EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! We are new home buyers in area and we have found our for life plumbing team!!! I fought for two hours to replace a seized shower cartridge that resulted in entire house water shutdown (isolation screws also seized), I even broke the screw to puller from pressure. After talking with them at 8:45pm, they explained all possible outcomes and possible prices/rates, so no surprises. After asking them to please come, they were here in 10 minutes, no joke! After being a facilities maintainer in the Air Force, I thought there is no way this guy is going to get this out if I couldn't, so I expected a full valve replacement, drywall work, and a much higher price. The son with his well trained experience
and meticulously skill had it out and replaced in under 20 minutes!!! They only charged me for one hour after-hours-rate since I had the cartridge already ($150). Very professional and pleasant to work with this family.

I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY ARE BEST IN TOWN! I had used a big name company (Pro-Tech) earlier in week to replace a seized hot water tank valve and home shut-off valve (my first attempt to remove cartridge). Their tech was here for 1 hr. I was charged $500!!! All he did was put in two $50 gate valves and less than 3ft of pipe in very easy access areas.
