The Manager was very good. He was able to fix your washing machine very quickly and explained what the issue was.

Bakersfield Plumbing Co is legit. We had a hot water heater installed. Bakersfield Plumbing did a wonderful, clean, up to code install. Joey was very professional and did an amazing job. So glad I found my new plumbers!

Great work service will use again

Wanted to get paid for a job and my tenants toilets are not hooked to the house. The toilet was not backing up before that he left and his son and whoever else works with him stayed at my tenants house eight hours waiting to get paid at first they were like we need to get paid. We got another job. We got a new job got to get paid and I’m like, I asked you guys to send me pictures and you never sent not one I sent stands plumbing they ran the line to open the line and said that they couldn’t go any further because they ran into dirt and rocks, so what happened they looked through the lines to see the water flow to the houses, and they said there is there isn’t even any water flow through the pipes, so what happened but he wants to get paid

Replace faucet and the Plumber wrote on invoice, replace sink and tried to charge me over $300. After he seen the discuss on my face. Settle for $260. He came over a couple of days prior and said: replacing faucet and fixing leak around toilet would cost $200 total. Also, charge extra per hour due to it being a Saturday appointment, after I requested a Friday or Monday appointment. Office person guaranteed me, that no extra charge for them sending him out on Saturday. And Saturday he would have a more flexible time. Never ever will I use them again and I suggest to anyone else. Not to use this company, unless you just want to throw your many away. In a time when we are still dealing with Covid, Gas prices, etc... you have businesses that rip off and take advantage of people.

We had some drainage issues at our kitchen. Fernando resolved the issues. He explained the work that needs to be done. My husband and I recommend him for his professionalism and good work ethics.

Part of my ceiling fell in because of a leaking pipe. I was very impressed with how fast they were at my door and how quickly the job was done. I did not expect to have the leak fixed so quickly. The rate is very fair. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely my first choice when it comes to plumbing from now on. I'm sure with their unique brand name, long history and many 5 star reviews they are top notch. My only negative is the $49 service charge in advance for obtaining any repair estimate that can be applied to work order. I didn't hire them but they have 24/7 human answering the phone!

We had a plumbing emergency in our home, and we called Bakersfield Plumbing to do the job. They came out to our house within minutes of receiving the call, and fixed our leaking pipes in no time flat. They were very polite and hard working, and didn't have a problem with me hoovering over them asking questions so that I could learn how to do it myself! They were reasonably priced, and the service that I received was well worth the money. I will call them if I ever have another plumbing or heating problem. Great service and great prices...you can't beat it.

We had a very good experience last time we had one technician from this company. Today we got one technician, who was so rude and did not fix the problem, rather messed up the water flow to the bathroom sink. When I called the company, they did not help, rather disconnect the phone. I will strongly suggest others not to use this plumbing service.

Horrible service these guys don't fix leaks and they come back if they do a few months later to charge you again. I would not use them or there services very shady and did not complete the job as asked. I paid them close to 600 for a few leaks and one came back I called and they said I have to pay again when I had them come about less than 4 months ago. Be smart and don't call them

Asked if they serviced my area and the response was yes but we just don't have the manpower. I clarified, not even for tomorrow, next week, next month and the answer was no. Pretty much a polite I dont want your work.

Prices to high

Rabi Sahoo left a review on Bakersfield Plumbing but conveniently left out some important details. First, his kitchen faucet was in such poor condition that it was not repairable. The technician recommended to replace the faucet but Mr Sahoo became combative and said he did not want a new faucet. He demanded that it be FIXED! Then they showed the technician another issue and he fixed that, then he was shown another issue at a bathroom faucet but did nothing to it because it needed to be replaced as well. This really set Mr Sahoo off and while snarling his teeth said he will not pay any bill and due to the tenacity, the technician left the property.

Super quick to respond, found the issue quickly and fixed quickly.

I called them to install a kitchen faucet. The lady who scheduled my appointment said $95/ hour. She did not mention any other charges.The guy who came to install the faucet finished the work in 40 minutes. I was watching the time. After finishing the work he asked me to pay $142.00 for one and half hours saying that he is charging for driving time also. The lady who scheduled never mentioned anything about driving time. Be careful with them. Work is ok but charges are too high.

The food was absolutly great prices were reasonable especially for a restaurant.. i have the fish tacos on they're happy hour menu and they were to die for... We went not knowing it was happy hour had a couple a couple mixed drinks that were Not a let down.. we will be returning ☺️

Had major water pipe links in my home and had to replace the entire house with new water lines. It took a total of five days to complete the work. The workers and workmanship was outstanding. Highly recommend this company.

I am a resident of Kern City and on the board of directors for KCCA. I had Bakersfield Plumbing come out to my older home because of drainage problems. Tony Warren of Bakersfield Plumbing had all the equipment and technology to explain my drainage problem and repaired it without trying to dupe me. Yes we have older homes with old plumbing and sewer piping. Be sure you get someone honest or you can be spending a LOT of unnecessary money.

We recently used the services of Bakersfield Plumbing Co when we had a leak at our house. The company was quick to respond to our after hours service request. Mr Jose who came to fix the issue was knowledgeable and went out of the way to make sure the work to fix the leak was done the right way. Will definitely be using their services for future plumbing needs as they are reliable, honest and do work at a reasonable rate.

Fernando showed up on time took a look at the Fossett that need to be replaced and got busy. Very personable and knew his business.
