I had several leaks under my sink in kitchen Fossett was dripping, and I had a dripping showerhead that drove me out of my mind. Ryan Arrived right on time and took me through everything that needed to be fixed, and after I regained consciousness I agreed because I knew in the end it would be the smartest thing to do. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. I thought all I needed was washers but I was wrong. Ryan replaced the kitchen faucet with a beautiful one And all the leaks under my sink are no longer in existence. My bathroom showerhead no longer drips And that’s because all the guts that goes into the wall need to be replaced I think it’s older than me so It definitely needed to be replaced. - Plumber contacted by me and set up appointment with tenant to service leaking toilet valve. Following day completed service as scheduled, with tenant reporting professionalism and promptness with plumber paid same day for work completed.

- Tenant reports that valve set too low and float not adjustable far enough to completely flush toilet.

- Plumber contacted 2 times to fix work, first time no showed on tenant. 2nd time ghosted tenant and stopped answering phone.

- Had to facetime with tenant and instruct them on how to uninstall, adjust valve to correct height, reinstall valve, and adjust float. This would have taken a plumber like 5 minutes.
