Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. He was also able to walk me through other issues throughout the home. I recommend Charles and plan on having him come out for more work in the near future!

I had an underground leak in my front yard by the driveway. I did not know if it was a broken pipe under the driveway or in the yard near it, so I called GulfShore Plumbers. Adrian came, found the breaks and repaired them. When the water was turned back on, a leak under the driveway appeared.
We discussed what solutions were possible with estimates for the cost. Adrian said he would come back the next day and replace the broken pipe under the driveway. The next morning when he and another man arrived, he told me he and his boss had discussed the problem and had come up with a much easier and cheaper way to fix the problem. They did it and it worked. I REALLY appreciated the lack of damage to the yard and driveway and the price and will happily recommend them to friends.

I generally don’t do many reviews. However, in this case, I would be doing a disservice to Caleb Service if I didn’t. Alexis provided same day service for a water heater installation. His assessment of the problem was spot on. His quote was very reasonable and he completely the job fast. I felt he was honest and personable. I will use Caleb Service again, and I highly recommend that you do as well.

She was able to schedule a technician to come out to my property within hours. When the technician, Tommy, arrived at my house he was also very professional. I cannot speak for their service, they may provide. Very good service, however their driver almost hit me, and could have killed somebody. They allow their drivers to drive maniacally, and like I said they very well could kill somebody. Trying to get to your location. So if you want to be accessory to killing somebody, this might be the company you want to call. I obviously just trying a different company, who provides themselves in safety

This was the worst job a plumbing company can do. We hired them to replace a water filter for kitchen

As they installed the water filter and connect it back, it cause the ice maker in the fridge to leak due to the wrong connection. They fixed it by disconnecting the ice maker and now we don’t have ice

While fixing the water pressure in shower, they decided to change the mixer, and asked to shut the water off from the main gage under the sink. Once they replaced the mixer I said they were all finished and ready to leave I asked to check the water to see if it improved I find that they left the water shut off. I asked how come they said because there is a leak at the main gage. I asked why wouldn’t they fix it. They are a plumbing company. Their answer was that it needs a plumber!! It was an embarrassing situation for a plumbing company to cause a leak and pretend it was not part of their jobs and then to refuse to fix it

I would never recommend them to anyone and everyone should stay away from their services

JEHVEH is a no brainer. They located the issue in my sewer pipe which was a tree root and replaced it with new piping in less than the time he said it would take. George was on time and very responsive. Excellence service!
