This professional came right in, told me what the problem was and fixed it. That's what I like. It didn't take all day! I was very pleased with the service.

Thomas Blackburn, of Custom Plumbing and Tile, has done extensive work for me over the last two years, from basic plumbing to several complete bathroom remodeling, replacing main drain and water supply lines, repiping a pool pump, installing an outside shower, kitchen backsplash, tile floors and more. I find him to be terrific to work with, intelligent, and good at finding alternative solutions that are not always obvious. He does excellent tile work and I constantly get compliments on all the tile work that he has done. He sets high standards of quality for himself and achieves them.There is no question that I will be using him for all my tile and plumbing for many years to come - and his pricing was very fair. He is one of the best tradesmen I have ever worked with - and since my job is in property management, I have worked on hundreds of projects over the last twenty years, with dozens of different contractors. I think he is the best. I also trust him completely. It's not normal for me to have such high praises, but he deserves them!

Pipe Works just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. The job was brilliantly done, even the city inspector remarked on the quality. The team added features that were overlooked in the original plumbing, like an easily accessible global shut off valve. The team were on-time, professional, and hard working. Very respectful and careful with my things. And good at explaining their plan, changes made, and the rationale for what they did. I highly recommend.

I recommend ASAP plumbing if you are looking for a reliable plumbing company. I have had several plumbing problems toilet that is constantly running, faucets always dripping. I called ASAP Plumbing and they were there the same day. They fixed all my problems and the plumber even asked if I have any other problems he could handle today. The plumber was so nice and did a great job.

Reliability honesty and service

Had some work done by his company in 2013 and it was fine but needed addl work in August 2020. When we contacted him, he said he went out of business.

Gregory is the best plumber thus far! I have been having issues with my toilet and sink for years and it has gotten so bad to where I was unable to use either one. I've had other plumbers come out and after they left, the issue would come back sometimes within a week. Gregory found the root of the issue and was able to handle it and put an end to my misery. I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!

We had Anthony install a new sump pump to replace an older one under our home, but shortly after installation the pump continuously tripped the breaker. I called and left several messages for Anthony to have him come back out to look at the pump. After no response for weeks, he responded and agreed to come out the next day. The next day he was a no-show (also no call or explanation) and he has again stopped responding to my attempts to contact him. Do not hire this company. It says a lot when a company doesn't stand by their work.

The house is very big and needs some repair inside. On the end with wood siding there is some very soft like dry rot. The house is out of place compared to the others in the area.

Removed my original review. It was factual. Beckwith Plumbing did not properly remove and replace the piping that was to be removed and replaced from my home in May to June of 2018. They left old pieces around the property, left the drainage pipes untouched, but left some with tape over bad connections. The seller of my home hired them with my money to purchase the home. I should have pushed for someone else to do the work. They kept a key to my home without my permission, as I had locked all doors a day before they came back to work (even though they argued they were done). When I arrived to meet them in the home, a worker was already working on the kitchen sink. When I asked how he got in, he claimed the door was open. I changed the locks after they almost finished. Since the closing on my home depended on finalizing the work, I agreed to stop the work. My sink leaked when I moved in. I fixed it myself. I had posted pictures, two appear to still show on their review board.
