I had an old water softener on my house that began leaking. Zach L. from the Pink Plumber helped me by digging the old system out and installing a new water filtration system that I am very excited about. Zach worked all day into the evening, and did really great work. I could tell he was knowledgeable, and he was explaining components of the system to me all day and I appreciated the education. Zach was also very respectful to our house and offered his contact in case we had any questions or concerns. As a person with several family members that have experienced breast cancer, I am happy to be using a company with great technicians that are also donating to breast cancer research. A+ for Zach and The Pink Plumber, and cheers to cleaner water!

I called The Pink Plumber (In Atlanta) in a panic. I had a huge leak that was coming from my upstairs bathroom. My contractor came by and *air quotes* fixed it but it still leaked. I had a water bubble in the ceiling, a huge one in my wall as well as a few smaller bubbles.It was obvious I needed a professional.I called the 800 number and they quickly got someone to my place. Steven W found the leak within the first few minutes and fixed it,Since my contractor didn't know how to put on a spout, I had Steven add the rest of my hardware. It looks beautiful and it's done correctly.He was super nice, knowledgeable and arrived on time.That's hard to beat.

My Technician was Zach Lapanne. I am a first time home buyer and this was the best experience I have had on a repair. Highly recommend The Pink Plumber and even more highly recommend Zach. The price was fair, and the service made me almost forget I had to pay. I had a leak and several toilets to fix and it only took him about 40 minutes. And the advice given on how to take care of equipment for the future is priceless.

This was the absolute best experience. Had emergency situation. Called at 12pm Explained what was wrong. Got an appointment scheduled for 1pm. Technician arrived early. Assessed problem. Called to get approval to do the work. Thirty minutes later the problem was fixed. . Doesn’t get much better than this!!!!

Saw commercial on TV called right away they were able to come the next morning. The gentleman was very professional fixed a toilet leak cleaned up very personable and did great work.

Felix was so nice and patiently with us! He explained everything perfectly and my sons say he's the best plumber we've ever had. He was very respectful of property and polite.

My daughter recommended Pink Plumber, and we gave them a call when we had some issues with a garbage disposal unit, knowing that it likely needed to be replace. Richard Q was on time to our appointment, and did a great job in telling us about their services, and gave several options for replacement. I appreciated the thoroughnesss of his explanation, and while I though the quoted price was a few dollars higher than I thought it would be, I thought a few extra bucks was just right for the expertise and thoroughness displayed during the visit. (he also fixed a few minor things that I had screwed up in my self repairs!) I do recommend Pink Plumbers, without reservation.

Quick diagnosis of my issue. Would have preferred not to pay the full diagnostic charge because the issue was a simple removal of a single part with no additional cost added, but that wasn't RJ's fault. He was very helpful, otherwise.

Got a message saying the plumber would be here in less than an hour. Showed up late. Came home from work and waited. When guy did show up the price was outrageous. Payed a $60 service fee for nothing.

When we had an issue with our toilet, Pink Plumber was the only company I would call. While this was a minor plumbing issue, we have used them in the past to fix our septic system and empty it every few years. Our technician that came out today, Cecil was very nice, professional and very well mannered (he said yes ma'am); you don't see this very often. I highly recommend Cecil and the Pink Plumber!

They can afford to give to charity because they take from the customers.Called them because of our washer drainage getting clogged and they had to re-route the pipe to the main line by breaking the wall (they do not fix because they do not have a guy for that), if that is part of the job, you should have a guy. We have to fix ourselves, because we have no money after paying them.The total was $2,250 ($2,000 for labor and $250 for parts).Sure it was a tough job digging and it took 6 hoursbut $333/hour is too much.This is how they can give to charity and people say let us hire them because they care.Bad idea to hire.

TJ re-did the sewage drain piping throughout our whole house in less than a day, and it looks great! I trust him and his work, and I would ask him to help again in a heartbeat!

Terrible. Extremely overpriced. Wanted to charge almost $ 500 for a job I am getting done by Benjamin Franklin for $ 176. Also plumber was not understandable due to a very thick accent. Do not call. Compete scam and waste of time.

He showed me the new parts compared to the old parts and took the time to explain why the old failed and the new would save water and money! He stayed until all adjustments had been made on three toilet rebuilds and we were satisfied with the results! Functioning toilets are more than luxury items! I have a leak. I know that and when I called I explained that the leak was probably under the slab and needed someone with the special equipment to figure out exactly where it was. The person I spoke with assured me (and their website says so too) they could do that. They were supposed to be here yesterday between 4 and 8. They called around 7 and said they couldn't make it and would come out this morning. The guy came out this morning. I explained to him exactly what I needed and he told me they don't have the special equipment. He would just verify there was a leak and then call another company they work with to come over to figure out where the leak was. I knew there was a leak, I didn't need the middle man and was very frustrated because I feel like I was misled and even lied to before they came out. Anyway, the technician was very nice and understood my frustration and went on his way. If you do call them, just be sure to triple check they can provide the service you need and then still be prepared to call someone else. If it were me though, I would, and did, just call someone else.

Richard was absolutely amazing!! We were desperate and disappointed from past experience with #Roto-Rooter. They did a horrible job of explaining things and made us change something that was unnecessary. Richard came to the rescue! He walked in and introduced himself and apologized for something he had nothing to do with. He did everything to put us at ease, gain our trust, walked us through everything and explained step by step. We will definitely be calling #ThePinkPlumber and requesting Richard for anything we ever need in the future!

Fernando Suarez was the plumber who came to my house. I can't say enough great things about his work and his work ethic. Excellent work an an excellent plumber. Because of Fernando - The Pink Plumber is now my 1st choice AND Fernando Suarez is the plumber I will ask for!!!!

Thomas was very nice. He seem to know what he is doing and talking about. Our only issue is how much was charged for snaking the pipe. Over $500 for that. We’ve had this done before and nowhere near the amount that was charged. Really disappointed in that.

Lack of communication. Unable to actually do the job requested when scheduled it was a very specific request. After taking day off and waiting I was advised they could not do the job but then wanted to sublet the job to a company that could actually do the job. I don't need a middle company. I asked for the companies ability to perform job upfront. Very shady and unethical way of doing business.Side note. They ask about pets in the home upon scheduling. Why would you send someone that has been traumatized by dogs to a home with dogs. The front end needs to communicate with the team.

Our repair turned into being more extensive than what we originally thought, and Felix handled each issue presented in a very patient, persistent and professional manner. He definitely knows his craft and gives us confidence in his work as he believes in the one and done method of repair work.

My first experience with PINK PLUMBER was terrible, when a company wants to charge you $59 to come out and give you a quote for buying a water softener system IS RIDICULOUS!! How are you going to charge to come out and do work for a customer? It's not like we wanted to just get a quote, we wanted the system installed the same day.... Great experience from call to completion. First contact with Destiny was efficient and courteous, I really appreciated the upfront mention of a service call fee. Plumber Aaron was very professional, pleasant, neat, and on time; clearly knows his stuff, had the job done more quickly than I’d imagined possible. All pricing and explanations of work to be done being discussed prior to the job gave me great piece of mind knowing what to expect. I absolutely recommend, and will likely use Pink Plummer in the future.

Can't thank technician Pedro enough for bringing final resolution to 2 plumbing issues that had been plaguing us for weeks. Where others had failed, The Pink Plumber and Pedro saved the day. Pedro arrived within hours of my call, was very courteous, explained things in an understandable manner and provided all around superior service. Reasonable prices too!

Great and prompt service. I had a tech to my house within 3 hours of notifying them of my need. They were prompt and gave a fair estimate. I had called a company prior to this that gave me an estimate at least $1,000 higher than theirs, if hindsight is 20/20 I definitely should have called this team first. The technician that came out was thorough and courteous.

I thought it was great when they first came out then came the bill--very pricey but hey good service so I paid it. Then 5 short months later the faucet I paid them to install was loose and about to fall off so I call them. They come out and say sorry we only give you a 90 days warranty so it costs me $100 for them to redo the work they didn't do properly the first time. On top of that I had a leak under the sink which again I paid to have fixed before. I have had a lot of faucets in my time and NONE of them came loose in 5 months. Next time I guess I will have to fix my own faucet and keep my money in my pocket.

David arrived early, discussed what he had found in our tub with me, and worked with us on pricing to fix our problem! He was very nice while dealing with us and got the problem solved. Will certainly use pink plumber again! Thank you!

William was our service technician. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. William knew all about the plumbing business and was familiar with the issue we were having and how it could be difficult to fix. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the solution we wanted for that part, but we will get some answers after a week trial of Endure. 😀But, under our kitchen sink is great now!

Booked an appointment for today two weeks ago to fix some slow drains. Had to really move my schedule around to be available - which isn't unusual, I guess? (Window was from 8-12)I called first thing this morning to make sure this was still happening since I hadn't received a confirmation of any kind. At 1pm I called them since they hadn't shown up. I was told that they had a plumber out by me twice today - who had called and left voice mails. Well, my number is a cell phone - which was on all day and right next to me. Nobody from this company called and nobody from this company left a voice mail. The woman went on to tell me that there is NO WAY their system would show they called and left a vm if it hadn't happened and I should check to see if there's an issue with my phone, (there's nothing wrong with my phone). I asked what number they called and she verified that they had the correct number, so it's not even an honest mistake.People have jobs. They're busy. They have to move their lives around for these four-hour windows. To not show up and then blame me for it? If you have any responsibilities that make it difficult for you to stay at home all day for a service that doesn't bother to show up, I suggest using a different company.

The attendant was prompt but the prices were ridiculous way too expensive not even in the ballpark and what I said that was too expensive magically they were able to drop the price by $200 and that was still ridiculously high I would not recommend them to anyone I'm sorry it was a bad experience

Be warned...had a clogged kitchen sink and was presented with a $479 bill BEFORE Dan even idenfied the issue. He then tried to bargain with me asking if $379 would make me more comfortable. Ended up paying $60 for their time and asked them to leave. I will never use this company.

I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking late in the afternoon and called The Pink Plumber. They sent someone out to my house that same evening. He did an inspection, gave me a quote with several options and we agreed on an appointment for the work. I was able to move the appointment date/time to earlier than originally scheduled, which was very helpful. The technician showed up and worked very hard, he did a great job in a shorter amount of time than I anticipated and left the area relatively clean, considering the mess he had to work with.

I couldn't ask for a better person to replace my water heater. He explained completely what was involved, what he was going to do and what it would cost. If he took a break I never saw it. The job was very involved and he tackled it with no problem. He was extremely friendly and taught me a few things I didn't know. I would not have a problem with T.J. handling all my plumbing needs. We had a plumbing emergency today. A pipe burst in the wall in our upstairs bathroom, flooding water down into our kitchen. My husband was able to shut off our water main about 90% of the way, but we needed a specific tool to get it shut off completely, so water was still trickling down into the kitchen. I called a nationally known plumbing company and explained the emergency. They sent out a tech who had a horrible attitude and did nothing to help us. I won't mention their name, but you can check my other reviews to see who it was.I called around to other plumbers and finally reached out to the Pink Plumber. This should have been my first call! Richard called me back within a half hour and was at our door in about 20 minutes. He shut off the water main, assessed the situation and got right to work. He was prompt, professional, courteous and honest. We were completely satisfied with his service and we will be using the Pink Plumber again for any future plumbing needs! Thank you again Richard!!

I felt as though prices were very high. Service was excellent but price was almost triple what i felt was acceptable. I had researched what this service should cost. I paid service fee of 59.00 and dealt with garbage disposal for 250.00 instead of 650.00 they quoted. How many single women would trust them and pay this ridiculous amount? I am truly disappointed!

Josh was very thorough and informative. We called them as a second opinion after our plumber through our home warranty performed sub-par with terrible customer service. It turns out the warranty plumber was completely incorrect, and we would have paid thousands of dollars to correct a problem that never existed.

Gary was professional, courteous and on time to complete the plumbing job. I had a leak under the kitchen sink coming from the garbage disposal; turns out that was just part of the problem. Gary detected a further leak coming from the faucet gaskets, which meant the intake valves and hoses needed replacement. I was not expecting this additional cost, as I had originally planned only for the garbage disposal to be replaced (which I had purchased on my own prior to Gary's visit).Regardless, Gary offered to replace all 3 valves and hoses for the price of 2. The installation of these items was done quickly and effectively. The new disposal was also installed efficiently. While I was disappointed to pay extra money I hadn't planned for, I feel that the work performed was professional and now I don't have to worry about leaks under the kitchen sink anymore. I have a new plumber for life! Felix Rivera is the greatest! A fabulous plumber and an all around nice guy! He showed up at my house promptly, listened to my problem, and explained my options and costs. Every step was explained to me along the way, and the installation of my toilets was perfect. The guys got here promptly and did a great job. I was left with an estimate to redo my guest bath and I'll look at that in the next couple of months and possibly call y'all to take care of that little job as well. Found The Pink Plumber through Home Adviser. They contacted me in less than 30 minutes and were able to schedule me in for the very next day. TJ was my plumber. He was on time, polite and respectful. He was able to fix my problem and checked all my faucets and drains along with my water heater and the washing machine water hook up. He showed me how to shut off the water to all the toilets, faucets, the washing machine and the water heater in case of a future emergency. He found a potential future problem but did not make me feel uncomfortable when I declined the fix he suggested and told me what to look out for to avoid a larger problem.I was more than please with TJ and will definitely call The Pink Plumber again for any of my plumbing needs.

It took a while but Summer completed the job. She is very well EXPERIENCED, KNOWS WHAT SHE IS doing and VERY GOOD at her Job. Very Kind, Professional and Courteous.

He quickly recognized we didn’t have a plumbing problem after all and didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need. My wife and I really appreciate that would strongly recommend the Pink Plumber and would specifically ask for David, knowing he’ll be honest and not try to take advantage of an opportunity to do unnecessary work.

My neighbor said she was just charged $300.00 for a 20 min job during normal business hours. She said ACE sells the part for around $16.00. So I did some research and found this:It is usually located to the left side of the toilet, beneath or behind the tank, and it allows you to shut off the water supply to the tank for repairs or if the toilet is overflowing or running constantly. Replacing a shut-off valve is very simple and costs about $60 to $120.Seems that this plumber thinks highly of their work. Do your homework before calling them.

From start to finish my experience was excellent. We had a two visit process, but both Mike and David did their job very well. Mike had the easier task of snaking out the clog, but David had a lot of work to do that kept him at our house all day on the Saturday before Easter. He was gracious, informative, and professional every step of the way. Mike's visit went exactly as explained and expected however the issue was more then we initially thought. David came and cleaned out our whole system and has us up and running without issue. The use of the camera gave me peace of mind that we have no major issues and David's through work keep this from happening. Highly recommend Pink Plumber and Mike and David!

I called Pink Plumber about a clogged toilet. Marat S. Was my technician, and he was at my house the next day on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and professional. I’ve used Pink Plumber several times and I always request Richard because he is very professional, friendly, always gives lots of education on the issue, and never tries to oversell.The last visit I called them for unfortunately we were not able to do because I am planning on remodeling my kitchen and It did not make sense to spend the money right now only to redo it in a couple months.However I will recommend to my contractor that we use Richard for the plumbing components of my remodel .The interesting thing is I have a home warranty and when I have used them for plumbing they did not call Pink Plumber. So when I had a choice for choosing a company I went outside my home warranty to request Richard at Pink Plumber and will do so again .

Would like to thank Richard for doing a phenomenal job on the Waterheater change out. It wasn’t an easy project. He was very professional and made sure I understood the process. Richard also left his phone number and additional information for the electrician coming in to finish up for the permit inspection. Thank you so much.

The customer service was great. The rates were the best and we had gotten 4 quotes. They send you an email showing you a picture of who your technician is before they get there for safety purposes. This was horrible! If you don’t answer within 10 minutes of dispatch calling you they pull your technician. This was never communicated to us at the time of scheduling. Your day is held hostage to this 10 minute call and THEN there is no guarantee if they “now” have time. Even though the appointment was scheduled they can change it at any time. If you are looking for reliability this is not the company for you. The area code is 404 and appears as spam and gets sent straight to voicemail if your phone is set up to pre screen robo calls. Now we have no idea if they are showing up

A star is one to many. This plumbing company called and said that they would be at my location ( originally scheduled at 7:00 AM) between 8:00-12:00 AM someone would be notified 1 hour before arrival. I was at home and at approximately 9:00 AM received a call from Pink Plumber advising me of a delay. At 3:O0PM I called to them to find out when and If they were coming. I was told that I was scheduled but they could not determine if I would be receiving service before 7:00 PM. This is unacceptable! They confirmed the appointment between 8:00-12:00AM. I lost one full day of employment. When called at 5:00 PM and requested if they would come,I was told I could reschedule!I informed them that I would post this review on social media. They did not care!

When I was ready, Richard Quoma was dispatched (great communication and arrived on time) to give me an estimate on the work I need to have done. It's not an easy job (I knew it wouldn't be) but Richard dove right in - and walked me through every step of the work that is necessary. This was all done in a professional, expert and courteous manner - and he did not leave until I had a firm grasp on the task at hand. Oh, in the nearly an hour he was here - he never took a break nor looked at his phone. Nope, no distractions for Richard. I called pink plumber about a sudden leaking kitchen sink around 1pm. Fernando arrived quickly and on time, after calling when he was a half hour out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with clear options. We decided to change the fixture. Fernando went to the supply store and returned with a replacement. He switched the assembly out leaving a spotlessly clean work area. I would gladly recommend Fernando and Pink Plumber. I will specifically request him in the future. The salesman TJ was very nice, professional, explained everything in detail, I needed to get more information from other companies. After doing that, I decided to go with a different company.It had nothing to do with TJ or Pink Plumber. I would highly recommend this company.

I had hired Pink Plumber to redo a job for which I had hired a local handyman that did not worked out. I had also wanted to upgrade the garbage disposal which was rusted and smelled bad. The first plumber they've send sold me on unneeded stuff and a very expensive disposal and charge me an arm and a leg. He also treated me very poorly. I had a bad taste from this experience and to make matters worst the disposal stop working. I could not make it work even thought I am extremely handy and had owned them in the past. I called and they send me the same young man. This young man treated me poorly again and kept telling me that if I use this garbage disposal in the matter that I'm used to I would void the warranty. we argued because I have had been an owner in the past and only changed disposal after many years of use. At the end the young man apologized.Today I again had problems and called PP (Pink Plumber). I requested PP to send a different service person. They very nicely obliged. I was very pleasantly surprised when William Boyd walk through my front door. He immediately started working without given me a speech on how I was going to void my warranty. William fixed the issue and show me how to avoid recurring problems with the soap dispenser and how to properly take care of it, and assured me that if I had any issues not to hesitate calling them again.PP has served me right by sending William B. I highly recommend William.

The gentleman was very nice. He arrived on time, and the quality of the work was professional. However, a 30 minute job cost five cost $536. The plumber said no matter how long he was there, if it was 10 minutes or 8 hours, that’s the fee. That is highway robbery!

Quick service but expensive, tub spout leak, they showed up at 10. The trainee did all the work, explained every step, but there was an issue after they left & I had no hot water in the tub. I called in at 4, was told Monday was available. I can't take another day off work. I was told I would be called back tonight & it's 8:30 no call. However Jason (not the trainee) did call @9:45 PM & will fix the issue

We had the unfortunate experience of having a shortage in our water heater on a Saturday with family arriving the following Sunday. My husband called The Pink Plumber and Robert Potochney was dispatched to our house. While the water heater had to be replaced, Rob went over and beyond the call of duty, found the problem and temporarily fixed the water heater until it could be replaced. Rob did all the work in getting the water heater replaced and even took it to a Rheem dealership and exchanged it for a new one for my family. You can tell that he cares for his clients and has their best interest at heart. Excellent person and employee. The company is blessed to have him.

Felix Rivera and The Pink Plumber have been extremely responsive and professional. We had plenty of advanced notice of the tech’s arrival. He was able to make complicated repairs in one trip. He also contacted the manufacturer of our broken tankless water heater and got it replaced under warranty. They will be our plumbers for life!

Michael was great very nice young man. The company should be fined for trying to Gough us! They originally wanted us to pay $1500 then dropped to $1100. I called a plumber friend to see what it should be and he said $300. I questioned them but Michael could not do anything about the price not his company. I did wind up getting a company not only to repair and replace but also bury the pipes for $339. What the heck this should be illegal! Check your prices... before you higher them.

Prior to the plumber coming the company called and provided an ETA and an email of the plumbers profile, including his picture. It helped knowing who was showing up to do the job. Felix showed up on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Provide me with the details of repair prior fixing anything. Was quick and clean with his work.

This was the first time that we used the pink plumber. The technician Thomas salvato did a great job. He took the time to show me the issue and what he would do to solve it. He provided a quote ahead of time so there would be no surprises. Overall I am highly satisfied with the customer service.

Great expierence! My water heater went out after only 6 months. I called Pink Plumber and they sent someone out immediately. He diagnosed the problem as a broken breaker. They were nice enough to not charge me for the visit. Excellent customer service!

So we had a minor plumbing problem turn into a major one. It was determined that our 30/40 year old galvanized pipes needed to be completely replaced. They replumbed (if that's a word) our entire house in 2 days. Jason C. put in 13 hours in the first day alone and even fixed some minor things that weren't part of the project. Woke up Saturday morning to backed up toilet and bathtub. 1st company I called put me on a 2 hr urgent time window but couldn't guarantee. I called Pink Plumber and was greeted nicely by reception who understood our dilemma. She had tech Jason at our door within 2 hrs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the main line was clogged and it wasn't even coming from our condo unit. Jason had to do work above and beyond what his original estimate included. He figured 1-2 hrs but due to unforeseen problems spent over 4 hrs on a tough job. Jason was really nice, worked hard and never tried to solicit or change the estimate. By the way, the 1st company called me back before Jason arrived to see if I had water damage so they could arrange to restore my whole bathroom. What nerve, they couldn't even schedule urgent service. Pink Plumber and Jason was great and will gladly call them again!

We discovered a subtle leak underneath our water heater that was flooding into our lawn. So we quickly scheduled to have a plumber from our home warranty company resolve the issue. We were under quoted by the contractor and misinformed during their process about the work that needed to be done. After we paid for a new water heater, the leak became worse. Turns out that it was not the water heater at all, but the pipes behind the water heater, which Nick found was covered by someone with a piece of sheetrock. We suffered for it in terms of money and time lost as well as damage to our property. Days into our misfortune, we were left with an even worse problem than before and with no plumber.We needed to mitigate the flooding as soon as possible. It was important that we quickly find a company who could come and asses the job and begin working the same day. So, we decided to call Pink Plumber and was immediately pleased by their phone greeting and professionalism.We were assigned Felix Rivera who answered our questions and promised to get the job done properly. Felix was genuinely caring about our situation and approached the work as such. He educated us about the work and what it will take to have it done correctly and timely. The duo team, Felix, and Nick worked long hours in a swampy lawn to detect the source of the exterior leak. What impressed me was that they had the appropriate equipment and know-how. This is vital as every minute counts when you have a flood. The last plumber said he would be back in a week when the ground was dry and asked us to turn-main water line off during that time.Felix pointed out flaws in the previous plumber’s work and corrected it with superior materials and configuration. He documented all of the issues and the corrections applied. So what took several weeks to correct, was resolved in a day’s work.I would recommend Felix Rivera and Nick from Pink Plumber for their professionalism, dedication and pleasant personalities.

Last night we needed to call The Pink Plumber do to a bad leak from our water heater. They were quick in getting someone to our home. Technician, Felix Rivera called us back and notified us that he would be at our home within 1/2 hour. He came to our home and explained what the issue was. Felix was knowledgeable and courteous while we were asking questions. Felix also advised that we had a leak in the main valve to our house but could not fix it last night, but would come Saturday. Felix came back today to fix the main water valve to our home. Anyone needing a plumber, I recommend The Pink Plumber and would ask for Felix Rivera.

Remodeled 2nd floor shower. Notice shower leaked into 1st floor ceiling. Tried to isolate leak and determined that only leaked during use of shower. Called Pink Plumber locates in Tampa, Fl and requested TJ...had him on prior plumbing work not related to shower install. Performed leak investigation and found that shower drain was the issue after cutting exploratory hole in ceiling. He replaced with new shower drain and seal and redid elbow and cross section. Ran shower after work and no more leaks. Absolutely thrilled with work by JT and always take the time to explain work upfront and competes work with professionalism and expertise. Most certainly use for all my plumbing needs.

Waited all day for them to show up. When I called to find out where they were, I was told they tried to call me 3 times. Yet, my phone never rung and I saw no recent calls from them. They wasted my time and made up a lie that they called when they didn’t. No text either.Use someone else who is reliable.

The employees of the Pink Plumber were very courteous an accommodating. But, the pricing for their services is absolutely ridiculous! I got a quote for the replacement of our garbage disposal an it ranged from almost 600 dollars to 800 dollars. Most garbage disposals cost around $140 dollars and takes a plumber to install under 1 hour. You do the math!

The plumber came to my home he didn't even speak. I showed him the PVC pipe that I damaged with a week wacker. A small whole. He immediately went into his I pad. Quoted me a price of $362.00. I immediately told him no. Your out of your mind. I told him the replacement pipe doesn't cost but $20.00. He began talking about what could happen later after he repaired it, gas to get here and permits and so on. I again told him he's crazy. He asked me how much It should cost i told him about $100.00- $150.00. He quoted me $162.00 with a 90 day warranted. I took his service for not wanting to deal anymore. He slapped 2 PVC sleeves on each pipe one didn't even need it. Maybe $8.00 for noth sleeves finished in 15 minute. Stay away from the pink plumber. Their robbing without a gun.

I was having an issue removing a Moen cartridge for a double knob bathroom faucet. Stopped into HydroLogic-Oldsmar for assistance and Felix from The Pink Plumber was in there at the same time getting parts. He identified my problem and fixed it for me on the spot--took him no more than 2 minutes. Greatly appreciate his friendly and courteous assistance. Working with the Pink Plumber has been a very worry free process. Scheduling was easy. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Geoff called about an hour before arrivals so we had time to prepare. On a Saturday morning I woke up to my double kitchen sinks full of water and what appeared to be black beans and rice and chicken. The smell was awful. I then saw that my bathroom sink also had stuff in it. U tried to run my disposal and the results were awful. Fast, reliable service! Needed a new water heater ASAP. Called at lunch on Friday and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours and the project completed that day. Our tech, Felix, was polite, descriptive and knowledgeable. We had never replaced a water heater so he was sure to explain every detail and show us exactly what needed to be done. Not only did we feel confident in his recommendations, we also felt good about his suggestions to change out the old PVC pipes to the heater with new better material and valve that will last longer and reduce up keep in the future. Overall I was very happy with the service from the time I called customer to the final job sign off. I liked that all the paperwork was done digitally and that I received an email with my invoice and photos of the before and after. I would recommend The Pink Plumber and Felix.

This is not Dan's fault. It is the company's. Dan was very polite but the price he quoted me was outrageous. $562+ to replace a 10 piece of PVC pipe outside going from above the ground from my well to the pump. I declined the service and my neighbor fixed the problem and replaced ALL of the piping from a foot underground and into the garage to the pump for $27.00 worth of supplies including a new pressure gauge! My regular plumber was ill hence my need to call a new plumber. You can bet I'll never call the Pink Plumber again!

We had to redo our kitchen sink plumbing on Saturday. TJ was professional and explained our options to us. Schedule Reps had followed up with us via email / Phone call to make sure our plans has not changed. TJ came on-time and completed the work in allotted time frame. Brian Fletcher was on time to replace our leaking water heater and performed the job perfectly for the quoted price even though it was a natural gas heater. Others wanted more to send out a gas certified tech.I do metalsmithing as a hobby and have sweat soldered pipes before. But when I saw that a previous plumber had left a pipe with several joints showing how many times the pipe had been worked on, and it was corroded around the last set of joints, I decided to call a professional.Brian work on the installation and then suggested, but didn't push, that we replace the pipe work and add a new valve that is easier to work. He was concerned about the older joints leaking and I had to agree. It added a little bit of money, but I am so glad that we did! The new swing handle for the ballcock is much easier to use than the round hose handle we had before to cut off the water in an emergency. Even with the added expense, the total was less than what I was quoted by another company for the basic replacement.Brian took the time to show both my husband and I, who were home at different times, how to light the pilot light and explained all of the features. He even gave us information on how to maintain the water heater. He cleanup up his work area (including the leaves that kept blowing in) and was very nice. I felt comfortable having him in my home.

I think my wife left a review. However I would like to add a comment. We called for service because of an apparent clogged toilet. The tech came out to say -- yes it clogged and to fix it would cost > $180 to auger, and some other recommendations and figures to replace the tank with larger water capacity tank. The visit fee was $59 (note: that fee was just to confirm what we initially called about). I owned an auger (aka snake) and went to clear the clog. Prior to snaking, I simply removed a wad to toilet paper with a glove and flushed. The toilet worked no problem. No auger needed. Apparently there was no clog, just an appearance of a clog. So I'm not sure how Pink Plumber assessed that the toilet was actually clogged. Our expectation was that the Pink Plumber being called to the site would have done what did and not try to blink us out of unnecessary expenditures. Definitely a lesson learned.

Jacob Freeman is a polite and helpful technician who cleaned my 1000 septic tank in $357.00 . But the technician Jerry Dorch was a short temper guy who demanded $800 to the same septic tank . When I called pink plumbing office he left the spot and reported the customer denied service

He made sure it was fixed. In fact, he was here until about 2:00 am. When we had a similar problem a year and a half later, we were thrilled to get TJ back! He explains everything; he is very kind; there are never any surprises in his estimates or bills; and he is also very good with dogs!

I am a 25+ year real estate agent who has encountered about every situation you can think of and during an inspection on one of my listings, it was uncovered that the home still has Polybutylene pipes. We needed several estimates to have them replaced as you cannot get insurance with this type of piping for a new homeowner. It was recommended I call Pink Plumbers as one of my estimates, Sean Latzen was very knowledgeable and an expert in dealing with this type of piping. We will definitely be using Pink Plumber and request that Sean be our plumber of choice.

I called to get a quote for a water heater and he gave me a reasonable quote but I still couldn’t afford it at the time. He noticed that was vacuuming every 20 to 30 minutes cause the water was still leaking from the bottom so he went above and beyond and bypassed my water heater. I had an outside faucet he replace for me even though I didn’t call for it but seeing how he saved me a headache with my water heater I felt comfortable and could afford that minor fix. I had the pink plumber here a few days ago. I told them the house drain needed to be rodded before hand. So they came inspected the toilet and pipes with a camera, said they fixed a blockage and said the toilet will work but later down the road will need a power wash. So here we are two days later. Saying the house toilet drain would cost $1700 and or the whole house for 2300. Oh, because they where there two days earlier they'd give me a discount. Next time call a true plumber or sewer man, save some money. This is ridiculous. Not calling the Pink plumber again..

The tech was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. However, the estimate I was given was outrageous! And after saying it was too expensive and we weren't interested, he asked what price would be acceptable. We again said we didn't want to go there, he said he would call his boss and see if we could get it lowered. We again said we weren't interested and he left. Then he came back saying his boss wanted to talk to us. I felt like we were dealing with a used car dealer. Come on, don't treat us like idiots just because we are elderly. Now I know how they pay for their expensive TV ads.

He seemed genially concerned about my complaints and offered to send out a technitian to fix some other plumbing problems without additional charge... I was impressed and pleasantly surprised about this initiative.Technitian was very polite and professional at all times.However, the price I was quoted and agreed to at the beginning of the service quickly escalated withan additional $300 for some unforeseen broken part under the toilet. I agreed to the additional charge as I felt like I had no choice since the toilet was already taken off and being replaced. Then, surprise, surprise there’s another unforeseen problem with toilet number two and an additional $100 plus charge.At the end I ended up paying over $2,200 for a job i was quoted $1,675 for. I will never recommend or use this company again even though I have no complaints about technitian himself. As I read other reviews (should have done so ahead of time) I see that I’m not alone.

I have the advantage plan. Having the advantage plan gives you perks. Mike the plumber did an awesome job. I got a new kitchen sink faucet. No more water running all over the floor. They do an inspection to see if you need any extra plumbing needs. In the deal I got a new hot water heater. I love my hot showers now.

I called Tuesday Morning spoke with your representative who advised that someone would be at my house between 8am and 1200pm. I was called back and told that Nicholas Mellor would be the designated tech assigned to my Job with an ETA of 1 hour. Nicholas arrive promptly at 9:00 am and was with his assistant in training. Nicholas sat down with me and asked what was going on. I advised him of the issues I was having and he cam up with a game plan and explained the different pricing options. I selected the option that would work best for me to get the issue resolved. Nicholas performed a thorough cleansing of my main sewer line via the roof air vent and even went all the way to the city sewer. Nicholas then followed up with his sewer camera to confirm all obstructions were eliminated and allowed me to view the images inside the lines. Nicholas also showed me were the main outside access was located in my flower bed. Nicholas and his assistant ran the shower and the washing machine to confirm the lines did not plug and also observed the water coming into the y connector out to the city. I was very impressed with the latest technology this operations carry with them. After the issues were resolved to my satisfaction Nicholas advised that there is a 90 day guarantee as long as no new items are found in the line. I strongly recommend Nicholas for any future jobs.

twice, I repeat twice the price of any other plumbers in the area. $764 dollars to snake the toilet and put a camera in to see the issue. I called to ask the manager why so much more than others, the secretary said he would call me back, but never called me back. over priced and over tightened on the hook up after my husband cautioned him on it, so it leaked when he left. Toilet was unclogged.. $764 dollars we could have bought a nice snake for that. steer clear. geesh

The quoting plumber was a nice guy, but their prices were unreasonably high. Literally tried to charge me $600 to replace a tub faucet cartridge and spout. ($40 in parts) Not to mention the water heater installation price was 3-4x competing quotes. Sorry, I'd rather not. Thanks.

Arthur from The Pink Plumber came out to snake the pipes (that ran through laundry, dishwasher, kitchen sink/garbage disposal) and was very informative, professional and stayed until the job was done, cleaning up afterwards. He answered all of our questions and we were comfortable with the work, and the future work we'll likely need to replace cast iron with PVC. But for now, we're holding on. We had a ridiculously high water bill, due to a leak under the foundation of our house. Robert P. was the service pro that came out. Gave us quote for the job, which was a fair amount and a lot cheaper than other companies. He even went above and beyond with doing couple of additional things. He was very kind, professional and completed the job promptly. He did an excellent job without leaving any mess behind which is greatly appreciated as the leak was in the master bedroom. I truly hope we never run into this issue again, but if we do, i know who I am calling.

I had some issues and thought I had a leak within my house. I called up The Pink Plumber and they said they were sending their best guy over. Well, I'd have to agree that he may be the best one they have, even though I only met two of the other ones. He was able to do an assessment of the plumbing in a particular bathroom which forced him to ask the question of whether or not I had a water softener. Turns out, I did have one and thought I had been having issues with it. Upon inspection, he was able to say that it wasn't working and likely hadn't been working in years, just based on the buildup that I had within a couple faucets. It also confirmed the issues that my wife was seeing with the water. He was able to get a toilet changed out and fix the drain on a bathtub that were both on the verge of collapse. He came back here a week later (today) and got my water softener changed out and the setup that he left me with is better than the setup that was here. I have a weird piping situation going on under my kitchen sink that he's agreed to come back out and do (specially) based on the work that I had him do. They serviced me and while doing so they advised me to have my 2nd tank serviced plus some line work, guaranteed the whole performance for 10 years so Daddy's happy!

Michael M. came to replace our kitchen faucet. He was on-time, professional, friendly, and initially gave us a couple of options. When he returned to do the installation (after we purchased a faucet), he clearly knew what he was doing. He was thorough (he identified a potential leak under the sink), and cleaned up after the job was complete. Paperwork was done via tablet with a warranty. Great worker, great job, fair amount to pay.

Michael was very nice and professional. However service time was at least 3 hours late.i was charged well more than the job should cost. And i noticed yesterday that the tank is making that running water noise tanks make when the seal is not tight. Very unhappy.

My experience with Fernando S and the Pink Plumber was absolutely FIVE STAR! I was contacted by reception and received a photo of the person assigned to my job. About 2 months ago I got a call from the water company suggesting I had a water leak! I called the Pink Plumber as my previous experience with them was great. Richard Quoma found the leak In the main Line, after the water meter (he discovered it was not working correctly), was replaced. He was professional, knowledgeable, very skilled and kind.I would recommend The Pink Plummer to anyone that has a need for their work. Ask for Richard!

Called them to come out due to an emergency plumbing situation i was having. I was given a 4 hour time frame for them to show up. As it was getting to the end of the 4 hours, I called them and they told me they didn't have a plumber avaliable. When I called I told them that I had an active leak and they promise me a plumber to respond. Of course, after they didn't have the plumber avaliable they told me they never promise one. I requested a supervisor to call me. I explain they situation to the supervisor that there was nothing he could do. He told me that they called me which they never did and can prove it. This supervisor was very rude throughout the conversation. I never raised my voice and just asked for an explanation. After 4 minutes talking to him he hanged up abruptly the call. I called back and he refused to talk. A requested the owner or his supervisor and they hanged up the phone. I can't say how the work, but it was truly a negative experience. I still would love to owner to give me a call. Lo

I had some doubts when they were unable to be on site in the first four hour window they gave me. I rescheduled for the next day and they made it, and the fast, high quality work made the minor delay worth the wait.Felix is not only an excellent plumber he is jovial and friendly as well. Called because my toilet was running. They said it would be $625 to repair. I said, “No!” and they went to $525. The toilet still doesn’t work correctly. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I felt it was a complete rip off. I would NEVER use this company again.

I desperately needed a plumber because the toilet snake got stuck in the toilet! I've been having problems with the toilet clogging for about 6 months and didn't know why. I called Friday evening and the Thomas S. came out on Saturday morning at 8 as originally scheduled.He was courteous, professional, and knew exactly what to do. Fernando, David, and Javier came to my house to replace an old blue Polybuteline water supply line with PEX. From the estimate stage Fernando presented himself as a knowledgeable professional. The estimate was very reasonable for the job. I was impressed and made sure he did the installation as well. The office staff was very friendly and assured me that he would be the one sent to do the job. He and his team arrived on the day of service on time and ready to work. Even though I had a pretty good idea what needed to be done, Fernando made sure I was advised every step of the way. When the job was completed, surprisingly fast I might add, I turned on all the faucets and found great water pressure--definitely better than that old leaky blue Poly pipe! And the BEST part? When I inspected the work in the yard it almost looked like no-one had been out there, even though I saw them digging, etc through the ivy, taking up the pavers, removing shrubbery and granite ground cover!! I had to come to Florida to do some things for my mom and there was an issue with the shower and toilet not draining. So I called The Pink Plumber, and they came out the same day within about an hour and a half. The gentleman (David) was very curtious and very professional. If I'm ever in the area again and need plumbing services I will definitely call them again.

First I would like to say that I have only some knowledge of plumbing for stoves. That being said, I called Pink Plumber for 2 separate issues. 1st was to have a copper LP gas line installed since our HOA does not have natural gas. I explained our situation and they told me I would be required to pay them $59 service call fee. TJ came out and immediately told me that Pink Plumber does not do any work on LP and would need to contact Teco to have a contractor bury a tank in my back yard. The cost to me for that would be around 8 thousand dollars!. I confirmed the cost to be correct and would not be getting a gas tank.The other issue I needed done was to have a refrigerator water shut off valve and our poolside sink shut off water valve replaced . TJ calculated the cost to be $670,( for two $10 dollar valves that would have taken about 2 hours of work). So I paid the $59 service fee and since they were not an emergency I told TJ that I thought it was way too much.He tried to convince me that it was the formula of Pink Plumber.At this point I am out only $59. A few hours later TJ's manager called and asked what they could do to resolve the conflict which I felt was a nice thing for him to do, but I said we were way too far off on price. We hung up and later he called back and left a message with a new price of $317. Once again a nice gesture but still too much for me. This was my experience. I believe that due to the type of work that is plumbing that this tradesmans and business take full advantage, well knowing it requires special tooling and experience forcing most people to pay their price. If they would have mentioned they charge about $300 / hour and would have also noted the LP tanks would cost me $8k I would not be out the $59 service fee either. To me, that is smarmy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had the Pink Plumber come out to my home for a problems with a sink in our bathroom. TJ Salvato came out the same day to find out exactly what had to be done. He diagnosed the problem and made suggestions as to what we could do. The choice was to take care of two issues and put in a new faucet. The next morning, he was here at 9:00 and took care of the entire job with a beautiful and clean job. He also verified that there were no problems with the adjoining sing. TJ then did a complete review of all of our plumbing and recommended a solution to our low-power shower and also our very old water softener. We paid with a credit card. There was no charge for just coming to our home as with other plumbers. The pricing was for the “job.”. We also have a bid on a new water filtration system that we are considering. We will definitely use TJ Salvato again for his excellent service and thoroughness in taking care of our problem and also thinking about how we can improve our plumbing needs in the future.

Being on a limited budget he worked with me on the pricing as best he could, even calling his supervisor to see if he could make things more affordable. Hence the pricing was very fair. Felix performed his work both thoroughly, neatly and in a timely manner. I noticed too that he was training his assistant at every turn. The water heater install looks and works great!

Robert Potochney was by far the best plumber we have EVER had. Smart, articulate, well mannered, informative and got the job done. He figured out what was wrong and immediately set to work . When I called for a plumber it was 5:00 pm on a long holiday weekend. the Pink Plumber receptionist was right on it and she also did a really great job. She said we would have a plumber today and we would get an hours notice. before he arrived. We got a notice at 5 pm and before six he was here. He worked diligently for two hours! When he finished I said thank you for coming out so late. He just smiled and told me he loved what he did and knew we were in trouble so he elongated an already long day and came to our rescue. He obviously cares about his customers and he is the best example of a man dedicated to his chosen trade that I have met! On 9-9-2023, I called the Pink Plumber because my main drain line was clogged. A few hours later, this guy shows up in his pink truck. He comes into my home and proceeds to look over the situation. I had tried to snake it myself with no success. Silence, as he starts typing on his hand held tablet. Then out of the blue he says $820.00..Yes, $820.00..Of course being a little caught off guard, I said what in THE F--K did you just say. Then he begins to tell me if I remove the toilet myself that will save me $300.00. I actually started to laugh. He didn't think it was very funny. Then I said you got to be kidding me. Tech..with straight FACE said no..To make a long story short, I said please leave I will figure something out. I did..I rented a 75 foot snake from Home Depot for $55.00/Half Day..Then I bought a wax toilet ring for $7.00..Problem solved..Moral to the TRUE EXPERIENCE..These guys are SCAMMERS..STAY WAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH..

We were having a problem with our water softener after a power outage and needed help from Pink Plumber. I had reset all of the date/start times on the timer, touched the recycle button and nothing happened. Ok let me start by saying todays experience with Josh was awesome!! Today josh came to do warranty work. The first guy that came was horrible, nervous, and didnt know what he was doing it seemed. I still had a leak. Anyway I called them back explaining that and they sent josh out the next day! no charge no questions asked. they also informed me that the other guy no longer works for them. So im glad they get rid of bad ones. Anyway so He came and fixed it. Showed me what he was doing the whole time. Was very informative! He really is a great plumber!! Love their 24/7 availability. They did my job on a Sunday. Unfortunately, they had to come back, because we still had leaks. The technician seemed knowledgeable, but his helper was on his phone the whole time. Therefore the job did not get done thoroughly. When I called to address the unfinished work, no one would answer the phone. Had to email a request to return and finish the job. They did return and finished. They are expensive.

I would give them negatives if I could, what a horrible experience we had with this company. Our tankless hot water heater broke on a Saturday night. I found the Pink Plumber online and called them because they said they have weekend hours for no charge, now I see why. I was told they could not do it until Monday because it was a tankless unit even know they had one at their shop. When he came Monday, he gave me the outrageous estimate of $4900. I baulked but I have a medical condition that requires 2 hot baths a day to get out of bed. I told him the only way we were doing it is if it was done that day. He assured me it would be 100% done and running. I told my husband the price and he said a new unit is only $1000 but if he was for sure going to have it done that day then we would just have to do it so I wouldn’t be in agony as it had already been 2 days without hot water. Fast forward a few hours, the technician told me he was unable to finish the job because he was not comfortable with the electrical work (even though plumbers do electrical all the time) but he had already called the electrician and he would be out the next day. He then let it slip that it was his birthday and his wife was mad at him because he was not home. I then googled the place and realized just how badly we had been screwed but it was obviously too late. The next day the electrician came and started to do his work , after a bit and a call to customer service he realized that the technician the day before had screwed the digital control to the front of the unit which customer service and the manual for the unit both state it that cannot be installed in an area that receives direct sun or could be splashed with water, ummm this is Florida like it never rains or is sunny. The Pink Plumber informed the electrician that is incorrect, that is how they always install them. I verified in the manual that it is absolutely the incorrect way to install. The electrician had to leave to get parts to put the digital controller in a weather proof casing. When I went outside to look at the unit there were drilled screw holes in the front of the unit which when it rains would allow for water intrusion which would destroy it. The electrician said he was told to caulk the holes. I called and sent an email the next day to the company to tell them this is not ok. The next day they sent someone unannounced to our door to replace the door on the unit. When I got home from work, I noticed a permit hanging on it. The permit was pulled the day they replaced the door of the damaged unit so clearly, they never intended to pull a permit in the first place or it would have been mentioned or done in the three days preceding the repair. They were just trying to cover their butts with an unhappy customer. The permit also had a price for the job at $2100 which the city puts in and is what the real price of the work should have been. When I asked the company about the outrageous price that should have been at the most $3000 (that’s with a huge profit) they said that is industry standard which is an absolute lie (I checked several other big and small companies after the fact and the most I was quoted is $2500) and they do great work another absolute lie as they installed my unit incorrectly. They were unwilling to give any kind of refund for lying to get the work in the first place by saying it would be done in one day and truly just screwing us. I was told to keep them in mind the next time that they would do better, what world do you live in? The only thing I am happy of is the internet and the fact that in this day and age with online reviews this company may eventually be out of business because no one in their right mind would use them if they saw how badly they take advantage of people.

Marcus was awesome. He couldn't provide an immediate fix but left some industrial drain cleaner that may do the trick. If not, we have an estimate for possible repairs. Pink plumber is our go to for all plumbing needs!!!

Showed up and said he couldn’t do a warranty fix on my hot water heater. Then their off told me they don’t work on gas water heaters and to call another company.

I honestly, without a doubt, can say that Felix was more than just professional and courteous, but also he went way above and beyond what he was scheduled to do. He even told me and my wife that he wasn’t going to leave until he finds the problem. And yep, he was right! He stayed until 8:30pm on a Saturday night, when he could have easily left earlier to go home to his family, having found no resolution to my issue. But instead, he arrived at my home before 2pm and worked on my leak issue for nearly seven hours. It’s good men like Felix that give me and my wife hope that more people in the service industry can be more like him if they simply cared about their customers as much as they care about their paychecks. The Pink Plumber is the way to go if you really have any concerns with your home’s plumbing and leak issues. They have now earned a permanent spot in my phone’s contact list.

Had an amazing experience. David L. And Patrick were extremely professional, well knowledged and went out of his way to walk us through the entire process. Our issue ended up being the main sewage drain had been broken by bright house when installing their cables. David and Patrick not only documented the entire process with videos and photo, talked to the BH rep on the phone but also forwarded the evidence to the property damage investigator from BH. Through the entire process my 3 little girls wanted to watch what they were doing and these men took the time to show and explain it tp them... no questions asked with giant smiles on their faces. I cannot say enough about how great they were. I will never call another plumber then these guys!

I had a leaking toilet that required a complete toilet rebuild and a second that needed a new flapper to stop it from running. Both jobs were performed to my satisfaction. The plumber was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up both bathrooms after he completed the work. I dropped the rating one star. The scheduler tried to reschedule the appointment to the following day when I was supposed to get the call confirming what time Wednesday the plumber would arrive. I had cleared my schedule for the afternoon and was not able or willing to have a last minute reschedule to the following day. They did get me a plumber but he didn’t arrive until well past the window of time I had originally been promised. When the plumber arrived and inspected the job, he did not have the supplies he needed to completed the job. He had to go to the local hardware warehouse to buy supplies which added an additional hour to the job time.

Had a five star experience with Steven. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I wish there was a way to rate more than 5 stars because from the first time Richard Q entered our house he was a 10 star person. When he found out that our problem was much bigger than we thought (clogged tub) he took care of the problem quickly. He had to remove our tub and build a shower instead, he had to replace all of our pipes, (50 year old house) and toilet. He did all of these repairs with his 10 star buddy Will. These two kept my bathroom clean the whole time they were tearing stuff up. I would recommend these two to anybody that needs a plumber. The Pink Plumber is the best. It's nice to know you have a person like Richard Q and Will to call on if you need superior, honest service..

Zach did a great job on my water heater replacement. I actually had several quotes and it was scary how different each one was, not in terms of price per se, but in terms of what people told me I needed or did not need - very confusing. But Zach was the only person who came in and seemed to know exactly what was needed and did not try to talk me into anything that was not needed. Pink plumber called me based on a website search and when I said I needed a quote they sent someone out right away. They sent Zach's picture in advance and I received text reminders about my appointments. When the day came to do the replacement Zach called me in the morning and gave me his ETA. When he encountered a snag and had to go to a different store to get a specialty part, he called and gave me an update and a new ETA so I could plan out my day. He was very neat and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left (something my last plumber failed to do). Pink Plumber was not the lowest quote I received but it was not the highest either. The quote included everything I needed which was key because I had to call several companies back to try and get updated quotes because they left details off the quotes. I would use Pink Plumber again in the future.

Fernando S. was sent by the Pink Plumber to help us with our leaking shower head. He did a great job and explained everything that needed to be done. I did not compare prices because I have used other liscensed plumbers who did poor work and actually damaged my tiles and installed water heaters that failed to pass inspection which cost me much more over all. Fernando did not make a mess and left my house clean. Take my advice. Hire a good plumber and skip the cheap bids. Cheap is a waste in the long run.

Pink Plumber’s Mike, “most experienced” plumber came over and couldn’t wait to get me to sign a contract. We had a toilet leak due to a bad flapper and water feed valve. He tried to tell me it was one of those “funny “ leaks where he would put holes in the wall and the ceiling and the closet to find the leak source. He hit me up with a starting of $475 just to begin and said $2,500 was very possible plus restoration. He showed no interest in doing any inspection and did not even look at the toilet or shower or anything. He just kept pushing his ipad before me to sign. I refused.I later called a leak detector guy who immediately adjusted the toilet pressure and inside water feeds. Everything back to normal for $125.Thanks PINK PLUMBER. I know who to NOT call next time. I showed Mike the door btw.

Thomas arrived in a timely manner, appropriately dressed and with a helpful smile on his face. After professionally and thoroughly considering the work at hand he got started and removed an old water softener and repaired a troublesome leak in our old house's copper piping. The work was challenging I'm sure as it required many skills, cutting and measuring copper pipe, welding and screwing valves onto pipes not to mention dealing with the odd work that had been done by other owners in this old house. He also replaced an old valve that had frozen and was at risk of maybe failing. He did a most professional, complete and tidy job and was a pleasure to have on our property (work was in the hot as blazes garage)! I would trust him implicitly with any plumbing work I might need, regardless of the scope. I use Pink Plumber exclusively and as I have written before, my only concern is with their pricing. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work but have also always been left wondering if I paid too much. This is no reflection on the technicians - I'm quite sure they do not set the prices. But at the end of the day, let's be honest. The truth of the matter is skilled workers are hard to find and when your house is flooding or toilets overflowing, who really cares? We used them on 2/24/16 to inspect our plumbing for a new home that we were purchasing 3/9/16.. The owner was aware of a plumbing issue and was willing to fix any plumbing issue prior to close. They sent their service person who indicated our main line was clogged. He charged the owner of the home $411 which she gladly paid.3/30/16We have the same problem in the bathroom and called them back and they sent someone new as we were unable to contact the initial plumber. His phone was disconnected! The new plumber told us that this was going to be a more complicated repair and the new cost was $2,144 to repair this and should have been repaired correctly with the initial service.We have 2 invoices that indicate the same problem only it is too late as we already have closed on the home. A more competent plumber would have been able to correctly fix the problem and the owner would have paid for the repair.We contacted the Regional Manager who insulted us by taking his price down to $1500. He made no mention of the warranty in service that is onthe back of the invoice which would stand by their work.Buying a home is challenging enough without having one of the professionals we hired to represent our investment fell short.They do not stand behind their product or their warranty.DO NOT USE THE PINK PLUMBER!

I love using the pink Plumber they are always very professional and knowledgeable. They always come on time and clean up after their self. I never use anyone else.

The tech appeared about 2 hours after I contacted the company. I wasn't sure my water softener was working, he did a hardness test, told me the unit was old and may go out soon, gave me an estimate for a new unit, but did not push too hard. I set up the appt. using Angie's List, and he didn't charge me a service fee! Wow, now that is service!

So horrible, they were supposed to come from 3-7 and at 8 they called and told us that they would be here at 8 in the morning the next day. The man shows up at NOON! He had already given me an estimate over the phone and then when he got here he told me that it would be 400-700 dollars for the fix if I wanted a camera, it was an easy resealing job just take off the toilet seal it and bolt the toilet back down, we just wanted someone to do it to save time, but 400 dollars was rediculous and they said that that was it, they then told us that we had a belly in our pipes that was causing it to clog and that it would cost several thousand dollars, THAT BELLY HAS BEEN IN THERE FOR 30 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEM and so he said there is some bacteria that you can but that costs 77 dollars that will clear it up but it is still not going to clear it up like what do you mean. SCAM SCAM SCAM we paid and he left and I will never use their services again

We ended up not using this service, so this is more of a warning than an actual review. Our tankless hot water heater broke on a Sunday (of course) and we called and spoke to someone who was VERY nice who explained that they would be happy to come out to take a look, but that it would be better to wait till Monday when the service dept for the tank manufacturer was open - this made sense and was very thoughtful. We were told that someone would be out Monday and that there would be a $59 service charge. Guy arrived and proceeded to write up the estimate which was $249 to look at the tank. I told him I thought that the service charge was $59 and he informed me that that was just to drive to my home, it would be $249 for him to actually look at anything ... What the heck!?!? Then, if he looked at my tank and figured out what was wring with it there would likely be another charge to actually come and fix it - so, $249 to LOOK at the tank. I told him no thank you and he very nicely waived the service charge (sic. drive to your house charge.) He was nice enough, but I just wanted to put out there that the service fee doesn't actually cover them servicing anything.

Had TJ come just to work on my garbage disposal originally. They convinced me to look at the Halo 5 and had it installed two days later. Crew was very courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure to let me know everything that they were doing before they did it.

He showed us several options and we decided to purchase 2 new toilets. We set up a date for the install for Tuesday Dec. 4th. at 9 am. Unfortunately , there was a mix-up at the office and George didn't show up until 10:50am. I would still have the Pink Plumber repair any other job I need. George was done in a couple of hours and the job looks perfect. He cleaned up everything and left with the old parts. I would have given 5 stars , but the office never contacted me that he would be late. Still a great job was done by George. I would recommend them to anyone needing the service of an outstanding company.

Water heater broke Saturday afternoon. Called Pink Plumber's 800#. Pink Plumber sent Plumbing technician who arrived at 5:30pm. Technician explained that I needed a replacement water heater. Originally wanted a tankless water heater so he quoted me and my wife several tankless options all in excess of $4000 plus, so we move to the 50 gallon tank option. I currently have a 50 gallon water heater in my house. He did not want to do the job late that afternoon so we agreed on Sunday morning at 10:00am. At 10:30am he arrived with a 40 gallon tank and no pan for the water heater. At that point, I decided to pay for the $59 service fee cut my losses and hire a different company.

Michael did a wonderful Job at explaining everything, was honest about what needed to be done. Got the job done at a timely manner. Definitely recommend him.

We were extremely happy with our service that we received from our technician Joshua Sayers. Even though things turn into a direction we weren't prepared for money-wise, he I was very honest and showed us everything that had problems before he did anything. He provided us with all the estimates and we even got a second opinion which would have cost even more. We stuck with the pink plumber because we know we are in good hands and they stand by their work as well as what the company stands for. I know that they saved us from a bigger issue we could have had and are thankful that even with the cost our home is no taken care of.

My hot water heater died the weekend before Christmas (Monday). My regular plumber was out of town for two weeks so I called the Pin Plumber. Justin arrived at 8 pm -4 hours after I called- and fixed the problem for the price of a service call. He was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable, informative, polite and delightful. He is a credit to the company- I’d definitely call again.

The technicians came out the same day I called within a little over an hour. They were polite and professional. It was more expensive than I thought it would be and there wasn't a senior citizen discount; I had a handyman service here who had fortunately already pulled the toilet or this service would have charged me an additional $200 for that. But The Pink Plumber service did a good job.

I had Pink Plumber come to my housr and they wete prompt and at first I thought they were honest and professional. I had a pressute problem in my bathroom. Aftet getting a price of $1500 to $4000 to fix the problem I decided not to have it done. The tech. told me he could bandage the pressure problem for $220, but it would only be a temporary fix. The tech. left before the water came back on and we now have a leak. After calling the office to explain what had happened, Blair stated his tech. said I already had the leak which was incorrect. IT WAS A PRESSURE PROBLEM.I nevet got a call back on this matter. My advice to future customers is to be very wary of PINK PLUMBER. They came to fix one problem, but caused anorher. And NO I will not pay for another service call when in fact it was your tech. that caused this problem.

Prices are a bit steep. Service men were curtious and professional. Zack was top notch. Very knowledgeable as well as helpful. A joy to talk with. He knows how to listen and give multiple ways to solve the problem.

My water heater was very old and I ultimately decided to replace it. Felix completed the installation top to bottom the same day. Service was excellent and provided in a timely fashion - would have given 5 stars except that the price was a bit steep. The plumber they sent (Thomas Salvato) was excellent - very thorough, explained what was needed and what he was doing to fix things very well, and made several very helpful recommendations to improve some of the somewhat questionable things the previous owners had done to the house's plumbing. Did a thorough inspection of the house's plumbing components after completion of the intended tasks, and found and fixed a couple of leaks we hadn't even noticed yet. Will definitely ask for him again if the need arises.

Had a major issue were I was losing gallons of gas to heat gallons of water that were leaking into the ground! I couldn’t find a plumber willing to help me. Called the Pink Plumber andthey were at my house within 1 hour of call, accessed the situation, got the parts and repiped and added new values to my tankless hot water heater. There was some confusion early on regarding discussions with the office and then the technician once he arrived on-site regarding the price and the brand to replace our 50 gallon natural gas water heater, but, once we were able to get those resolved, Zachary was very professional and did an excellent job removing our old water heater and installing our new water heater with new connections as well as an associated thermal expansion tank. He also ensured he got us the necessary information to seek a rebate from our local natural gas utility provider. If you can solidify the pricing early on with the company, I would highly recommend Zachary for the obvious pride he takes in his work.

Call because of ads thinking they would be good. $59.00 fee to come out. They another $350.00 to tell us we needed new sewer line among other things. Then told us they couldn't do the work anyway because it was commercial. Total rip off. Scam to make quick money. I never would have paid but my partner. Paid because I had to work. Go with other companies. There are plenty.

I called Pink Plumber because I had a busted mainline pipe, but I didn't know that at the time I called them. The employee shows up and parks out front for a half hour before knocking on my door. I tell him the issue that I hear water running in the walls, when I turn the water on at the main shutoff value. he didn't notice the water gushing from my lawn when he walked up. He tells me that the leak is in the slab, we walk down to the water meter, we see the river of water flowing out, I have to ask him to turn it off for me. He shuts it off, then goes to write up an estimate. Another half our goes by, he gives me 3 estimates that all say to replace all the plumbing in my house. The lowest estimate is $3000. He is still insisting that the leak is under the slab. I asked him, how is water leaking under the slab if we the water is cut off at the shut off value. To prove his point, he turns the water back on at the meter and it starts gushing out of the grass a foot past the water meter. At this point, he rolls his eyes and goes to grab his shovel. He mentions that he is leaving on vacation that night and obviously didn't want to do any dirty work today. Luckily, he finds the hole in the pipe, puts a clamp on it to stop the leaking. He takes another half hour to clean up before handing me the $300 bill for fix. He gives me the estimate to replace the mainline for $2300 and I am thinking no way in hell that I will call him back to do that job. I have worked with this company before and next time, I will ask for the head plumber, because I know he puts the needs of customer first and foremost.

We have an old house (1926) and the plumbing was old when we moved in (1989). Richard C. was able replace some old valves and stop some major leaks for us. They're great if you want to be misled and screwed over. You know what's really shady and unprofessional? Everything about this company's practices. They advertise on their website that they’re a “24 Hour Plumber” and then later reveal to you that they're not. I had an emergency situation throughout my entire home, in which I was left unsure if my water was safe to use and to consume. My usual plumber was all booked up, so I booked an appointment with Pink. They said they could come to my home between between 12pm and 4pm. I even got a text confirming it. With that kind of window, I had to take the day off work... but where plumbing is concerned, one cannot mess around when there's no water in the house. At 2pm I got a call that the plumbers were behind and would arrive later than expected. At 5:05 I got a call that they would not be able to make it and would have to reschedule for the next day. I asked how that could be, since they're a 24 hour service. I was then told that they answer the phone 24/7, but stop work at 5. I politely begged to differ, given the clear, bold statement on their website — but the woman on the line insisted that I was wrong. Here's the thing, though: telling me that no one is coming at 5:05pm not only wasted my entire day, it actively prevented me from calling anyone else to fix this problem, because everyone else closes at 5pm! In what world is it okay to make people miss an entire day or work and screw them around when water is involved? I had no fresh or safe water accessible in my entire house! That's a basic necessity required for human survival! And furthermore, they don't know my situation! Maybe I'm invalid and can't get to the store to buy bottled water. Maybe I could have if you'd alerted me sooner. Maybe I'm ill and require a constant supply. Maybe I'm caring for someone who requires a bath for medical reasons. Maybe my home business depends on it!At the end of the day, making someone wait around for 5 hours, based on a flagrant lie is thoroughly disrespectful and the company should be sued for false advertising. It is illegal in the state of Florida to make false claims such as this. The statement on their website clearly says 24 hour plumber. As a result of this claim, customers are left with the reasonable impression that they will be eventually serviced, even when told that the plumbers are behind schedule. At no point was I told that if they don't finish their previous job, my appointment would be deferred to the following day rather than within the advertised 24-hour window. At no point was I given an option to pay an emergency free of any kind, to have someone show up after 5.It seems to me that this kind of deception actively locks people in, because it discourages them from finding someone else to do that job until it's too late. We sit around assuming we'll be helped, so we don't think we need a backup plan. Calling after 5pm and attempting to reschedule for the next day effectively gives the customer no choice, because it's not like we can call anyone else. If we say no to a reschedule, then we risk waking up the next day and not having any openings with the competition, and we will have taken a second day off work for nothing. Take a look at this screenshot of the website that convinced me to call them —and then tell me I'm wrong about their false claim.

David is an amazing professional, very efficient, and very personable. Hopefully I won't need his specialized service very often, but I'll definitely ask for him in the event of future plumbing problems. I also really enjoyed the fact that he spoke very highly of his supervisor and coworkers. That's always a good sign.

TJ’s customer service was beyond superior! Not only was he informative and prompt, but also very personable and friendly. He explained to me what was wrong with my kitchen sink and even taught me how to clear it on my own if it were to ever get stopped up by something. He showed up very quickly and had the job done in about 20 minutes. This was very helpful, as I am a law student and sometimes my coursework can be overwhelming, so having this problem fixed so quickly was a weight off of my shoulders. Pink Plumber installed water heater on 5/31/23 The office and plumber General Jarmon had good customer service and knowledge when answering my questions. .I am a new customer and it was a positive experience.

When I first called the Pink Plumber, I spoke to a lady who waved the service call since I am a previous customer and spent nearly $2000 the last time.Leslie C arrived and is indeed a terrific plumber. Very capable, courteous and professional. I was so happy with him that I offered him a generous tip.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend thiscompany because despite the waved service fee, Leslie's boss instructed him to charge me $157 for a 'diagnostic' . I of course flatly refused.

He assessed the problem and made the fix. Also very courteous. However, he spent too much time trying to sell upgrades for items that were not broken.He suggested upgrading both my toilets. They are both low flow toilets and function fine, but newer low flow toilets would give a better “flushing action”.He suggested I replace the shutoff valves to both toilets since they have a little “play” in them as they come out of the wall. They both work fine and have for years.He said my main shutoff valve mounted on the outside wall of my house leaked when closed and needed to be replaced. There is a faucet for a hose right after the shutoff and I proved that the shutoff did not leak. He then stated it was a gate valve that could stick and he did not like them.The bill that he presents is on a computer and there is no breakdown for parts or labor. Before he arrived, I thought I needed to replace the shutoff valve on both toilets. The price he quoted to fix the problem I thought was a little high but agreed to the price since he was already here and there would be a service charge if I did not use him. As it turned out, he quickly assessed that the problems were the float valves in both toilets. He replaced the float valve and the short feed hose from the shutoff valve to the toilet on both toilets. This was a much easier job than I initially thought the job would entail. Bottom line the total parts for this job were about $60 at best. He spent about 1.5 hours at my house, about 0.5 hour assessing the problem, about 0.5 hour trying to sell me stuff I did not need, and 0.5 hour making the repairs. The total bill was $683. I paid the bill. I thought it seemed awfully high. After looking online for prices to make these repairs I found that I paid about twice the going rate. I wish I had been a little more patient and questioned the price, but I guess I got a little worn down rejecting offers for things I did not need.

The plumber who did the work was awesome. The price they charge for the work they did is outrageous. We were pretty much stuck between a rock and a hard place and had to get the work done. We had new countertops and sinks put in and had been without sinks for 2 weeks, it was going to be another 2 weeks to get a couple different companies to come in and just couldn’t wait that long. As an aside those companies bids were 1/2 of what this plumber charged. If you have money to waste feel free to use them.

Just had Michael Gregorio stop by our home to do an estimate for a gas water heater and I couldn’t tell you how wonderful he was!! He walked us through the process of replacing the gas lines, heater and possibly adding a softener since Florida water is not the best. He provided 2 options and never made us feel like we had to move forward immediately, which we truly appreciate. He was also very conversational and provided an awesome customer experience to new home owners! I recommend having him or anyone on his team come by!

Do not trust these people. The service techs work on comission and will overcharge, lie, and even break something and try to charge you to fix it. They stab each other in the back and do not get the job done properly. I should know, as a new inexperienced homeowner they took me to the cleaners. Seriously, check out what they tell you is wrong before you say yes and pay them. I made that mistake.

Leslie was a nice enough guy. But the price he quoted was over $500 for, at best, two hours labor and a few dollars of PVC pipe. Another plumber did it for $150!!!!!!!

Our technician was fantastic.Even before the job, we knew the price was expensive but we were in a jam and unfortunately I had let them know that I really needed the job done ASAP. After the job was completed, I contacted another licensed & insured plumber who would have done the job for $200 less. He was absolutely shocked at the price we paid. I suggest finding a smaller local plumber who is licensed/insured to save yourself hundreds of dollars.

This place is a rip-off. I was informed of the price to do the job. $700 to put in a washing machine box. Way overpriced. I should have checked the average price for this job. My fault. When I asked how much a certain part was I was told they don't itemize their invoices. Prices are done by job. Who does that?? The repair continued to leak and I had to repair it myself. Very poor quality in the workmanship. Then I find out my credit card is charged $7.95 each month for Diamond Membership. I didn't want any membership. I just wanted my plumbing fixed and they couldn't even do that correctly. I will never use The Pink Plumber again. What a racket.

Turned out not to be the hot water heater after all, its the A/C. He was wonderful and I will definitely call them when its time to replace the hot water heater.

Had the Pink Plumber come out for a 2nd opinion as felt first company was out of their minds as the other company said I needed complete sewer pipe repair under foundation and backyard.TJ had me watch scoping video with him and showed me everything so I could see what he was seeing. After going over everything all I needed was 10 feet of sewer replaced that was damaged due to tree root, rest of my pipes only need a cleaning not replacing. By calling Pink Plumber I got an honest answer and saved me over 10k in unneeded pipe replacing. Pink Plumber is now my go to plumber.

The Pink Plumber sent two great techs namely TJ Salvato and Richard Quoma. As a team they worked the job efficiently and competently. They did a great job replacing the water line to the main. Zachary Lapanne did a great job installing my disposal unit that I got from Costco. He also redid the under the sink pipes that were done poorly previously. I had bought my Tampa condo last year and have been upgrading things. The Pink Plumber guys have previously installed a new toilet and dishwasher. They did a great job with that too. I highly recommend them. I got phone calls when they were running late and an hour before plumber is on his way.

The two guys were nice. They were salesmen, but I can't blame them for doing their job. However, they quoted 450 dollars to replace the elements and tstat in the water heater? That is easily three times the price it should be for such an easy thirty minute job. Really should focus on doing what's best for customer instead of bottom line.

Felix answered a call on a Friday evening after his shift was completed to address an issue with my water heater. As the water heater needed replacing, Felix returned the following morning to remove the old unit and install a new one. With the installation came valuable education (for myself) associated with the water heater and plumbing in general. Felix was thorough and extensively knowledgeable of the industry.

Pink plumber was able to accommodate my early time restraint. Cecile was there around 930 for a 9-1 timeframe. I booked the appt the evening before.

The first thing I like to say here is, if you want to know about a company don’t look at the top ratting. If you get good service and fair prices, you shouldn’t have to look at all.I called Pink Plumber (should of known from the name) early in the morning (8:30am) for a sewer blockage that effected the whole house. Said would be there 10:30am, gave them home and cell numbers said try cell first. They didn’t and they changed the appointment until much later. 5:30pm they arrived (waited 9 hours). Was told would clean out house to sewer main. After cleaning whole house except to sewer line, clog was still there. Sending in camera to see what happened found that roots in sewer line outside house. After agreeing with outrageous price of over $600.00 to fix it, they said that they could do nothing about the roots and there would be no warrant, but pay us $600.00 I complained and they came back to give me a $1,300.00 estimate to replace a couple of feet of pipe less than 3 feet down. I declined and said I would fix it myself.I you want the most highest priced plumbers around that you can’t depend on call Pink Plumber!Most people that give them 5 stars have no idea how much things should cost.P.S. look at all the Pink Plumber apologies in the one star ratings.

Dan came to our rental property to evaluate a clog. He found the problem right away and got everything working. He gave me some suggestions and helpful advice. Such a nice plumber to work with. Service was immediate, call after 5pm and Dan arrived about 730pm, amazing!!! The Pink Plumber is amazing!!!

I don’t know what changed there, but I am dropping them as my plumbers and dropping their rating from 5 to 2... I was sold a hot water heater by them for a very large dollar amount in June of 2017. I did not pick the brand they chose to carry. Everything was fine until 2 days ago. Water heater quit producing hot water. Called pink plumber to come out and take a look. Element is bad. Ok, no problem, it is under a six year warranty. Called the manufacture and confirmed. Told the plumber that came out the same. He said, well you can have the manufacture send you out a new element or I can replace for $350. What? You sold me this water heater? Called the manufacture again and asked how the repair was to be done, they said the plumber just needed to replace and could pick up the part at their regional office, they do not ship parts to homeowners. I told the plumber the same, he made a bunch of excuses about there not being a office nearby, etc... but he could still fix it for $350. This is a product you sold me, under warranty. Why would you carry and sell a product that you don’t stand behind??? The element is between $9.50 - $15 each depending on where you go and the quality. You get a very lucky 2 stars because at least he was nice when he tried to rip me off more than I feel I already have been...Update: I replaced the 2 elements and 2 thermostats myself for $32 and 30 mins of my time... dropping this from 2 stars to 1.Update 2: Pink Plumber's response was received after I had already updated this once. You had your chance to help me when I spoke to the first the rep, then the manager. There is no reason to contact you, as I have already done the work. I would strongly urge people to double check everything you tell them. $350 for a warranty repair that would have been free to you and 30 mins time is EXCESSIVE... Try to spin it however you like, but you are ripping people off because you do not believe they will check into things...

Scheduled for 5-8pm I called twice to check on status since it was getting to be so late. Then when I called at 10 minutes to 8pm, I was told 'they aren't going to make it. GEE THANKS for letting me know. I could of had someone else out who would have shown up. If I had not called, I'd still be waiting. I had to go another night with NO WATER because of their lack of professionalism yeah... right. I called BEN FRANKLIN.DO NOT USE PINK PLUMBERS!!!!

First thing is after leaving an email​ with the Pink Plumber reponse came with in a few minutes. TJ the individual who came to do the work was very professional & curtious he did a great job and cleaned up well I'm very happy with TJ and the service of the Pink Plumber..

Had leak in master commode.Lawrence S. W/The Pink Plumber arrived and ascertain the problem and went to workHe had parts on truck and was able to fix problem in nothing flat. Lawrence S. Is amiable and 20 years experience so he lnows what he is doing. I will def. call The Pink Plumber and ask for Lawrence S.if I have a plumbing problem.

TJ with the Pink Plumber was awesome, I won't call anyone else but him from now on. I had what 3 other plumbers thought was a very complicated problem and got quotes up to $10,000 for repairs. TJ took the time to do a very thorough investigation to understand the situation and resolved it immediately. He even took the time to walk me through what he was doing, why, and educated me on my home's plumbing. He's a really good guy. Overall an A+ experience. I only wish I contacted them the first time.

I called The Pink Plumber because of a clogged toilet. I had already plunged, dranoedand cursed at it without results. Marat arrived early, he was very courteous, and took the time to explain my options in detail. I'm happy to report the clog is fixed and we'll be doing further work with himself in the near future. Save yourself some time in the future and go with this company.

20 - 30 min to fix broken PVC main line to house. Above ground ~ 15 inches. $563.00 ??? Single female homeowner. Terrible fees. Called to complain. Mgr. said fee justified. Would have been the same if had to dig up yard. Equal to going in for an oil change and paying for a total engine overhaul. Very Exce$$ive charges. Buyer beware. Never again.

My husband and I live in Michigan and have a condo in Florida. We were down here for a week and had a emergency leak in our pipe running down the inner walls and Zachary came out late after 8 p.m. to accommodate us the night before we were to return to Michigan. He was reliable, and knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Their company was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I called Pink Plumber at 505 pm and TJ was at my door at 800 am the next morning, exactly as scheduled. He replaced the valves and cartridges in three showers and replaced the garbage disposal. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend Pink Plumber and TJ. Quality service.Update: One week later, I called back for some additional work and requested TJ. He showed up within two hours of my call and once again far exceeded my expectations.He takes great pride in his work and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Summer responded and is very professional and friendly. She was very thorough with the job and made sure all of the work was completed to my standards. Summer is very trustworthy and honest. Blaine called to address questions that I had and he was also very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with the employees at the pink plumber.
