After being so much desapointed with the previous plombers i finaly found the best plomber ever!

Charged over $1,300 to clear a back up and did not guarantee the work. The floor drains backed up the next day and they said they could fix the problem yet would not refund the money or even respond to me. Had to close my restaurant early and could not reopen for lunch the next day. Called another company FCS and the cleared the drain and have not had a problem. The owner David did not respond to my request for a refund or to work something out, he is not a good person to do business with. I will report them to the BBB and let people and companies know not to do business that will not back they're work.

My friend recommended Charles to me and I’m glad she did! He was a pleasure to work with super nice, helpful and patient (in explaining the problem and solution). I also think he is a very honest. He recommended something I could try myself to see if it would work before hiring him for the job. Highly recommend!

I called All American on Friday morning to get someone out to look at my AC unit. I was happily surprised that they would be sending someone out to look at it later that afternoon. Just before my appointment, Dalton reached out to me stating that the technician who was supposed to come, had to go home sick. Dalton said he would have someone come out at 9am on Saturday morning, and he would be waving the weekend emergency fee which I thought was absolutely amazing, and above and beyond what any company would do.

Saturday morning rolls around and I end up waiting until noon with no call from a technician. I call the dispatcher who reaches out to a technician who claims he would be at my place in 45 minutes. After waiting until 2pm, no one still came by my home. I cannot under any circumstances recommend this company to anyone.

They were very helpful! They gave a free estimate the day after I called for our 3 shampoo sinks. We made an appt to have them installed a week later. Adrian was especially helpful, he was our plumber. He went out of his way to make repairs on the surrounding flooring, and had great energy! AND the price point was great!!! A lot of plumbers around here over charge you for their services. Don’t be silly- go to gulf shore plumbing for quality, reasonably priced plumbing!

This business will give you a low estimate, and then drag their feet when doing the job to increase the billable time.
Their plumber Jacob G came to out home and all h3 accomplished in 3 hours was to install the dishwasher, garbage disposal & get our kitchen sink hooked up. When installing the sink faucet he didn't flush the faucet before putting it in, which made the water stream come out jagged. There was also a drip under the kitchen sink after he installed it. My husband had to fix both issues. Big waste of money and time.

They subcontract plumbers. Some are not good and they are expensive. The positive is they come quickly.

This is the second time on the same property. That I've heard this company. Every other company. That does underground plumbing. Every other company I called had a four to five month wait no exception. Both times this company Not only was responsive but responded fast to fix the repair the people were professional and the owner George one of the most amazing entrepreneurs I've ever met fair and understanding congratulations finally a honest deal
