The technician Brian came to my house in 30 minutes to unclog the toilet my son ended up clogging with who knows what. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm really glad they were able to send someone right away because I had worked the following night and I was tired and had to sleep for work again that same night. And the price was reasonable as well. Will be using them in the future for any clogging problems.

I have a gas leak issue in my place , so i called and schedule an appointment with Mr. Rooter in Long Beach which came on time within a small time window, which is for itself commendable .Brian lutche showed up and took his time to assess the situation in a very methodical and professional manner . Walked me through and explain to me what does the job entailed before giving me an estimate ,He wrote a very detailed proposal which seems fair price wise . It was a good experience all things consider and i would totally recommend those guys to anyone that is in a need of a plumber

I called on a Monday morning at 9:30am (for a clogged toilet) and Jim showed up at 11:30am to unclog it. It took Jim exactly 52 seconds to unclog the toilet! Wow! Jim was very professional and very helpful. He told to get a toilet auger if we had more toilet issues. Well... a month later I had the same issue, went to Ace hardware and got a toilet auger. I watched some videos online and I was able to unclog the toilet by myself! Not only Mr. Rooter was efficient but very helpful! I will be calling them for any other plumbing issues. My final invoice was $79 to unclog the toilet.

I’ve had the Mr. Rooter magnet on my fridge for years. On Sunday morning I found myself with a slow flushing toilet. Decided to call Mr. Rooter to find out that there was no extra charge for Sunday calls and that they were running a special on the service I needed. They were available and arrived within 30 minutes. The plumber was nice, took care of the problem, and left my bathroom as clean as he found it. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter the next time I find myself needing a plumber.

This company is awesome and professional. They had someone out within hours to clean our drain as our showers wouldn’t drain however Shai was unable to do so and advised me on what needed to be done and the cost. I called back two days later Shai was off but they sent John out within the hour and everything is working great. This was the 3rd plumber I’ve had to call in the last month and the only one who found an actual problem with the remodel under the house and I honestly couldn’t be happier. It was also easy on the wallet, hundreds less than I thought I’d have to spend.

Left a voicemail late on Sunday night and got a call back first thing on Monday morning. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Brian, technician, arrived on time within the service window provided, and was professional, polite, and thorough. Not only did he clear out the root and buildup between house and main deer line, he took the time to inspect via camera and show where the roots were coming in and was able to advise on next steps. I haven't had any plumbing issues before and when our kitchen sink started to clog, my husband and I tried to fix it thinking it would work but it didn't. so we checked yelp and mr rooter plumbing of long beach came up in the top 5 companies. as soon as my husband emailed them, tanya responded right away. thinking it was closed on sunday, I checked the business time frames & they are 24/7. we were literally washing dishes in the bathroom and in the laundry basin. anyways, shay called during the time frame that tanya set the appointment at and said he was close by. within minutes he cleaned out the drain and it is running like new. they even take cash, check, or credit cards. lastly, shay confirmed that there is a 30-day warranty so if there were any problems, I could give him a call. nice!

I had an emergency in my house where my new electrician accidentally, drilled into a PEX pipe that we had. We had water all over our first floor. We shut off the water valve and called mr. Rooter of Long Beach! Within 20 minutes they had a technician here! Tom was a technician that was sent to my house. Tom was not only courteous, but he was also very kind knowledgeable and fast! He made me feel better and the price was so reasonable. We had called other emergency plumbing services and their initial quote on the phone was twice as much. Which is not very good for me. Tom was on time or a mask, reasonably priced and was very fast! He fixed the Pex piping within 5 to 10 minutes and got us back going again. No leaks to!

Had a backed up shower and sink. Called at 10am, and was able to book for a time window that would not conflict with my wife’s work teaching from home and my kids being online for school.Service Technician Chris M. showed up at the start of the agreed upon 2 hour window, after the Mr. Rooter dispatcher called me to let me know he was on his way.The most important part for me was this: Chris maintained social distance at all times, and had his mask on (being worn correctly) before even exiting his truck. Chris came and went from the back door of the house to further maintain safe distance from the rest of the family on the other side of our 1600sq/ft house.Chris diagnosed a probable issue quickly and went to work with his snake. Our pipes are on the older side, so it took him a little extra effort, but he got it done quickly. The final price was the same as quoted at his arrival, and he even gave me some info on Mr. Rooters reptile services and costs.I’ll call Mr Rooter LB again for a drain issue, no hesitation at all, and I’ll probably get a quote from them for the inevitable repiping.

Had a problem with my back bathroom. Anytime we took a shower the back bathroom would fill up. My plumbers tried 3 different ways to unclog my drains and made two calls to my house to clear them; eventually it took opening the wall and taking out a section of pipe, which is what another plumber had said. Mr. Rooter did it for cheaper and did minimal replacement which is what I needed because I planned on having people move into my property the next day. They only charged me for what method worked, despite the time and equipment involved with the other methods, including using a camera to find the blockage, which was cool. The staff were friendly. I appreciated their work. I only wish they had patched the wall after the job and re-connected the vanity to the wall, or disclosed ahead of time that that wasn't part of the bill. But for the price and efficiency, I'll take it.

I was happy that the plumbing technicians were available on the same day as my call. They came and found the leak, and it wasn't easy. The technicians were very professional and they explained each step they were going to take to repair the pipe leak. Once the repair was complete the technicians finished the job with some very neat patchwork and they even cleaned up behind themselves. The management team was very responsive and they even came out to answer a few questions I had. They also resolved all issues we may have had, in a timely manner. My family and I are extremely pleased and I am glad that I chose Mr. Rooter.

We had a pipe burst after 5:00 on a Thursday night. I called Mr. Rooter because of their reviews and a technician was at hour home with an hour, turned off the water and diagnosed the problem. A previous home owner had removed the water shut off valve and put in a poor outside hose bib. The technician, Shai, was back at our home Saturday morning, took the pvc previously installed apart and replaced everything with copper. It not only looks better, it's done properly.

Great customer service! I had sent a message through their site to get a quote on replacing the main sewerline, drainage pipes and waterlines. I wasn't expecting a call till the next business day, but within 10 minutes, I received a phone call.An appointment was set for a plumber to come by; Brain L. was the guy who came over, he went under the crawlspace to check everything out, addressed my concerns and went over different options.He was great at explaining everything, what he recommended and didn't try to upsell me unnecessary things. He quoted me a good price for all the work that needed to be done and estimated the entire project to take at least three days.In the end, it only took a day and half, half the estimated time, so I was impressed with how fast they did all the work. They did great work, cleaned up everything after they were done and answered any questions I had.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and ask for Brain L.Mr. Rooter, Brain L. deserves a huge raise!Sidenote: The dispatchers (Tania is the one I spoke to most often) do a wonderful job at communication, they call to let you know when the plumber is on their way, if you don't pick up, they'll leave a voice message AND send you a text if it's a cell number.I do like that Mr. Rooter utilizes texting as a way of communication with their customers, keeping up with the times.

Brian from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He arrived on time and had on his face mask on the whole time. My area drain was clogged and created a muddy mess around my house. He was able to snake out the problem and spotted a correct drain pipe to fix. We called other plumbers but not all service outdoor area drains. After 3 days with no toilet and a failed attempt by a different plumbing company we called Mr. Rooter. We had a wonderful experience when our home was serviced by Brian L. Had a clogged toilet and and leaking toilet tank that just kept dripping water to the bowl. Also had a broken hose bib. I went online to search for plumbers near me and found Mr. Rooter had the best reviews so I gave them a try and went to their webpage and entered some basic info.I got an email and a call within 4 min. The person that called me was very friendly and wanted to schedule the service for the afternoon. I told her I could wait until the next day and that I preferred the service to be after noon. I got a confirmation call the next morning with a 2 hour time window within my preferred time. I also got a second call to let me know that the technician was on his way. Brian, the technician, was very professional and took care of everything. He recommended additional services to avoid or limit the clogging of my toilet. My toilet does not get clogged often. I think in 10 years I've also had another instance before this one so I think the service he recommended can wait a little bit but I will definitely get the service done in the future as it involves replacing the main cast iron pipe with a new one and frankly its quite costly to do that. With regards to cost of the services preformed I think they were reasonable. The unclogging of the toilet cost $99. I think that's the going rate for good smelling plumbers ;-) Overall I'm very satisfied with the services and the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Long Beach.

Called them after the main pipe got clogged on the 4th of July weekend and luckily they were opened and working. Our bathtub overflow into the bathroom, hallway and part of the laundry room. I called several places and nobody was working even the guy I always call for this type of work. Only one rooter company was working and available but wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. To my surprise they were even cheaper than the other places.Chris arrived in time within the estimated 2 hour gap and did his magic really quick and professionally. He pointed out where the main was broken and showed me with the camera. He suggested changing it which at the moment wasn't our priority but definitely is something to do in the future.Thanks for rescuing us during holiday hours so we can use the house water again.

Trenchless sewer main replacement was done quick and easy. The work was done by professionals Steven Serrano and his crew. The technicians are courteous, skilled and experienced. Work done has 30 year warranty by a strong plumbing company. The procedure was expensive but it was worth it for the peace of mind it provides. I hated having clay pipes with multiple weak joints. Now my house is worry free. This sewer main is done right.

I’ve used Mr Rooter several times and have been pleased with professionalism and cost.My complaint right now is after 3 days without a kitchen and washing machine due to clogged drain and three visits with several hundred dollars increasing cost each time and failing solutions I cannot earn a first in the morning priority. The prom is hard to solve because of in conventional remodeling before my Time. 3 days though I’d think they would at least make me a higher priority in their by now. The technician does not make the schedule.I’m disappointed enough that I will be asking around for recommendations from friends but til then will use this company.

Had sewer line replaced in 2016 , spent several thousand dollars with Long Beach Mr.Rooter.Great Job. To make us feel satisfied Mr. Rooter sent us a 50.00 off coupon....next service. No expiration date on coupon or any language about the coupon being not valid or restrictions. Well we a drain clean out today and of course they did not accept the coupon. They had a special price promotion on this particular service making this coupon not valid. Just another gimmick being performed by the companies to the average hard working Joe. They should have some language on these coupons to clarify when their valid.

Before the holidays, we had plumbers come out to have preventive work done on our main sewer line. They performed the work and left. Later that evening, water started coming up from under the toilets. I quickly called the plumbers who had come out earlier that day and, unfortunately, they said they couldn't come out until Monday (4 days later)! With two toddlers and a 90-year-old senior at home, I could not wait!! I quickly did an internet search and liked the reviews for Mr. Rooter. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter! They came out the very next morning and found a broken pipe that needed to be fixed. They gave us several options, but we decided to have the entire line replaced. Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job! They kept us informed every step of the way - from the Receptionist who called to let us know what time the plumbers would arrive to the men who were performing the work. The job was done as promised (without adding extra fees!) and the plumbers were friendly and cleaned up the mess. They patched up the lawn to the point where you can't even see where it was dug up in order to access the pipes. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!

My garbage disposal broke on Sunday night called around, got appt. for maybe Mon. late but if not Tue. afternoon. They were a no-show/no-call. The same for the next one. Called Mr Rooter and talked to the nicest girl, who put up with my bad attitude as I was tired of getting the run-around from several companies. She said that I would get a callback the next morning at8:30 with a time and she would try her hardest to make it early. Call came, 8:15, they would be at my house in an hour. Cammron was here in 30min. with a smile for my husband and I and my 71lb white Husky! Not only did he do a beautiful job but he was friendly and ever so neat and tidy with our home! The job included him going to the store and purchasing a new disposal. He also took care of the old disposal for us. At first I didn’t give Mr. Rooter full marks because I thought the bill was rather high, but after some research I found that they were competitive. I’m very happy to recommend to friends and family.

Quick, informative and efficient. I called on Sunday due to my toilet and shower backing up. They were able to schedule a same day appointment and within a 2 hour window frame. They were courteous enough to call ahead to let me know the plumber could be here earlier, which was great. Within 10 minutes my sewer line was cleared. They were professional and informative and suggested I should replace my cast iron pipes to alleviate issues. I did not feel pressured and would not hesitate to give Mr. Rooter a call when I am prepared to redo my pipes.

Found Mr Rooter on google and saw the great reviews. Boy am I glad I did, because Brian was the best. He was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. From the get-go the experience was great. I called them because I had an emergency back-up in my drain system that would not allow me to use my toilets. I called Roto in North Long Beach and the lady who answered the phone said she could have someone come over right away. To my surprise Bryan was at my door in 10 minutes. Bryan made sure to explain everything from beginning to end as to what might be happening. He walked me through the possible outcomes and approaches. Bryan got to work right away, he was clean efficient and professional. He made sure he tested all drains and answered all questions before he left. I have dealt with this company many times for various services, ranging from a full repiping in the past to the most recent today being for a stopped drain. As always, the serviceman was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He had everything fixed in a half hour and also stayed to give me advice on a couple of other plumbing matters. I have never had a bad experience with this company. They do good work, and their prices are fair.

They came out on a Sunday for an emergency. A duplex was all backed up almost to the point of flooding. They surveyed the problem and came up with a solution. I had major problems that involved no clean out drain, a broken underground pipe, roots in a pipe and a gas leak. It was expensive to fix everything but it had to be done. They took 3 days, so they took their time making sure everything was fixed. They also shot a liner in some old pipe. They came with camera's, equipment, and everything I needed so I didn't have to piece together a bunch of subcontractors. You pay for their service and their convenience. For this job, I think it was worth it.

I love this company! My neighbors referred them to me and I'm so glad. The platform my water heater was on was collapsing and the water heater was old. They fixed everything and did a beautiful job. This was on a Saturday. The pipe on the hot side of our kitchen faucet was leaking. I called several people/companies. It was call on Monday or take a photo and send it to them or they were closed. Mr. Rooter was the only one that picked up (Deena) and said that she had a technician available. Tom (technician) arrived on time and assessed our problem. Tom recommended a suggestion with a detailed description on all work involved. We had until 5p.m to make our decision.I called after 5 and left a message. Deena called on Sunday morning to send us the invoice by email. We approved the order. Deena needed pre-approval from her manager .She called back with approval and set a time for Tom to begin to the fix problem. Tom began working a little after noon and was done before 3. I have used your service for several times.The pricing was reasonable and the services were good. This time I had a leaking in my bedroom faucet area. Changing and installation of the faucet costs $559.01, pop up sink drain in the same place for $123.53 and put a new tank fill valve for $94.47 total $779.01. He gave me 10% discount it came up $699. I think the price is too high for the services. The faucet and pop up should be the one package. If I called for technician separate time he could charge the above price but he was already here and charging $94.47 for 5 minutes job for the tank fill valve is rip-off. I am truly upset for the price and I hope this matter should be considered by the management or the owner.Thank you,

Tom arrived the same day, Sunday, that called. He attempted to clear the tub drain but quickly diagnosed that the carroded p trap needed replacement. He quoted me a price and explained what the pipe replacement included. He took a deposit using the tech he had. No fumbling. We scheduled the job. I am very happy I found Mr. Rooter! Anthony and Rafael were knowledgeable and the pricing was fair and transparent. I had two other plumbers come out before I found Mr. Rooter and one tried to rip me off, and the other one could not even diagnose the problem. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Anthony!

What a life saver! Our tub backed up last night and we didn't think we could get anyone on Sunday. Mr. Rooter to the rescue. They came within an hour or 2 of our call and did a great job for a great price. With a 30 day guarantee! Excellent.

A dispatcher from mr rooter called to say that the plumber who was suppose to fix our toilet and change our garbage disposal did not report for work today. I told them the urgency of having it fixed since I have guests coming to the house. Next call I got from them was to let me know that they asked someone on day off to come to the house instead. Brian Lutche came and fixed the problem in not time including the clogged kitchen sink. Thank you Mr rooter and Brian for helping us with our plumbing problems when we needed it most. Thank you for being reliable and professional. Will definitely call you again for any plumbing service we need.

Chris Martin was perfect, very fast and thorough, cleared our shower drain that we could not after we used draino and a plunger and an auger. Also informed us about drain pipes being old and made of iron when the landlord claimed there had been a repipe with copper only a year ago. Thank you very much. 2 dispatch schedulers, tanya and another woman working in the morning of 04/19/2020 were very patient and accommodating when setting up the time and date around our schedule.

I was having kitchen sink issues for a few days in which we tried numerous solutions to fix the issue. After having no luck, I yelped plumbing near my area and Mr rooter was the first to respond. They notified me someone would contact me the day off between 8:00-8:30am the day off to set up the time arrival. The day off I received a phone call around 8:10am to notify me that they would arrive between 12:00-2:00pm. (i requested noon which was perfect). Upon arrival (roughly before 1:00pm), a gentleman by the name of Danny Meza arrived with his mask on & was courteous to the Covid 19 regulations. He diagnosed the problem at no charge & then offered me the price it would take to resolve the issue. After agreeing at the reasonable price given, Danny got to work and had the issue fixed in no time. He also recommended tips on how to further avoid the issue. I wish I would've called them sooner. Thank you guys for everything!

We always go with these guys. They’re very clear about options, suggestions and financial situations. All around great company. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. On the phone and in person. When Chris arrived I recognized him immediately. Nice to see a friendly and professional person sauce at your door.Sink was fixed within minutes and Chris was cordial to my family and me. Tom was professional, quick and left everything as clean as he found it. They called me to ask if they could come a half hour earlier than our scheduled appointment. Which was great for me! I was expecting to spend the whole day with someone working in my house. He was in and out with everything done within about 40 minutes. I was back to using my sink again and still had my whole weekend!
