I called Spegal yesterday and they told me someone would be out the next day. Today Joshua C came to my residence to assist with an odor that was coming from my guest bathroom. Joshua was very pleasant and professional. He showed me where my issue may be coming from. He also gave some preventive advice. Joshua represented the company well. Because of him I will look at other services Spegal Plumbing has to offer. Thanks again Joshua. Prompt, knowledgable, & professional. I will be recommending Spegal to others.

After dealing with a toilet that kept clogging up and making all kinds of odd noises, we called Spegal. Duane came out and promptly addressed the problem. Professional service, pleasant to work with, and thorough in what he did. Next time we need a plumber, I hope Duane will be available.

This review is specific to Andres. Our upstairs shower drain was chugging so loudly that you could hear it through the ceiling (in the master bedroom) and walls. Andres spent a significant amount of time trying to pinpoint the area to avoid ripping out our walls or ceiling. He proactively decided to remove the caulked drain beforehand to ensure there wasn’t an easier fix too. Thankfully, he found a left behind piece below the caulked in shower drain. After removing it the issue was amended. I cannot express how incredibly relieved we were to have it fixed easily. We’re grateful the walls weren’t taken out. Thank you, Andres!

Separately, this review is also for Shelby (who works in the office). She is so responsive, pleasant, and helpful. Spegal has been out to our new build about 8 times…give it take…getting appointments quickly has been a God’s send.

Duane was great in promptly addressing our issue of our hot water not being hot enough. He took the time to review each faucet, tub and shower to confirm the temperature and make the necessary adjustments to increase the heat in the water. Will use Spegal Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

Professional services

I had a water softener system installed by Spegal Plumbing. The entire team ranging from Amber at the office, Keith the manager and especially Hiram, the plumber who did the installation were all spectacular. The company was professional, fair and stand by their service and it clearly was shown. I want to thank Hiram for his knowledge and time he spent explaining his work. He did a phenomenal job with every step of the install and is a true asset to Spegal Plumbing. They are blessed to have him and I was lucky he was the one that did the job at my house. Highly recommended.

I've used them multiple times and have been very happy with the service. There was one repair that wasn't done correctly but when I called about it, they came promptly and put it right without questions.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have a brand new build home that has not even reached a full year old yet and the rude and completely unprofessional on call emergency plumber, I had to endure, decided to not warranty this companies install without even coming to the home to see what the issues were. Instead, he had me text him pictures and then had the audacity to accuse me of tampering with the garbage disposal causing the massive leak into our kitchen cabinets. The install of the disposal was clearly poorly done in the beginning, or we would have not had this type of massive separation to begin with. Do yourself a favor, and an 8pm trip to Home Depot on a Friday night to fix it yourself, and stay completely clear of this company at all costs. It has been made abundantly clear that customer service in the emergency department is not one of their strong suits.

Spegal Plumbing works hard to make sure their customers are happy with their work. I will use them again in the future.

Horrible customer service.

Customer communication is horrible. We are a 3rd time returning customer. We hired Spegal to run plumbing in the laundry room to add a utility sink. They did the plumbing, but we still don't have the sink installed. We made several calls to get the appointment scheduled. It was finally scheduled and we were told they would arrive between 12 noon and 4 pm. We were home the entire time. At 3:30 pm we called because no one had come. We were told that they called us, but we did not answer, so they did not come. They told us to be home between 12 and 4 pm, WE WERE HOME!

John was awesome! Very professional and extremely quick. He was able to fix the issue with the toilet constantly running in only a few minutes!

Recently had Lewis come out for a warranty claim on our home and he was without a doubt the most professional and knowledgeable contractor we have had out yet. Will continue to use Spegal for any of our plumbing needs just because of the experience we had with him.

PLEASE READ I will never use this company again is not affordable at all the pilot was damage with 2 years and 11 months of use.The parts covered by the warranty but the services was $525.00. A new water heater cost is $509.98 and the installation is basic. I have nothing to said about the technician he was a great guide but the company originally said that the $140.00 for diagnostic we’re going towards the total bill and that did not happen. At the end they charge me 140+385 for just replacing the parts.And in top of that we wait 3 days for the parts to arrive.The heater company charge $80 for the overnight shipping and that never happened. I hope this help because the house owners need this kind of services but affordable price not this unexpected scam level price.

My father-in-law referred Spegal Plumbing to help me fix the sewer clean out pipe cap that I accidentally destroyed with the lawnmower. Due to how the builder installed the clean out pipe initially, the cap could not be easily fixed the regular way. David put in a temporary fix and later came back and found another way of fixing it completely more efficiently. I was thankful for their work and honesty. Rudy was/is very professional and meticulous in his work. He had to cut two holes in the drywall to find the source of the water coming through the wall and quickly repaired the leaking joint. He patched the holes with the original drywall in such a way as only minimal work is needed to finish. I would highly recommend Spegal and would gladly call them again.

John from Spegal Plumbing came out and installed a kitchen sink and faucet for me. He also fixed leaking pipes under the sink. He was professional, friendly and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will call them for all my plumbing needs.

Fantastic plumber!! We had an emergency situation this morning where none of our toilets were flushing, nor was the kitchen sink draining, and when we tried to plunge them to see if we could figure out where the clog was, water started coming up the master shower drain (cue epic freak out moment). My husband urgently tried to call local plumbers recommended on our neighborhood's social media page, but he kept getting voice mails and no responses. A friend of ours recommended Spegal Plumbing. All I can say is SPEGAL TO THE RESCUE!! They were prompt to answer their phone, came out same day, and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage on our house to pay for the repair. Josh was so incredibly professional and helpful, and really took care to ensure everything was working as expected before he left. Rico was amazing! He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He asked me what problem I was having, listened, and looked at my water heater. He explained what was going on and why (great for a new home owner like me) and he answered all of my questions. He went out of his way to check an additional portion of the water heater and found a different problem (by the manufacturer or by a different company who installed it). I would have never known! He made the necessary call(s) to have it resolved. Once he was done, he asked if there were any other plumbing issues I may have. Above and beyond thorough service. Duane just came to our house to fix a drain in the bath tub and potential leak. He was knowledgable and took his time to make sure all of our concerns were addressed and fixed.

Once again John performed a number of repairs required by our aging home. As in the past he was professional, friendly, and kept us appraised at each repair. If you need a plumber, he’s the one.

Terrible customer service. Company does not follow up. I had to call three times to status the estimate i requested. When i finally talked to the owner (not sure of title) he stated he needed other documents that had not been asked for by his representative that previously came out to my house for the walk through. When i inquired as to why he said everybody needs these documents. This is a false statement and when i wanted to understand more he hung up on me. I would not trust this company. Dont waste your time.

To the reply: Thank you for responding. You forgot to address the repeated lack of follow through for providing the estimate. You also neglected to address the fact that your owner hung up the phone on me. Lastly, I only want to use licensed contractors so not sure why that was mentioned in the reply. Spegal Plumbing was amazing with the service and right on time. Rico did good taking his time looking for the problem. My shower was loosing pressure here and there. Rico looked at the head and discovered debris also discovered the main outside valve was clogged with more debris. Immediately he uses experience and skills and fix a problem thank you so much great job!

Duane with Spegal plumbing has been out to my house to do warranty work for a couple of different issues. He’s super friendly, efficient and very informative. Each time the problem was resolved quickly and he explained everything to me. And always checks to make sure there aren’t any other issues. He knows his stuff and gives me great advice. Very happy with his service and response.

John was very professional and did a great job fixing my shower faucet. Not 5 stars because I felt they overcharged me. I was told that it's a trip charge of $125.. and any repairs would be applied to that same $125. I needed a new Moen cartridge, which they then charged me an additional $100, even though that cartridge probably retails for 30-40 bucks. Oh well.

Spegal plumbing was the original contractor on our home 10 years ago. During the warranty period they quickly came out and fixed any issues that came up which, we were very appreciative of. To this day we use them for all of our repairs (most recently a leaky faucet) and am extremely happy with them.

We had some warranty work done on a new build. Jesus was great, professional, work was done in a timely manner, and then he was nice enough to give me some advice on how to proceed with some other issues that were not on his list. Great job.

The technician (RICO) called me around 40 minutes ahead of time telling me he would be at my house.

Spegal installed the plumbing in our new home. Duane came over to reinstall a sink faucet after a sink repair done by the cabinet installer was completed. He was very professional, thorough, and informative. He also made sure that any other concerns would be taken care of as well. We made an appointment several weeks out for a plumber to come to our house and repair a loose toilet. The appointment was set for the afternoon, between noon and 5pm. On the morning of the appointment we received a phone call from the plumber asking for it to be rescheduled from that morning. Ummm we didn't have an appointment that morning. After emailing the lady in the office and sending her the confirmation messages with the afternoon appointment time, she apologized having no idea why the appointment was changed from the afternoon to the morning, however she assured us she put us on the afternoon schedule and the plumber would call when he was en-route. No call, no show. No communication from the business. Do not recommend as this is highly unprofessional and a very disorganized way to run a business and scheduling.

Duane came on time to fix shower pressure and temp issue and ended up fixing toilet, kitchen faucet and refrigerator. He kept asking about any issues we could resolve today and he absolutely resolved everything with great professionalism and charm. I would recommend and request him everytime. I took a leap of faith after getting a recommendation off of the Nextdoor app and contacted them. You never know how reliable reviews can be so I was quite leery about the glowing recommendations. But I was very pleasantly surprised. Reliable, prompt, courteous, clean and thorough all come to mind. I've not hesitated to recommend them in my profession but will continue to use them personally as well.

We called Spegal Plumbing after we had a drain pipe put in incorrectly by someone else and it had started leaking. Our experience with Spegal Plumbing from the moment we called was superb. They were extremely responsive and John with Spegal Plumbing came to fix and replace the leaking drain pipe. John was so professional and kind and fixed/replaced the pipe. We are so happy with the service we received and will only ever use Spegal Plumbing from now on.

Courteous and professional

I lost hot water from my gas powered tankless hot water heater over the weekend when we had house guests. I called over the weekend and was able to schedule a repair after the weekend (which is nice, rather than waiting until Monday morning). When the technician, Hiram, came he thoroughly diagnosed the problem, walking me through the steps. It turned out to be a defective igniter, a part that was still under warranty. The technician was able to find a replacement on the truck, and my hot water was back on for evening showers. I thought Hiram was very knowledgeable and clearly loved his job. The fee was fair and I would use Spegal again.

We’ve been in our new construction home for 9 months. The water pressure was HORRIFIC. You literally could not do anything else in the house if somebody was showering or dishes, etc. Then Andres from Spegal came out yesterday. John came out and replaced the hot and cold water pipes that were custom to our claw foot tub but were leaking. Tricky because the pipes are custom size. He was able to come up with a really nice solution and everything turned out great.

Spegal plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my outside faucet/bib. Josh took the time to chisel it out the stucco carefully. He was able to replace with a new faucet that covered the hole. You wouldn’t even know it wasn’t original. The replacement faucet is top quality too. All done in less than an hour. The entire process from scheduling to appt date to repair was only a couple days. They asked me if it was an emergency but it was not, just a slow drip. I highly recommend Spegal Plumbing!

We have been having an issue with our dishwasher not draining for several months. We contacted GE to check out the dishwasher and they replaced the drain pan that didn’t work so they replaced the dishwasher. That didn’t work so we contacted Spegal to come out and look at the plumbing. The plumber came and did a few things and said there was nothing wrong with the plumbing, that we needed to make sure we were using the garbage disposal after using the sink every time (we were already doing this). A couple of days went by and water was pooling again at the bottom of the dishwasher. We called Spegal back and David came out this time. He took one look under the sink and knew the problem immediately. He took the time to put the piping and drains where they actually needed to be. It’s been a week and we have had zero water left at the bottom of the dishwasher. Thank you David for taking the time to solve this on-going issue, 5 stars to you!

I don’t even know where to start in telling you what an AWESOME ASSET HIRAM IS!!

My husband had to turn off the water at the street yesterday afternoon due to what he thought would be a simple fix to our master shower. WOW, was he wrong!!

I called my daughter who SWORE Spegal Plumbing was THE BEST plumbing company around! She’s having her house re-plumbed next week by your company and said we HAD to call you.

The worker that came to fix the clogged toilet scratched the inside of it and left the property without mentioning any thing. He gave us feedback on why it possibly could have been clogged but did not mention anything about how he scratched it with the snake. It is an ADA toilet that did not come with the house, it was our own

We had a streaming leak in our shower. The plumber came out and was able to turn off the water. Informed us he did not have the 2 parts needed, they would be ordered and should arrive in 3-4 days. He also said we would not be charged for a second service visit (which makes sense since if he had the parts, he could have fixed it then). After 5 days, we called. No part yet. Another few days. We called again. One part was in. 2 weeks later, we call - still waiting on the part - no way for them to expedite it. But, because of the inconvenience , they will not charge us for the parts (about $80.00). Ok. That’s good. 3 weeks - we call. They will check. They call back. The part is in. We want to confirm there will be no charge when they come. Oh, no - we have to pay for the service call. We explain what we were told - there would not be a second service call charge. They said the plumber did not put it in writing. They finally said they would charge a reduced fee - $89.00! We asked for the same plumber, they said he might not be available- it would be the afternoon 2 days later. On that day, a different plumber showed up - at about 9:30 a.m. He made the repair and we paid the second service charge. Needless to say, we do NOT recommend this company. Thankful we had another shower to use for 3 weeks and 2 days.

I have dealt with my fair share of different plumbing companies over the years….
But, I’m here to tell you… NONE of them hold a candle to Spegal Plumbing. Absolutely incredible company ALL AROUND! Responsive, punctual, professional, courteous, quality materials…. I could go on forever.
Our experience specifically surrounded the fact that our homeowners insurance went through the roof like most people’s currently. Our new INSANE rate was due to go into effect in less than a month and our insurance company said if we fix the plumbing it would help us get a better rate. After explaining this to Spegal’s amazing customer service, the OWNERS jumped right in to help due to the level of urgency and had someone out to quote the job THE NEXT DAY. Quoted us an incredible and fair price to re-plumb our whole house and promised to have it done within a week, as they had other jobs to handle I’m sure while also respecting our thin timeline.
They ended up calling sooner, two days later from my initial call to say they could come tomorrow! Their plumbers (we met three total), we’re all sooo polite and professional and had our house done that same day! I can’t recommend this company highly enough!!!! Incredible service, pricing and professionalism. Hands down, NO BETTER!

I reside in Del Webb Sunbridge, the technician assessed and repaired three different faucets in under thirty minutes. The area was left just as he arrived, despite having to delve under the sink for repairs. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Louis reconnected water pipes to a recently installed bathroom sink… did a great job!

Hiram Martinez installed our Whole House Water system. He was very professional, careful, no mess. When drilling through the block wall he worked from the Outside in and there was very little stucco damage. Very clean install and Hiram went over the system and maintenance so we could understated the system and what was expected of us.

Great company and great service!

I have used this service twice and I am extremely happy with their service. I accidentally ruptured my refrigerator ice maker line when pushing my refrigerator back in its place after cleaning area. Water was leaking all over area. The house builder had done such a bad job that I could not shut off valve where connector was built. I had to go outside house and shut off water system in the entire house!. By then you can imagine all the water inside house. I called Spegal and they fixed problem. They replaced the whole wall connector with a more sophisticated and easier valve to shut off. They did an excellent job.

Now I called them again about one of my toilet was making this loud noise when you flush it that you know something was wrong. They replaced necessary parts and gave me lifetime warranty!.

They also unclogged all my water faucets in my two bathrooms.

I am extremely satisfied with their service and they will always be my number#1 plumbing company if something breaks.

I would 100% recommend them.

I really cannot recommend Spegal Plumbing strong enough. First time I used them my electric tankless water heater exploded (leaked, but explosively leaked shooting water at ceiling causing partial cave in). John showed up and was so approachable, honest, kind, and dilligently answered all of my questions. He was super patient with me as Im always curious to know how things work, what went wrong, how I can be a better homeowner, in otherwords- Im annoying. Be he was always curtious and ultimately we couldnt fix the heater as it was an off brand not meant for US markets and didnt have the same standard threading needed to repair. Let alone the system was very poprly designed and destined to fail in near future (former homeowner installed). I ended up having Spegal come back and install tanked heaters in the house. They were quick and efficient. So much so I recommended them to my dad for his house that needed 2 tanked heaters replaced. My dad bought his own tanks and had Spegal show up blind to install. I was there today and it was my man John again. He installed both tanks, no hiccup. Same kindness, same great attitude and communication. Spegal is really lucky to have this awesome man. I did work with two other guys who helped install at my house and they were great as well. Good company with great staff. Strongly recommend.

What a fantastic experience! The plumber, John Smith, did a beautiful job on everything, and I had a long list. A leaky faucet, a couple other replacement faucets, and repairs to the shower faucets. He was open to my questions and explained what I wanted to know. Of course, he was also very professional, arriving during our appointment window and providing an estimate in advance. We are pleased and grateful for the excellent service.

Thank you so much to Josh from Spegal for an amazing, thorough and prompt fix of our clogged pipe. With two little ones we couldn’t have a toilet and a bath tub out of commission very long. They sent someone out as soon as we called and within a few hours it was all fixed. Josh explained what happened and how he fixed it, he work a mask and used shoe covers in the house which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again to Spegal. Hoping to not have another emergency, but for maintenance or any other needs we will surely call Spegal again.

Called right before the 4th of July holiday weekend about a non-emergency issue related to low water pressure. I was able to get an appointment for July 5th, which was faster than I expected. The visit took less than an hour and the plumber, John, explained different options I could choose from of how to fix our house's pressure issues and then quickly completed the repairs once we decided. John was very friendly and helpful, and our issue was completely resolved.

I highly recommend Spegal plumbing. I noticed a small leak from my hot water heater on a Saturday. The service department called me back right away and offered a weekend service but after a thorough discussion we determined it could wait till Monday. The service technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable and fast. He even tightened my outside hose nozzle just because it was dripping a little ! He recommended a small part to fix it rather than replacing the whole tank and determined it was still under warranty if it did need replacing in the future. Most other companies would have charged me for a whole new tank !
