Mr Wilson is a very courteous and professional plumber. This is my second time using his service and he is really knowledgeable of plumbing issues and reasonably priced. I give him my highest recommendation and will not use another plumber.

So, the first time we used Stiles Smith, in 2011, we had a great experience. However, in 2013, we have had a horrible time with them. They did some work to our shower, and had to do some repair work to the ceiling after the job was done. THREE TIMES they stood us up. Three times, my husband waited out the house for them to come do the repair work and was missing work, and had a no-call no-show. This is unacceptable. We had recommended them to my mother-in-law as well and she had bad service too. We will no longer use this company.

I would highly recommend Peyton Plumbing. All of the drains started backing up into the house late in the evening, we tried everything we could to fix it without success. We called Scotty with Peyton Plumbing in the morning and he was here a few hours later. The problem was found quickly and was fixed in less than an hour. We haven't had a problem since so we are very pleased with the service. He was very professional, explained what the problem was and what was done to fix the issue.

Use Donovan Heat & Air & Electric for all HVAC work, service, and new installation/replacement. Always very satisfied with the quality of work as well as the personnel who do it. I was one of the first to use the electrical repair service when it commenced. The first Service Tech was Jesse and he accomplished what I needed in short-order. Today's service was to get a quote on replacing all the plugs (3) and light and fan (8) switches in the master bathroom. I purchased the material because I was going to do it myself. The quote was a bit more than expected but the Service Tech, Jeff, said he could do it immediately. Accepted the quote and within an hour the job was finished.

One Wednesday I realized I didn't have hot water. In my garage I found my water heater smoking. Turned off the breaker and started calling plumbers. A couple couldn't show for a week and then I remembered I had used Bert Norman in the past so I tried calling them.1) They originally gave me an appointment for the next day, but then they called back and had a technician that had finished early and asked could they come today. About 2.5 hours after I found the issue they showed up.2) They looked at my heater and told me it needed replacement. I had already made that accessment as well. I wanted a larger heater than they had in stock so they had to order and told me it would be one to two days.3) The next day they called and stated it was in and they would like to come to install. Note: < one day from when issue was discovered.4) Day one technician was professional and worked efficiently getting to the issue. He also gave me options and prices for the replacement. The entire time I was confident I would have a new heater quickly.5) Day two the same technician returned with an apprentice to assist. He allowed the apprentice to perform the work while providing good oversight and feedback. They still worked efficiently with the on the job training being conducted. This is exactly how technical training should be conducted to ensure the next generation is able to take over in the future.I would like to mention I always felt getting me and my family hot water was a priority with this company as a whole. I had several friends coming for the weekend and was trying to figure out what to do if we did not have hot water.At approximately 4:30 on Thursday I had hot water.This company is now my first call for any plumbing needs.Thanks for all your hard work.

We had a faucet valve burst in our bathroom that was behind a wall. The room next to the bathroom was flooded. It was on a Saturday, so we called several well known local plumbers to help. No one was available until Monday. We were referred to Kurt Jackson Plumbing and they were awesome! A plumber was at our house within an hour. He found the leak within a few minutes. He had to cut away a cabinet wall to get to the leak. He was able to cap off the pipe until we could order a new tub faucet. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks again!

I called and left a phone message on Sunday night. I received a return call Monday morning promptly at 8:30. My kitchen sink was completely blocked. Josh arrived earlier than the scheduled 9:30 time slot. He snaked out my sink and was leaving by 10:30. Josh was friendly and professional . I had three plumbers come and snake my drain. Needless to say it was still going on. I called popaclog, Craig came out and with his video was able to see that roots had grown threw old Terra cotta drain pipe. He was able to blast away most of the roots and pulled out five gallons of sand. Also fixed the pipe where the first plumber just cut a whole in the top of the pipe for his snake and left it.

They were very professional fixed issue I would not use anyone else but Pat's Plumbing they are family owned and they rushed to my home to fix it same day.

IF YOU LIKE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE...THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU... THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS CUZ I COULDNT PUT 0 STARS Ok first i called to get someone out here for a slow tub drain...the lady i spoke to wouldnt talk to me cuz i wasnt the owner of the house ...so i handed the phone to the owner and had him tell her...she was extremely rude...they came out ...had me sign papers before the work was completed then had my tub drain augered out...i called the next day to get the name of the guy that did my work...but they wouldnt give me the name owner larry called me back and said someone said for him to call me...he wouldnt give me the name of the tech either he was rude as well so from my experience everyone that i spoke and dealt with was rude!!! DONT KNOW ABOUT YALL BUT WHEN I AM PAYING SOMEONE FOR A SERVICE I EXPECT RESPECT!!!!!! And fyi i only used the f word cuz i was fed up at that point!!!!!NEXT TOME I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DRAINS OR ANY PLUMBING ISSUE FOR THAT MATTER...IM CALLING ROTO ROOTER!!!!!!

I would give them no stars if I could. Billy the on call tech has been to my property 3 times and he has yet solved a plumbing problem. This is the last time I will use them.

Royce was very professional. He completed everything in a timely manner. Very easy to talk to in discussing my plumbing issue and recommendations. I highly recommend Amelia plumbing and Royce.

These guys are great. Helped me with several problems at home and in my business. Prompt and professional.
