech out today. Carlos was professional and by far the friendliest AC person I’ve ever encountered. He completed general maintenance efficiently and quickly. He took the air handler apart to inspect and provided basic education when I asked questions. I will certainly use B&B for any future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to use for repairs or replacement in the future if needed!

I can't say enough great things about Jeremy at Northern Plumbing. He did all of the plumbing work with our bathroom remodel. He is very reasonable and extremely responsive.

Just recently I had a full septic system installed, the job incurred many delays from the very beginning, from permits to inspections, reworworking issues, to reinspection’s. The overall experience has left me extremely disappointed and not completely satisfied.(Jeff was the sales rep)I’ve been waiting patiently for over three weeks now for the reapplication of the hydro-seeding process that was included in the bid.After two unreturned phone calls to Jeff, one voicemail to Lisa, (unreturned) and one call to the scheduling section makes me think that the dialog process is unfortunately over at this level.Having four other companies to select from I chose TBP (Tampa Bay Plumbers) to perform the work at my home because of three very important reasons. I have been using Suarez Plumbing for years and they never disappoint and are very professional...The owner Gene answers the phone immediately and personally, whether on a job or not.....There are no delays, comes out quickly and always on time......He can diagnose most any problem on the phone and his work is always 5 Star.....He works individually and/or based on the job, with a team of experts.....He services our rental properties as well as our older home and my grown children's homes.......last year he replaced the cast iron drainage pipe both beneath our concrete slab and in the walls at considerably less costs than other estimates we had, as well as doing minimum damage to our tile floors.....yesterday he replaced our hot water heater within hours after our call and used the best performance replacement product on the market.....he surprisingly replaced the damaged water pipes as well at no additional costs......Gene also explained how to keep hard water from building up with my regular maintenance.....I trust this plumbing company to be honest and fair....I would not consider using any other.......no job is too big or too small...see for yourself......

Mike and Trent are Great and respectful young men. Got right in the job and offered options. Will call for them to come back to work anytime and recommendations will be made to those we know in need of plumbing services.

This company is absolutely horrible they charged me $190 for 4 minutes on one drain. I then asked the employee if he would install this faucet in for me to replace the old one and he said no because I didn't mention it beforehand I have to make another appointment and be charged for two service calls now. I waited for my appointment over 5 days the time allotment was mine according to the manager the employee was concerned about his next job. The job took him the time it took me to get through one cigarette. I called the manager to express to him my experience and he offered to send someone out at a discounted rate mind you discounted from what a $190 per 5 minutes Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.

Kyle replaced our Copperpipe in our ceiling. He explained everything he was doing and
did such a professional job,
He even cleaned up all the debris that fell from my ceiling! Kyle was awesome and we would definitely call Kyle with Joe Cool again!!!

Called on a Sunday and they sent a technician to the house immediately. Got us up and running in no time.

Needed a new water heater and Oakland Plumber came out and installed it right away. Fair price on the water heater and the install. Would use again.

Worst plumbing company out there. Not professional, very poor quality of work, and incapable of doing anything right!
