This service company does not charge you (at all) just to arrive at your door. In addition, the prices are quite competitive compared to many other contractors. They communicated well, were on time, and did a quality job. The invoice and payment system was extremely easy. I got to know them well enough and trusted them enough to give them access to my out-of-state property while I was not there. I never thought I would do this for anyone!

I work with a large property management company we use Pete's Plumbing a lot , always on time , courteous and efficient, I do not like to endorse anyone but they have earned my respect and trust, Highly recommended.

Dale Smith... what a waste of space this guy is. He was an hour late to his first appointment and 3 to his second (we had to call them back because the issue persisted). He also didn’t look at all of the issues we asked for him to review and had a major attitude issue with my tenant. When I got on the phone with him to give him a run down of the issue, he was too busy to discuss. Try calling the office line and if you don’t get the sweet lady they hired from buffalo, you get some other rude guy that is too busy to deal with you and won’t call you back. Easy to say, I won’t be using this service again.

Someone referred this company to me, and I'm sorry they did. Complete waste of time and money. There was a leak coming from the wall in between my kitchen and the bedroom on the other side. Water was slowly flooding into the bedroom. I called Pete's Plumbing and described the problem. They sent out a plumber right away. I was not able to be home during the time they came because I was away for work, so I had a family member meet them.

I didn't hear back, or receive an invoice by the next day, so I called them. At first they were unsure whether it had been serviced or not, and then they assured me the plumber did go to the house and fix it. The next day, I went to the house to inspect the work, I was furious to see that the water was still flooding. Nothing had been fixed. In fact, the plumber had come out, replaced a nearby valve in the kitchen, (that didn't need replacing) and unnecessarily damaged my lower kitchen cabinet in the process. He also left his mess behind.

I was so unhappy with the work they had done that I immediately called a different plumbing company, who came out, quickly assessed the problem (a burst pipe in the concrete under the wall) and fixed it properly. I called back Pete's Plumbing to tell them they didn't fix anything and they damaged my cabinet, and they should at least discount the invoice. I spoke with the Manager, (owner?). He was upset that I didn't give them another chance to correct the issue, but I told him I was unhappy at the first attempt, why would I try another? I said it's fine, these things happen, just please take SOMETHING off the bill, at which point he refused, and then began dodging my phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My property mgmt company hired this company to assess my hot water heater a couple days after it stopped working. My brother came to check it out before they arrived, since my children were crying about the cold showers. When he opened it up, a wire had burned the inside of the panel and the insulation. He tried to put a new wire on it to help the situation and see if we could get some hot water for the evening. It was unsuccessful. The plumber finally arrived and after examining the 17 YEAR OLD HOT WATER HEATER, he told the mgmt company that the wire my brother applied AFTER it stopped working had in fact burned it up. I explained to the property mgmt company that this was obviously incorrect, as we tried the wire after it stopped working, but they insisted that the plumber was correct and that I had broken the hot water heater myself, and was therefore responsible for the cost of replacing it. It is my personal opinion that this company is dishonest and only told this lie as a favor to the home owner to help void him of any financial responsibility. Completely despicable.

Eugene and Ray are exceptionally great people and plumbers. Do not hesitate going with Pete’s Plumbing. Service is fantastic and the price is the best around.

Very responsive and helpful my office manager called them about 8pm and they were at my home by 8 am fixing the water heater leak. Two weeks ago they fixed a broken pipe under my sink. They were also here about a month ago did some work on the toilet.
I really like there company even in the midst of covid19 they are still willing to go above and beyond

I can’t speak to the actual quality of technical service provided by Pete’s Plumbing, but I would stay as far away as possible from this unprofessional establishment. Whoever picks up the phones and deals with scheduling (I believe Amy) is seriously the most rude and nastiest person I have dealt with when dealing with a maintenance vendor assigned by our property manager. When you first report an issue one would think one has to assess the issue to know what they are fixing to begin with. Well upon scheduling our appt and mentioning this was my reason for the appt, I was rudely corrected that they don’t do assessments and that they are just there to fix the issue. Yet, they don’t even know what the issue is. The attitude and comments made throughout my less than 5 min call has led to me spending more than 5 mins to write this review to warn others to not use this business for their plumbing needs. This vendor is so bad that within 20-30 mins after scheduling our appt, I received an email saying the appt was canceled. Oh, I forgot to mention the scoff I got when saying only Friday’s work with my schedule and the was such an inconvenience because the scheduler had to back out to go to Friday instead of Tuesday. Back to my appt being canceled…I immediately reached out to our property manager to see what was going on to which they responded that after the call they had with Pete’s Plumbing they decided to terminate their relationship with them. If they talked with who I talked with it is no surprise to me that this was the outcome. This is your only warning now. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PETE’S PLUMBING!!!

After our power came back on from Hurricane Irma we realized our hot water heater was not functioning. We called Pete's Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day and fixed our heater on the spot. After a week of no hot water and electricity, their quick response was extremely appreciative! We would recommend this company.

Not happy with this plumbing company, a part on the hot water heater went out on Saturday morning and the plumber came out in the afternoon to look at it. Told me the part that wasn't working could only be ordered from a specialty plumbing store and would have to get it on Monday. Today is Monday and never received any calls on the status even after I called and left a message. I texted him and he finally answered and told me the part wasn't in stock and was ordered this morning. Nice to contact the customer to let them know. I've been without hot water now going on 4 days and I find it hard to believe that there is no other place in Orlando that they can find this part. Thankfully this is my last month at this location and will be moving out.

My water heater leaked and I needed a new one. They came and said they would install one in 2 days and they made sure they had the right size I needed. Two days later they kept calling changing the time and then they were in Taft in the warehouse and they did not have the right size.
Now it would be another day. Couldnt wait since I had a leak. Also I paid usd90 for the initial call , no receipt was given, he said he would e mail me one. It never came. i cannot recommand them at all. Be careful, if a company dont give any recepits no matter what form of payment.

I would not recommend Pete's Plumbing to anyone after the way they handled their job on 9/27/2018. We had them out to fix our shower valve (water had been turned off) and work was completed. When we got back that afternoon, we noticed our carpets where soaked, we checked several areas to see what was leaking and could not pinpoint the source until we looked around the area the work was done. We heard water running, and noticed through the hole in the wall that one of our PVC pipes was leaking near the area the technician was sawing. We called the after hours number to get someone out to fix the problem that they caused. Chris answered, and told us that in order from him to come out he would charge us a 157.00 service call plus 105.00 per hour from the moment he left his house. Again, we are being charged for something that was caused by their technician not 5 hours prior...Back and forth calls happen and Ron, the owner gives us a call and proceeds to tells us that the reason the pipe was leaking was because it's brittle. Mind you he has not seen the pipe and is going based off of his technician who really didn't want to come out to resolve the problem that night. After telling us that they would not be coming out to fix their problem unless we paid, he hung up on us. Ron and his technicians are very unprofessional, unethical and all around bad business men. Think Twice about hiring this company....Though they may do the job, they'll just create additional problems that won't account for!

No need to stay away from this company. Originally had a problem with the first plumber named Mathew. Hopefully, he will get some good training so he can become a better plumber. Dale Smith from Pete's Plumbing came and took care of the problem. The previous plumber Matt installed a defective faucet. Dale replaced the faucet with a good one. He was also polite and personable to work with. Great customer service on his part.

Amazing! I called few companies, this guys had the best price. Some companies quoted me $500.00 - this is crazy!!!, this company gave me fair price 110 dollars and accomplished my task next day after I called. 5 stars.

Had my toliet Replaced by technician Christopher he was very great and professional and fast! I would definitely refer them and use them again !!

Stay away! Do not call this company! Pete's Plumbing will rip you off. I was just charged $1,581.00 to replace 2 urinals at my business. They charged me for 7 hours of labor @ $105 an hour then an equipment charge of $195 for the machine they used to clear out the line. Plus the parts (which took them 4 hours to get). I obviously understand paying for the parts but paying for someone to drive all over Orlando to look for the parts, only to have them delivered, is absurd. To add to the frustration they rushed through the finish and got the caulking everywhere and the urinal was leaking. I had to call this morning to have them come back out. When I asked about the invoice I was told they went above and beyond and did not charge me for a lot of things. This company is a joke and plan on getting rodded out in more ways than one.

Big shout out to Amy the dispatcher I made her aware how I had no hot water and she made a way to accommodate my family to get hot water the next day

I had a line blockage and sewage backed up into my home. Chris came out fixed the blockage in no time and was prompt, knowledgable, and courteous. Would definately use your company again!

If I can give this company a zero I would. The plumber guy Dale Smith is a big liar....He came to my house the first time and didn't stay two minutes here and told the realty company that he did a rod out and he didn't find anything. So about three days later the toilet stopped working again and I waited a week or so to put in the request, when Dale arrived he asked me for paper towel which I handed him from the kitchen area. This time we were standing right there he stated that we may need a new toilet since the toilet is out dated and he pulled some paper towel from the toilet and said that this was the cause of it. Now this rod out took about 20 minutes. So after leaving I get the invoice from my realty company stating that I owe them because they found paper towel in the toilet. It's not even the paper towel that we use. Dale also put on there that the paper towel was found by the toilet but he asked me for the paper towel. Now not even 4 days later the toilet is acting up again. Dale also looked like he was under the influence of something. The realty company and Pete's Plumbing work together to steal people money. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called and was able to get a plumber on site within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and the job was done in just over an hour. Highly recommend.

They are courteous, professional, and fast. They alalyze the problem, go right to work, clean up, and are gone in what I consider a very short amount of time for the given task. It's the same with every visit.

I've used a couple of the large plumbing companies that advertise on TV but Pete's Plumging has consistently provided the most satisfactory results.

It was disappointing. He took my belongings, without our authorization, like my towel that was inside my room in my bathroom and my dish towel in the kitchen and used it as a floor cloth to catch the water that was running from his service, really an evasive situation, disrespectful and embarrassing.
Enters my room in my bathroom without authorization. And my wife and my son who were at home, if they were using the bathroom and bedroom at that moment??????
This is unacceptable, taking your things inside your house without being authorized and even leaving everything on the floor, dirty without cleaning anything, it really was my worst experience in maintenance ever.
I'm sure the company must be serious, but this guy who was here doesn't match the company's conduct, I think. I would not recommend this person, worst case scenario or any situation.

Was quoted for a bathroom job at 400$ they were at my house four times to get the job done, I asked if they could come finish the job on Saturday but they said it would be more then what I was quoted. They finished the job that next Tuesday and got an invoice for almost double the quote. I was never informed before any work was done that it would cost me more money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..
