On Wednesday, the company called to schedule a time to give me a quote for a number of services I'm interested in, including unclogging my kitchen sink. I told them the drain was a major emergency, and a repairman came out that very day. Steve went above and beyond to assist us in every way. He devoted a good chunk of his day to figuring out the issue and, when necessary, calling for backup. The crew did a great job on a job that turned out to be more complicated than they had anticipated.

Answers calls very quickly, very punctual, reliable and great price. Highly recommend.

Jerry worked with my schedule for the work, showed up when promised, and did a great job. I switched from a conventional electric tank water heater to a hybrid tank water heater. Jerry took the time to explain the plumbing changes needed and discussed several options so I could pick the one that worked best with how we use the space. He worked efficiently and cleanly. I'm very happy with the whole experience: planning, price, install, cleanup, and invoicing. I will call Son of a Plumber for my future plumbing needs.
