They went out to repair my hot water heater. Guy did the repair. While doing that repair he saw there was a small leak, but did not repair it. Two days later it turned into a big leak, they went back out and charged me another 75.00 service call. Guy admitted to me on the phone that he saw it but did not think it was bad or a big deal so he did not repair it. i called the owner Robert the same day and it was to not be charged but the owner never called back. i have continued to call the owner several times and he never returns my calls. Guy returned my call because the owner told him to and he was rude about it. i am disputing the charge on my card. He should have repaired the leak when he saw it but he knew he would get another call over it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE

Best value I could find for my slab leak. The owner actually came to my house to check it out. Robert set my mind at ease with his expert diagnosis of my leak under my concrete slab. Very satisfied with Robert and his crew.

I've been using Gerred's for 5 years and have never had a problem. I have a water heater that has the same problem every couple of years. I called them to come out and fix that problem again plus a few other things around the house. Before even coming out the sub-contractor tried to diagnose the problem without even seeing the water heater. He came out and said we had the heat on the water heater set too high. I had set it that morning to get the water luke warm so I could take a shower. He fixed the rest of the items around the house and charged us what I thought was a rather high price. Like double of what it had been in the past. Well sure enough around 5pm I noticed the water heater was not working. I had the phone number for the sub-contractor and called him, I left a message advising him I needed this fixed. It was a friday and I didn't want to go all weekend without hot water. He did not call back that night. I called in the morning to advise him that I had the part to fix it and just needed him to come put it in. He again didn't answer. So I called Gerred's number. The owner answered, got my address and said he would have the sub-contractor call me back. After an hour of waiting I called the owner back, he didn't answer my call. I left a message asking if someone could please call and let me know if it will be Monday before they came out. No one ever called. I called the owner a few more times and still he would not answer my call. I had to call another plumber out and pay $85 to have something fixed that should have been covered by my first service call. The sub-contractor finally called back Monday morning. I told him of my frustration, and that I called out someone else. He said he would let the owner know and have him call me back. It's now Thursday, no call. Oh well I know I didn't spend a lot of money with them when they did come out to unclog the ocassional drain but now they won't even get that out of me. Shame on you for not standing behind your work and servicing your customers. I will live without water before I call Gerreds again.

We had to replace our main sewer line last week. Gerred's plumbing came out and started the job right away and got it done quickly as possible at a reasonable price. We will be using them again when needed.

They installed a gas line for my pool heater. Gerred's gave me a fair price and got the work done really quick!

Did a great job. Plumbers are super busy right now and came out within 24 hrs.

We had a water line burst under the house, one of the tech's was there within hours. They were professional and efficient. I would use them again.

I had them do a tub, outside faucet, and some new kitchen fixtures. Everything was done as it should have been.

RIP OFFS!! Charged my sister $177.50 to fix a leak in her pipe, all he did was DUCT TAPE IT!! He said he'll be back the following day to fix it right because he didn't have any pipe or plumbing supplies on his truck & that trip will cost an additional $120.00. Thank goodness he never showed I'm afraid he wouldve used super glue this time!

My water heater went out at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. About 5:30 there were 2 plumbers at my house and changed it out in about an hour and a half. They did a great job!!!

I set up an appointment for a clogged sink on Monday June 19, 2017 to come out on Tuesday, June 20. The receptionist said they had an opening between 2pm and 3pm and apparently they have caller id because she said and they can reach you at ----------? I said yes. Well, 3pm came today and I called, some man answered. I asked what's they status of my service call? He told me that the guy who had my order machine had broke down. Then he said is your clog real bad? What kind of question is that. If it wasn't I wouldn't have called your business! Consumer beware! Oh yeah, maybe because it's in North Tulsa? HMMMMM! Why didn't someone at least call and let me know. My kitchen sink has been clogged since Saturday! I called another company, this time I'm calling them every hour in the morning just in case.

These guys are the best! They gave me a reasonable quote and we're here the next day to do the work. Not only did they do an awesome job, the cost was cheaper than the estimate!! I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing repair work. They do it all!!

New year's Eve, we had a plugged sewer line. We called Gerred plumbing on the recommendation of another plumbing company who wasn't going to be able to make it that day.

Plumbing tech Norberto came out late that afternoon. Our issue was a difficult one, but Norberto with his never quit attitude hung in there and tried that one more thing that made the difference, and got the job done. The price was reasonable, and we were very grateful for a job well done. No problem recommending this company or using them in the future

Two experiences with this business: 1. Excellent. the plumber replaced a toilet exactly when he said he would
... 2. Meh. I needed a second toilet replaced, made an appointment, then no one called when they said they would.

Quick response, even on a Sunday, had water flowing again in very short time but took extra time to insure pipe was fully cleared

Horrible company. My wife called to have the main line cleaned out. 2 weeks later same problem. She called and because she didn't remember the guys name that came out they wouldn't come back out to fix it. The owner was very rude to her and hung up on her. So I called to speak to him and he basically said cant and wont help you and hung up on me. They do not have employees they have contract labor and do not do back ground check and do not keep track of who goes to your house. Very shady company.

We have used Gerred's many times. They have installed multiple faucets throughout our home, they replaced our toilets, they have fixed leaks in the walls as well as the slab on a moment's notice, they replaced our hot water heater, they have cleaned out our main sewer line, they even ran natural gas to our outdoor living area. No matter the job, they are always fast, professional and competitively priced. They are simply the best.

I've used this company several times over the last year and have always been very satisfied with their response time and their work! I don't call anyone else now!!

Robert Gerred is a crock . I worked for him and now it first hand.
He refused to pay me the last 3 weeks I worked for him . i got the department of labor involved who decided in my favor but he still had not pay. Now he is hiding and sheriff is looking for him to notify him about it.oh....and he calls himself a Christian

I am very dissatisfied with the service I got from Gerred's. plumbing. I have paid them $422.35 to unplug my toilet and the toilet water coming out of the bottom on the floor.

Find anther plumber. So you will not get screwed. The last time they came out 04/26/2013. Hours after he left the toilet stopped flushing.
.A friend came over to see if he could help. He pulled the toilet and saw it was broken filled with dodo. My friend went out and bought and installed a new toilet.

No problems with my new toilet. He told me that Gerred's should of pulled the toilet in the beginning because the water coming base of toilet on the floor. I called Gerred's talked to Russel it is what it is. Who owns the company, how can I get in touch?. He said he did not know nothing. Russell totally blew me off.
Through all of this they broke my sink. It has a big crack and does not hold water.

Great price for a clean out. This is the only service I've used from them. Quick & efficient.

Called them out to do work and the guy that works for them supposedly located a leak and charged me for his time. The guys that were supposed to fix the leak come out the next day and didn't do anything but still insisted on charging me. I will never call these guys again. I suggest you don't either.

The place is no longer gerred Plumbing it's now alert plumbing and the prices gone up 69.95 but it's still the best price in town

Most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with in my entire life!! I called early Tuesday morning and was told they'd do the job that day. Come 4:00 I call again to see what's going on. Robert (the owner) gives me a number to his tech. I call the tech 4 times, no answer, and no voicemail set up. Finally 30 mins later Charles the tech calls back and says he just got the order. Ok, so now he will come out Wed morning. I tell work i will be in late because I have a plumber coming. He shows up 20 mins late. I explain the problem. He says it will be $75/hour and $112.50 an hour thereafter. I say ok, joke with him that it will only take an hour, right?? and sign his sheet. I go back to folding my laundry. He is here 5 mins and leaves. Not saying a word. I assumed he went to his truck for a part. An hour later I look outside to see his truck gone. I figure now he went to the shop or home depot or something. I wait a while longer and decide to call Robert (owner) I ask where is the tech?. He doesn't know. He says I'll call and find out. I wait yet ANOTHER hour and I call again. Robert tells me Charles told him I was being difficult and he didn't want to do the job. There is absolutely NOTHING further from the truth ..Charles lied. Not sure he could handle the job, or maybe he thought he was going to get caught trying to rip me off. I don't know because nothing was said to me. Then Robert asks for my email address to send me a discount!! Lol, why would I want a discount to such an unprofessional company. Instead of the owner listening to me, the paying customer, he tells me he doesn't know what Charles problem is... I think the problem is, Charles lied. He quoted me $75/hour and $112.50 an hour thereafter. Yet the owner of the company quoted a flat $75/hour. Maybe Charles knew I wasn't a stupid and bailed. I manage rental properties, I am far from naive in home repair, I'm just not capable of doing the job myself. However before I ever even consider hiring Gerreds plumbing again, I'll do it myself! Consumer beware!!

Highly recommended. Very reasonable cost (another competitor charged twice what Allied does). Courteous and friendly plumber. Worked his rear end off to chisel the hardened chia seeds that had backed up in our sewer line (after we dumped a load down our garbage disposal) - like concrete. Very reliable.
