Hubby tried his best to fix our leak, but we ended up waterless on a Saturday after hours. Yikes!! He called a few places, and Farenheit had a guy out to our house before some of the others even called us back. JC was quick, pleasant, reasonably priced, and had our water situation under control in time for me to cook dinner! Thank you!! We'll definitely call them back for more work we need.

Called them on Monday, August, 13th 2018 at 8:30am for an emergency appointment. I am a Restaurant waiting to open and everything was hinged on them showing up. These people are horrible and not friendly at all was told they would be there in a 4 hour time frame. called at 1pm said they were on there way. called at 2pm was told the same thing. Horrible customer service. showed up at 3:40pm.if you ever have an emergency DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY. Tried to charge me for an emergency call 8 hours after the fact was charged $ 130.00

I highly recommend Fahrenheit Plumbing. I was referred to them by Orlando Leak Detection (another excellent company) who identified a leak in our 2nd bathroom under the foundation. JC arrived on time and gave me an estimate. He was true to his word, despite the numerous leaks he found. He was a true professional; calm, knowledgeable , persistent and despite what must have been very frustrating (kept finding more leaks (from a lightning strike), was always pleasant and communicated what was happening. JC was assisted by Daniel, also professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only did they fix a difficult problem with multiple leaks, they did an amazing job of cleaning up. Despite the messiness that is unavoidable with this kind of work, when JC and Daniel left, late in the evening, the room was clean, with the repair neatly covered with concrete. VERY IMPRESSED & GRATEFUL!

After a 4 hour struggle with a major leak in our home, we had to call a plumber. We actually tried calling another plumber but after a hour of waiting we call Fahrenheit, the woman we spoke to on the phone was really nice and helpful, but told us someone couldn't be out for another 2 hours. THANKFULLY John was able to make time to come and help us find the leak and reinstall our water heater. I can not recommend these guys enough. Any future issue we have will be with this company.

Tried to call to have a pipe fixed after it burst at 4 am this morning and the women who answered the phone was clearly annoyed that I had called her. I told her what happened and she mumbles “I don’t have anyone right now..” I ask “will there be anyone in the future?” She says “..no”. I have patience with people but this women was cold and seemed more upset than me that I was calling and MY wall is leaking.. no time for rude people when there are others who will be happy to help or find a time that works.

Driver in van 13 cuts people off, weaves in and out of traffic, curses people out, gives them the finger for his bad driving and management won't even do a thing about it. They do not even care that their driver almost caused a five-car accident from his bad driving and anger issues behind the wheel of a vehicle. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY SERVICE COMPANY!!!!!!!

I called Thursday afternoon after being referred by a detection service who located a shower leak in my home. Spoke to a pleasant woman who took my information, confirming my address and gave me a 12 to 4 appointment for the next day. I took off work, waited, no service personnel, no phone call. I called at 4:05, giving them the 'window'. I was told by Yolanda that there was no record of a service request. Nothing with my name. Who did you speak with? What was her name? Was it Tina?

I was told she would check into it and call me back. No call. I waited 30 minutes then called. Was advised no one was available to speak with, and again, I would be called back. 30 minutes later Yolanda called to state there was no appointment, but could make one. I could re-schedule. She could send someone out now at 5:30 pm, arriving at no specified time. To do what? Work Friday night in my shower. I hung up, and called right back. The girl I spoke with yesterday answered. I told her that I had spoken with her yesterday. She said nothing. I told her Yolanda was offering to send someone. She only stated so do you want to cancel the service call or not. Seriously. Wow. I told her no thank you and hung up. I called back to ask this girl (Tina?) what happened and now got Yolanda again. I asked for a manager or supervisor. I was told there was not one available. I asked for contact information such as a phone number or email for the owner, and was told there is no specific email given out, only the general web address.

I missed essentially a full days work, and still have a significant shower leak. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!

I have never contacted the BBB for any matter. I will be contacting them ASAP.

I read another 1 star review(is there a 0 star) that they never showed up, followed by the owner blasting the review as a false and a competitor. I am not false and am not a competitor. I am a Winter Park resident who will be happy to prove it to anyone who requests it. I am seriously pissed off at this company!

I live in a house built in the 70's, and have had issues with low water pressure and occasional clogs since I moved in. A few weeks ago, all the sinks in my house (bathroom and kitchen), and my bathtub and toilet would not drain. I called Fahrenheit Plumbing at around 5 am, and left a message, figuring that would give me a good chance to get the issue resolved when they opened for business. To my surprise, I received a call back within 15 minutes, and well before 6 am, Brett and his guys were already hard at work, and shortly after they had fixed the clog. A few days later they installed a filtration system and now I finally have good water pressure! I give Fahrenheit Plumbing 5 stars due to their prompt response and very knowledgeable and professional staff.

We found Fahrenheit Plumbing after doing a Google search on a plumber. I was extremely impressed by the reviews they received online and called them to correct an issue I was having with one of my radiators. I subsequently started having an issue with my boiler, which was very old, and had them replace it along with my water heater, which was also old. Hector and one did a very professional job replacing both the boiler and water heater. He was also extremely clean in our home, which both my wife and I very much appreciated. If you’re looking for an honest plumber with reasonable prices, I would strongly recommend giving Fahrenheit Plumbing a call. I only wish I could give them more then 5 stars on Google.More like 10 stars would be adequate.

Our toilet had been leaking at the base for some time and my solution had been to glob some caulk around the base. Last Friday afternoon I was heading to an appointment when my wife called to let me know that as the toilet was flushing the lid from her deoderant fell in and was sucked down clogging the toilet. No problem I told her I'll snake it out when I get home. That did not work. It is now very late Friday and I call Fahrenheit Plumbing needing to get my toilet replace before Sunday when my spouse was to begin her cleanse for a Monday morning colonoscopy. Liz in the office at F.P. was great she arranged for plumber Jay Miller to arrive at our house Saturday morning to replace our toilet. His work was excellent and his cleanup was superb and even though it was the weekend the cost was very reasonable. We were so pleased that we have decided to have them come out again the replace three dripping out door spigots. If you need plumbing done you can't go wrong if you call FAHRENHEIT PLUMBING.

I would never consider using this company again. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. The main issue is how many times I was lied to. The plumber left my house and said he would be back in an hour in the early afternoon and never came back to finish the job. He left all water to my house turned off. Every time I called, I was given a different story. Very unreliable.

Fahrenheit Plumbing is reliable, honest, hard-working and most importantly--friendly! I can't tell you how many other companies (you know the ones with the fancy trucks) have some of the worst customer service you'll ever experience. There is a huge difference from dealing with a family business like Fahrenheit Plumbing, than a larger company with a high turn-over rate, and are only sending disgruntled employees who's only care is when they get to clock out of the job. When you have somebody in your own home, I would think you'd want somebody you can trust and can expect to do the job right the first time. We now call Fahrenheit Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs because they're prompt, considerate and very reasonable.

The plumber arrived and within seconds knew where the problem was. He offered us the option of getting the part from the manufacturer or to have him handle everything. We opt to have him do it and the job was done in 45 minutes. Much faster than I expected. Plumber was also very professional and personable. Highly recommended!

On Monday, I waited for service no one came. When I called the office they said they called my home to confirm the Monday appointment. What I find strange is the technician who didn't show Monday; show's up at my house on Tuesday (No schedule appointment/ no confirmation of appointment). Customer service from the start was better than most. Prices seemed similar or better than competitors. I like to think I can read companies/individuals pretty well and from the start everything lined up with this company for me. Andrew was genuine and efficient. Unprofessional and discriminating. The girl who answered the phone was not forthcoming when asked about the credentials of their service providers. Additionally, she discriminated against those with disabilities. Her lack of industry knowledge demonstrates a company who does not seek to hire people who actually care about procuring and retaining customers. If one refuses to answer if one is licensed and certified, then what is one hiding?

More expensive than RotoRooter. I had the same issue years ago and RotoRooter came out and used a professional auger with a camera attached for $100 cheaper. A cheap auger which looked like a Home Depot rental was used. A camera is more money. Plumber had no idea about Hydro Jetting.
The only pro I can think of is they were early.

When we first moved into our house we noticed issues with the toilets not flushing properly. Two days later my entire garage was flooded. Fahrenheit Plumbing came out IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (!!!!!) and helped us with our issues. I can't thank them enough. They were fast, professional, transparent in what they were doing, and extremely kind. They helped our family (new to Florida btw) get our water back on and our home back to normal. Every interaction I had with this company from beginning to end was impressive. I submitted a service request online late Thursday night, specifying that an after hours response wasn’t required. Eileen called me just before 9 am Friday and said she could get someone out Monday. When I told her I had a slab leak and the city was going to disconnect my water if it wasn’t fixed by Monday, she said she’d see what she could do and call me back. Janice called me back to let me know they got me on the schedule for 2-6 same day, but they’d call when they were on their way so I didn’t have to wait around. Janice called back to give me the heads up that they were on their way, and Barry and Dave arrived right around 6pm. They quoted me a price up front and got straight to work. It ended up being a bigger job than expected, but they got it done and my bathroom might be cleaner than it was when they arrived. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Barry and Dave were courteous, considerate, and thorough. I would recommend Fahrenheit without hesitation. Thank you so much for such great service all around!

I have had plumbing work done twice by Fahrenheit Plumbing. Technician John Reddy provided great work on both occasions. I would recommend him and Fahrenheit unreservedly.

JC was extremely professional and helpful when it came to fixing our shower. He was able to get the part and bring it back to fix the problem on the spot, which made it much more efficient. I was very pleased with the quick appointment and quick fix. Cost was very reasonable. Will definitely be recommending!

Called Fahrenheit Plumbing when my kitchen floors floorboards started showing signs of water coming up from underneath. They came out and fixed a botched up piping job in my kitchen wall left by a plumber who had previously worked on it. Was in and out quickly and even cleaned up behind themselves. My plumber was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the repair quickly. Very happy with the work done.

Had a really great experience. I found this company through maps on my Phone. Greg was professional, easy going, knowledgeable and best of all the cheapest I found. He came by to give a quick quote, when he came back to replace my hot water heater he brought some help. what i found to be amazing is that he told me he would be at my house at 9am and he was on time, that means the world to me. They were fast and did a great job! I will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs any kind of plumbing service. I am super happy with my experience.
