I had the best experience with tech Joshua F. Totally respectful, wise, and determined to find the problem of my electrical outage only on one side of the home!! He said he learned so much from his boss!!!! Just amazing young man!You won’t go wrong with calling on them!They were reasonable and honest and determined to make sure all was taken care of!!!A total blessing!!!

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

Joshua and Carnell did an outstanding job at our house! We called for service on a Sunday night and although they weren’t able to get to our house that night, they did show up early the next morning. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable about their profession. I would recommend them to ANYONE that has electrical issues. They diagnosed the problem in a few hours (this involved CenterPoint coming out as well) and had our electrical panel & main line from transformer to house all replaced in one day. I can’t say enough about these two guys. Call Mister Sparky and ask for Joshua and Carnell, they will get the job done right!

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

I’d pay very close attention when using this company.On one hand with work that they do they’re very good, which with electrical work, is very important. But they’re also very expensive, much more so than the average.But with electrical work they’re not interested in, be very careful.With one particular minor project I had (that was part of a few larger ones), I had requested a quote in writing (email) on two separate occasions. On both occasions I got responses to the rest of my query but was (blatantly) ignored with this other issue.So I waited until they came to my home to do some other work and was given a verbal quote. The project was to properly map out on my circuit-box, which circuits controlled which outlets, and hardware (washer/dryer, stove, fridge, etc); a two person project but no real electrical skill. When I got the invoice via email a day or two later I was charged more than quoted, even though I did most of work (I ran around the house, the other person stood at the breaker box). I had enough of being treated so poorly and too many other things going on so I just paid the bill.Additionally, prior to the above, there were two scheduled appointments at 8 a.m., both no shows, with no call in advance saying they were running late or had scheduling conflicts, as if my day did not matter, did not cost me in time, effort, etc. We all have issues/conflicts, that’s not the point, the point should be how they’re managed. This company is awful, it’s their way or the highway, when it comes to managing disruptions.While I hate the thought of suing, unfortunately it’s the only way to remedy situations like this, I should have sued for the cost of their cancellations and their over charge. They get sued a few times and when they’re running late or have to cancel, they’ll learn to call well in advance, as soon as they know (like any one common courtesy would) or bait & switch on price, my guess is their behavior would change.So on one hand I’d recommend this company because the work is very good but ONLY when it 100% suits them, but on the other hand, I’d be very very careful as this company has questionable ways of treating customers

Great prices and great service! I have had a few techs on site over the years and no matter who shows up you can bet they are in good spirits and will to help where ever they can. They get the job done no matter what I throw at them.

Had an experience with Salat from Next Door Electric, he arrived on time and he was very professional and informative about what he was doing and quick to determine what the issue was Overall, very pleased with the overall service. Will be using their services further!
