The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

On Friday June 30th I called at 4:45pm. voicemail said they are open until 5pm and he was either on another call or out but the call was important to him and he would return the call ASAP. I called 3 or 4 more times and never received a call back. Rather than waists people's time an answering service would be more appropriate.

We have 14 vacation rental properties between treasure Island and Indian rocks Beach. We have worked with one AC company over the past 10 years called Paradise Air and had maintenance agreements across all of our properties and were provided wonderful service and value over the years. This company acquired Paradise last year and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, I reached out after I realized our quarterly maintenance was not done and that is how I found out that Performance had acquired Paradise Air. You would think that a company of their size that acquired another company would have the decency and smarts to reach out to those clients and introduce themselves. Had I not realized that my maintenances were not completed on time, I don’t know that I ever would’ve heard from them. By the way, those maintenance contracts are pre-paid annually. I had one of our units air-conditioning systems fail Tuesday, their technician showed up a day late to look at the system today. Their standard line when their technicians do not show up for the appointment window is that they got held up on their previous job. Today we were told the system needs to be completely replaced based on its age and cost effectiveness of repairing it. I am not in disagreement with that, however, this particular unit is in a building with nine other units. I have replaced two of those systems in the past 14 months and paid just under $6000 previously. The quote they gave me today was $11,900, which is absurd and obviously extreme price gouging. When I told the gentleman that his price was ridiculous and that I had just replaced two units in the last year at roughly $6000 apiece, he immediately said “well what price did you have in mind?” Since that call I called two local companies and were given estimates in the $7500 range. Buyer beware, these people are CROOKS!

AC repair, my condenser was shot. It was diagnosed and fixed within a short time frame and we’re back to having cold air.

I was looking for a handyman to install my tv mount and I came across Mike Home Project Pro, I contacted him and he responded in a timely manner. He asked what I needed done I explained what I needed he gave me a quote and we scheduled the job. I will be using him in the future great work. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a handyman. Great Pricing! Ladies no creepy vibes whatsoever.

Cass plumbing replaced a hot water heater. The equipment they used was different from the initial quote. They never discussed this change with me. I also later found out (when I had a 4 point inspection done) that the cpvc coming out of the pressure relief valve was not to code as it ended more than 6 inches from the ground (it was a foot or so off of the ground). This could have caused someone to get scolded with hot water. Apparently their installers don't understand plumbing codes or just don't care. They also used shark bites on the plumbing to connect to copper. Apparently shark bites should only be used as a temporary solution as told by a licensed professional. I had to have both of these items remediated by another plumber.

We cannot say enough about Inman Plumbing! They are masters of their craft and will get it right the first time. We have several properties and wouldn't think of calling any other business when the urgent need for plumbing expertise arises. Our family has done business with them for over 25 years and will continue to. A wonderful family business with the knowledge and experience to fairly assess and handle any situation. They may not always be the cheapest, but they are without question, the best!

A storm ruptured the water main to the house. The insurance adjuster called Bob and he arrived within 2 hours. He gave me a short list of solutions and their cost. Before the end of the day I had running water. I am very pleased with the service and quality of Bob's work. I highly recommend him.

Jarrett is the most professional and competent plumber we have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago and we have interacted with more than 5. He was on time and was able to determine what needed to be done to install our whole house water softener and filter and repair a toilet. He executed the installation per the plan and everything is working great. Jarret was a pleasure to work with and we will call him first the next time we need plumbing work done.
