Great customer service! I had sent a message through their site to get a quote on replacing the main sewerline, drainage pipes and waterlines. I wasn't expecting a call till the next business day, but within 10 minutes, I received a phone call.An appointment was set for a plumber to come by; Brain L. was the guy who came over, he went under the crawlspace to check everything out, addressed my concerns and went over different options.He was great at explaining everything, what he recommended and didn't try to upsell me unnecessary things. He quoted me a good price for all the work that needed to be done and estimated the entire project to take at least three days.In the end, it only took a day and half, half the estimated time, so I was impressed with how fast they did all the work. They did great work, cleaned up everything after they were done and answered any questions I had.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and ask for Brain L.Mr. Rooter, Brain L. deserves a huge raise!Sidenote: The dispatchers (Tania is the one I spoke to most often) do a wonderful job at communication, they call to let you know when the plumber is on their way, if you don't pick up, they'll leave a voice message AND send you a text if it's a cell number.I do like that Mr. Rooter utilizes texting as a way of communication with their customers, keeping up with the times.
