this company is Great, I couldn’t believe how fast and prompt they were during such a horrible time for my family and I, We woke up on a Sunday morning and were getting the kids ready for church when I walked in to the laundry room my floors were soaked!!! I called around only to be let down 5 times, finally to find 89 leak detection “wish they were my first call” . I think the office personnel’s name was Sean and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through the proper steps to turn my water off to my home, he had Gary come out and the leak was located within 30min of his time!!! Between the office and the technicians everyone I dealt with were very professional and great at what they do!! Not to mention only $89.00

They installed a new tankless water heater for me. Unlimited hot water!

Called Jerry who told me they could be out the next morning to diagnose and repair. Called him to follow up and he didn't know who I was. he then said I had to call a different company to detect for $250, THEN call him to repair. Bogus. I see one of the owners, Alex, puts his own review on here.

Ordered a door that was delivered to us from Home Depot. Have been trying to get the door installed for a month now. We get a different story each time and are told information we were not told previously. On Oct 11 we paid for the door installation in full ($1100) was told we would get a call and get scheduled for a new door in 48 hours. Today is the 19th - we are still waiting for that phone call with a door laying in my living room waiting for install. Disappointing, i am not used to this type of service from home depot.

I spoke with Chase a few weeks ago about getting some work scheduled. He was short with me at first but answered all my questions. We needed multiple things done on our home, and I told him I'd send an email with all of our detailed info from our home inspection. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. We called back today to get it scheduled and spoke with an older woman who was even more rude and short with me on the phone. We explained our list of work needed and mentioned that we had sent an email with all of the work we needed done, to which she said that she doesn't do email and that we'd have to fax it to her. We said we don't have the ability to fax anything to her and offered to read her the list of things we needed done so she could write them down. She promptly interrupted us and rudely asked (basically yelled) what work we needed done, as if she was upset with us for some reason. The whole phone call felt like an escalation of her bad attitude and unwillingness to work with us and gain our business.
We hung up the phone because we were so surprised by her sudden outburst. We don't understand why she was so unwilling to work with us in a civil manner. We tried two separate times to schedule an appointment but you've lost our business.
