A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. I had a tech come to replace a bunch of light switches and outlets (changing from beige to white) among other things. After he left I noticed that one of the switches he replaced wouldn't turn off, so the light (in a closet) was on and couldn't be turned off. I called this morning to ask to have someone come out and fix their mistake and was told that since I provided the materials (a basic light switch from Lowes) their warranty did not apply so I would have to pay the fixed service call charge plus time and materials. I was pretty surprised - I mean, shouldn't there have been some quality control in the installation process such as turning the light on and off to make sure it was working before he moved on to the next one? And let's be real - everyone buys the same exact light switch hardware - this wasn't anything complicated. After arguing with the person on the phone, her compromise was that rather than insisting on charging me to have someone come fix their mistake, I could sign a Warranty Form that stated that if they came on site and determined that the issue was not their fault but was due to faulty materials provided by the customer, I would be charged for time and materials. So here's the summary: they came and did something wrong, then when I wanted them to fix it, they called it a warranty issue and I have to worry that if they come to fix it I might end up owing them another $200+. And on top of that I now have to find a new electrician!

This is the second time Elixir Electrician performed work for me. Great experience the first time so I called them again. Daniel was quick, efficient and took the time to explain everything he was doing - every step of the way. At the completion of the job, Daniel had me speak with the owner on the phone to give feedback on their service - Elixir Electrician definitely makes sure the customer is satisfied with their work. Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Couldn't say nicer things about Melton Electric. I've ran a lot of jobs with them and they're exceptional to work with. Chris Dinges deserves special praise, but all the guys there are top-notch.
