Someone referred this company to me, and I'm sorry they did. Complete waste of time and money. There was a leak coming from the wall in between my kitchen and the bedroom on the other side. Water was slowly flooding into the bedroom. I called Pete's Plumbing and described the problem. They sent out a plumber right away. I was not able to be home during the time they came because I was away for work, so I had a family member meet them.
I didn't hear back, or receive an invoice by the next day, so I called them. At first they were unsure whether it had been serviced or not, and then they assured me the plumber did go to the house and fix it. The next day, I went to the house to inspect the work, I was furious to see that the water was still flooding. Nothing had been fixed. In fact, the plumber had come out, replaced a nearby valve in the kitchen, (that didn't need replacing) and unnecessarily damaged my lower kitchen cabinet in the process. He also left his mess behind.
I was so unhappy with the work they had done that I immediately called a different plumbing company, who came out, quickly assessed the problem (a burst pipe in the concrete under the wall) and fixed it properly. I called back Pete's Plumbing to tell them they didn't fix anything and they damaged my cabinet, and they should at least discount the invoice. I spoke with the Manager, (owner?). He was upset that I didn't give them another chance to correct the issue, but I told him I was unhappy at the first attempt, why would I try another? I said it's fine, these things happen, just please take SOMETHING off the bill, at which point he refused, and then began dodging my phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
